So, there's this rabbit outside my house, and I'm not sure what to do with it. It sits there sometimes, eating grass and staring into space. It isn't mine, though, so it runs off when we approach.

Imma get a post up soon, just gotta think it up and write it down
"Hm... Where is it?" Takeshi hummed as he searched the undergrowth.
His red gauntlet parted the scrub, and his eyes scanned the space from behind his closed helmet.
"Is that..." He said, spying an egg-shaped object.
He took it out of the bush and held it up, to reveal that it was a rare black egg! Takeshi cheered loudly, prompting several fellow hunters to give him funny looks before he settled down, embarrassed, and put the egg in his pack.

According to the event, the black egg was 1000 points. That brought Takeshi's total to about 9000 points. 30 white eggs, 10 coloured eggs and one black egg; a total of 41 eggs. He'd been looking all day for them, and it had taken a while to get the ones in the trees (because he's heavy), but he was reasonably satisfied with the result.
"I think I'll get some good money out of this." Takeshi said, stretching his arms.
He was a little stiff, but he should be able to change his avatar's face soon. At least the chin, anyway.

With that said, he wasn't sure what to do for the rest of his face. He'd gotten used to wearing a full helmet all the time anyway, and whatever he made his face into, he'd probably still wear the full helm out of habit. The problem was, he didn't know what to do with his face. The mohawk would have to go and so did the chin, but the rest of it was kind of fine. Maybe he could just use his own face, but the problem with that was he'd be too embarrassed to show it in public. After all, he was often in the company of complete strangers, and not many of his friends knew what his avatar looked like.
I wonder if it's too much trouble. Takeshi thought, yawning.
It wasn't like he wanted people to look at his face most of the time. Maybe he would just replace the chin so he could wear partially full helmets without worrying.

Well, if he did that, he might as well go for the whole thing.

Nevermind. Takeshi thought, shaking off his tiredness. I should make the most of this easter event.

Takeshi activated his wings and carefully began hovering up. Unfortunately, he wasn’t very good at flying. Maybe it had something to do with his armour. Regardless, he kind of had the hang of it. It was good enough to go without the flight assist, but he still had a long way to go.
"Hup." Takeshi said, gaining his balance. "Let’s see…"

Takeshi flew off towards the ancient forest, or the direction he thought it was in.
"Yeah, this is it." Takeshi said mid-flight.
As he zoomed along, he was protected from the wind by his armour. In all honesty, he enjoyed flying, but there was the other problem…

A few hours later

Takeshi had been going for a few a few hours, but he’d be there soon. As he flew, he waved at some other players heading towards Aarun.

Soon, Takeshi saw the ancient forest and tried to slow down, also lowering his altitude. It wasn’t working as much as he liked, so he tried to do it more forcefully. Unfortunately, a tree smashed into his lower body and he lost his balance, spiralling out of control.
"Not again!" Takeshi cried.
As he tried to wrestle some control, he smashed into some more trees. In an attempt to stop, he disabled his wings and suddenly found himself plummeting towards the ground.
"Damn it!" Takeshi said, bracing himself.
Fortunately, the ground was close enough to not kill him, but it would still hurt. A lot.

He smashed into the ground with a loud thump. Takeshi was momentarily winded. As he sat up groggily, he saw that a third of his health had disappeared.
Well, I’ve had worse. Takeshi thought, shakily taking a potion and drinking it. Good thing I didn’t land on anyone…

He got up out of his small crater and looked around. He had found the ancient forest. There was a clearing nearby, probably housing something significant. With that said, he had no idea exactly where he’d landed.
"Huh. I wonder where I am…" Takeshi said out loud.
In the clearing, he saw the silhouette of… a 2 storey tall 8 year old girl?
"What the heck?" Takeshi said.
As Nick listened to the speech, he just got more and more worried. A technologically advanced government branch devoted to hunting down supernatural kids and making their deaths seem like an accident? It sounded extremely far-fetched, but he'd seen enough to believe anything at this point.

With that said, technology that can detect the use of powers? That sounded just a little too much like science fiction. How did that even work? Did they have some kind of thing in their bodies that plays up when they use their powers? Did that mean that people with powers like Nick couldn't leave because their powers were on all the time?

That thought brought up other ones, none of which were particularly helpful. He'd left home because of a rumour, and now that the rumour was true, he couldn't leave. He couldn't really associate with his family anymore, or else they would be killed. They might already have been killed, but there was no way he could know. Assuming they weren't, however, it brought up problems regardless. His parents told him to leave, but he hadn't told his friends about it. They all thought he was dead; but now Nick was as good as dead to them. He could never leave, and he would never see them ever again.

Nick was snapped out of his thoughts when Pam yelled something that put him at ease.

"you're probably all not happy with this, with having to hide. I'm not either, but I'm not stupid to think that standing up to them will be worth it. How many people will die for that war? I do not want to be responsible for that."

It pulled Nick out of his little world and made him focus on others. It wasn't just him that had to hide, there were many more people around who were in the same situation. Even then, Nick could consider himself lucky for being able to arrive of his own free will. At least his parents could take solace in the fact that he was alive.

Now wasn't the time to worry about his old life. A new life was beginning in Riverwood Academy. He could make new friends, see new things. If he was going to have to live with it, he should make the most of it. And the first thing to do was to offer some support to his new friend. He cupped his hands over his mouth in a cone shape to help his voice carry and took a breath.

"I agree with that statement." He announced, voicing his support. "Fighting hurts, and it ain't good for you."
I'll get a post up soon. I'm ready to start something, maybe :D
Well, I gotta sleep soon unfrotunately, so... yeah.
Yup, it's down. Maybe we could move it or something
"No, they cannot." Isaac said.
He figured it would be the right answer to something. He didn't know exactly what, but he could guess. The obvious interest and affection, a parallel drawn to a certain animal, and above all, that personality. He could guess what she was thinking. Isaac got some more information out of it, though. Information about Jenni's personality (which he'd partially observed already), which could be handy sooner or later. It probably wouldn't be, but he didn't really lose anything for it.

That said, Jenni appeared to be a person who would prove hard to control, likely revelling in wanton destruction. Uncontrollable evil was an asset in certain situations, of course, but in others, it was more of a liability. Still, there was a high chance that Jenni would prove useful to the movement. After all, they had their fair share of uncontrollable evil (Patel, Sebastian, etc.), and the more the merrier.

"Unless you have other business, I suggest we move along." Isaac said.
The hunters stood at attention behind him and the Chimera watched silently, waiting for orders. John Rivers stood motionless near the hunter, wary of Isaac's monsters. Isaac put his glasses back on and dusted his jacket off.
"Shall we go?" He said.

@Eviledd1984
I don't really mind either
@Lord Santa

That chin though!

Hey Santa! :3

Haaaaaaiiii :D
Here's my CS, tell me if something's wrong with it

Name: Takeshi Kurogane

Screenname: Kurogane

Age: 19

Race: Salamander

Personality: To put it in three words, Dense but kind. Takeshi is incredibly dense. He often daydreams and thinks to himself a lot. He’s not stupid, but he can exasperate his friends with his density. With that said, he worries about his relationships and values friendship. He tends to think more of others than himself. He’s also quite earnest and naïve, and this can lead to a lot of troubles. His honest, gentle personality lets a lot of people take advantage of him, but he makes friends easily and they pull him out of situations. Rather friendly and kind, but also rather dense and a little air-headed.

Occupation: Part time convenience store employee, college student (freshman)

Other: He likes dogs. He has the one handed straight sword skill but doesn’t use it too often. He also makes his big sister’s lunch every day because she probably wouldn’t eat right if he didn’t. Can’t hold his alcohol.
