Bio

"To those who wish to defy me, I give my regards." -Lord Sicarius Hello, and welcome to my profile. I am an experienced and an edgy role player, and I often act as the dark and intriguing character (Although, occasionally you will find me playing a lighter or nicer character). I have been doing this for some time now, and I used to be a part of a forum whose RPG section was that of the Golden Age. Now it has been depleted and I have been in search of a place to once again exemplify my talents. I have some relation to the member whose profile is known as "Classified". Me and this person have this history together from role playing on the same old forum, and we go way back. If you see us role playing on the same RPG, you know why. My interests for role playing is: Fantasy, Sci-fi, Modern Era (Realistic role playing), Action, and Drama.

I'm not the GM or co-GM and I haven't actually gotten my character signed up, but I think I can help explain why these characters don't seem acceptable. They are ridiculously over-the-top dark. Seriously, what do you honestly expect to happen when, tonally(at least from what I've seen) this is supposed to not be too far off from the Teen Titans cartoon. Which had a brain in a jar and a talking Gorilla as some of the final villains. I mean, they were serious and it's been ages but I remember it being a really cool arc, but they were still a brain in a jar and a talking Gorilla. Not "organ thief druglord who murdered his own parents for basically no reason aside from evil crazy and who imprisoning will somehow just make things worse". This isn't some super-dark, gritty, "realistic but not really" RP. As for the "hero", he's flat-out too dark as well, and he has very poorly-defined powers that you haven't really defined after being directly asked about them. ... I'm sorry I'm going off like this when I'm not even a GM but it was really bothering me that you don't seem to get why they're not acceptable when it's pretty obvious to me as well. I'm sorry if I came off as rude or something and you don't really have to listen to me but I'm pretty sure those are the reasons you're being declined.
I'm sorry, I didn't know they allowed twelve year olds on RPG. First off dipstick, Paul's character is a real character. Since you're obviously stupid and don't know anything about the DC universe, let me show you who black mask is: Second, my character does not have "poorly defined powers". I'm not some stupid half pubic twelve year old that lists powers like: "Turns into animals" or "Has fire powers" like Beast Boy or Firestar. My character is not OP and he is a bit more realistic than others. I'm sorry that I am not role playing with mature EXPERIENCED role players. And over the top dark? What is this?! A PG movie? Someone needs to get out of the house.
I believe Rin was speaking of me, however, if he/she is that picky then I could start pointing out faults. Such as "14" is not considerably a teen.
Okay, first of all as Krab keeps mentioning the Titans don't actually exist yet, so you'll need to remove all mention of them from your signup. Second... You seem to be implying he'd be a part of the Titans when everything points to him being a straight-up villain. Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of Punisher-esque murderous "heroes", but... That's what he comes off as to me. Suffice to say, the Teen Titans are not going to let a guy who keeps trying to kill people stick around, and would most likely hand him over to either the authorities or psychiatric help as soon as possible. Speaking of the "Teen" part... Isn't he a bit old? Power-wise... His "keen eye" seems more like x-ray vision so I'm not sure why you didn't just call it that, but that's just nitpicky. As for Rage... What do you mean by "drain energy"? That's a bit too vague, and will need a little elaborating. Also, his personality is a bit too barebones for my liking. And "he has an extreme dark side" always rings warning bells for me, so... A bit of elaboration, even if I can gather a few things from the bio. And the "suit" picture only shows his head, so it gives absolutely no idea of what his suit actually looks like. Finally, um... Is there any reason why the whole bio is in bolded blue? Is that some weird stylistic choice I just don't get? I'll admit this one is really nitpicky but it just seems a bit... Weird to me. ^^;
^Old habits never die I guess. In the previous forum I was a part of, it was kind of my trademark. I make all my posts with that color. As far as the suit, I'm pretty sure you guys can imagine and create the rest for yourself. I've looked at other characters, and some of their pics cut their body's in half or shows very little of them. I personally see nothing wrong with it. I can't just simply research a picture with the same face such as this one. As far as personality, I will not elaborate due to the fact that it would defeat the purpose of story progression. You will have to see and find out for yourself of how he will turn out to be. My character is shifty and he could end up not killing people and being a valuable asset, but he could also completely go off the deep end. As far as his overall character, yes he was intended to be the Punisher type. However I revised him so he is not affiliated with the Teen Titans. That takes care of the "Older than teen" problem as well as the "Wouldn't be accepted as a Teen Titan" problem. Finally, "Keen Eye". X-ray vision sounds too cliche, and plus it is not unique. Thus forth, I have dubbed my abilities their own names. As far as the "drain energy", I'm pretty sure that's elaborate enough, but I'll elaborate anyways. That basically means that it will literally take the energy away from people, causing them to become thoroughly exhausted over time. They'll succumb to dehydration and dizziness more. Use your imagination as well as logic.
Name:Raven Solis Alias: Rage Age:22 Personality: Very sarcastic and loud mouthed. He seems to be one of the lighter and more outgoing type, but unbeknownst to others... he has an extreme dark side. Powers:(I have two non-overpowering powers I will consider to be more of abilites) -Keen Eye: He has the ability to see through people's clothes and flesh to see their organs. He can identify when someone is injured and where would be the weakest point in someone's body. -Rage: When mad, Raven becomes more focused and aggressive. It speeds up his reaction time, and other's movements become slower. His fists become surrounded with a black aura and he uses this dark aura to drain energy and to deliver more powerful strikes to his foes. He also gains a brief healing factor. Weakness: Too much light can affect Raven's vision. Bio: Raven grew up with his biological Father and Mother, until the age of nine. His Mom then passed away, and his Father became abusive and angry at him. He developed an anger problem, and he often found himself more focused and more willing to make a move. At the age of twelve, he confronted his Father and almost killed him. He was then sent off into the military to be trained when a freak accident happened at a facility and it left him severely wounded. He became discharged and found himself all alone in the world. But he found something else. He found that he had supernatural powers. He could see through people, he could identify their weak points and exploit them at will. However, there was one thing that didn't seem new to him. He could feel his rage. He could feel it flow through him, and he could feel how focused he was. After his short career in the military, he decided to become a mercenary. A hired killer. A professional sniper. During this time he would kill and kill while earning large amounts of cash. One day when he was paid to eliminate someone he misfired and the security immediately identified his location. Angered by his own failure and the current situation, he was driven into a rage and he first discovered his other power. He used his fists with this new dark aura and made his opposition fall to their knees. He also felt rejuvenated and fresh. He figured out that every time he used this, he would heal up. The more mad he got the stronger he felt. He is neither Hero, nor Villian, but somewhere in the midde. At this point he is a neutral character. Civilian Appearance: Suit: Gear: (I would like to add this considering my character is not really a hero with powers, but rather a skilled marksman. I will list his gear. However, I will also add gear as I progress through the story since he has an armory. That way he has certain gear for certain situations. Similar to Batman. I will only list his basic weaponry here.) Two M9s, a tactical serrated knife, a AR 15, concussion grenades, frags, katanas, a sniper rifle, and a rope and hook. Arc Ideas: My character is shaky and will eventually snap to a certain extent. He might turn on his fellow comrades and might become a villian himself. Other: I will start in Jump City I guess, I will go about my "daily life" until I run into one of you guys. "Titans Forever"
Name: Harry Reynolds Sex: Male Age: 24 Appearance: Crew or passenger: Passenger Occupation: Musician Improvised Weapon:Sharpened drumsticks Equipment of Note: Backpack, iPhone, notepad, pencil, eraser, random piece of glass. Location: Deck 3

Seems fun, although it would be nice if we could make our own characters as well and not have to go with just DC characters.
Since the Whitelands are not really a kingdom on it's own and armies are generally commanded by their respective 'owner' (i.e sir Fighterdude raises a levy of 400 men for Joakim, but since it's HIS levy, he will want to lead them.) I do not think there would be such a thing as a general. That only really came into play during the time of empires, and Borhilon is by no means an empire. Rather, in the area it's in, it'd be one of the smaller kingdoms and would likely be beaten in a war if it were not for the steppes between them and other kingdoms. However, a marshal (someone who aids with military bussiness) would be a thing in the court of Joakim. Basically he'd be a man trained in the art of warfare, a veteran who knows his things. He'd be giving advice, but also directly influence the troops by training them, leading detachments of Joakims own levy and such. Does that fit your perspective, perhaps?
Yes, that would be more than fine. I apologize if my lack of eloquence or deep knowledge of the medival eras are a bit of a hindrance, but I will do my best in following along.
Name: Robin Hood Age: 17 Story They Are From: Robin Hood Family: No family, has a friendship with John Little. Crush/Partner: N/A Abilities: Robin is very sly and sneaky. He has a certain charm and can easily manipulate people with his words. He often mischievously misleads and misguides people with the way he speaks, and he has a current talent in psychology. He has a sharp eye, and no one can deny his pure marksmanship. He also has the ability to impersonate certain people, and can often disguise himself as other characters. Personality: Robin is a very humble and down to earth person. To all the teachers he is an angel and they believe him to be prodigy. However, when the staff isn't around he can be very childish and seldom mature. He always pranks people and his sarcasm is beyond recovery. If his biggest weapon isn't his sniper rifle it's his mouth. History: Robin grew up as an orphan at the Harbor Haven. He never knew his parents and he was raised by one of the workers at the orphanage he knows as "Miss Jazz" who's name is really Jasmine Humphrey. He is currently attending high school and plays varsity football. However due to recent events, he is secretly being hired as a private mercenary, and for certain benefactors he is their go to guy for their dirty work. He has illegally shot and killed people to move and change government powers in different places as well as eliminated political leaders, and rich iconic figures. The money he earns he uses to help fund the orphanage in which he grew up in. Other:
