"Hello." Venin slumped in his seat, not focusing on the sudden 20-degree drop. He shook his head and went back to practicing beats, but the cold air around him was giving away his unhappy feelings. Venin raised an eyebrow at the red liquid in the bottle Yasmin was holding. He didn't dwell on it for long, though, after all, he shared his the drums with one of the undead. His mind began drifting off to music that morning. He was placed in the far back since the teacher didn't want him messing with the instruments. Cold and brass don't mix very well after all. Venin sat back up and put his attention on the girl messing around on the piano. He figured another friend wouldn't do him bad. Hopefully, she would be like his friend in music, Jack. Working up what little confidence he had, Venin introduced himself. "I'm Venin, what do they call you in this life?"

Nah, I got it.
Venin was tired of standing around making people shiver, so, he wandered off. He went the direction he saw a few more people go. He was calmer in the empty space of the hallway. He slowly breathed in the stale air, which was warming up at a steady rate. That was until Venin heard someone crying. He couldn't deal with tears, since they made him worry so much they usually froze. His held his breath and quickly walked back to the mass of kids. Venin figured that he would be less anxious around them.
When he heard a fire alarm go off, he let all of the other kids shove passed him. Venin watched the hair raise on their arms as their blood started to run cold. There was nothing he could do about this, they wouldn't let him go back. So, Venin just stood and let them freeze. He watched kid's lips turn blue before they disappeared behind the doors.
After all the chaos had left the building, Venin wandered off to his classes. His last class was music, and since he didn't have anywhere to be, he stayed practicing a simple beat on the drum set. Venin's face scrunched into a panicked and worried expression when he noticed all of the people standing in front of him. Being a pessimist, he automatically assumed the worst. He wished he was home, sleeping, or doing something other than standing in front of probably 100 + children waiting for a signal. As his anxiety grew, so did the cold air that seemed to seep from him. He scooted himself into a corner, trying his best not to touch his fellow students, for fear they might freeze like when Midas touched, well anything really. As he moved he noticed the goose bumps on other kid's arms, then realized he was the reason they were putting on jackets, which caused him to shrink further into the corner.

Venin basically lived in the hospital for four years, until he was finally let out with the doctor's still stumped. He first learned about his powers when he accidentally froze his friend's water bottle in gym, causing it to nearly explode. His mother pulled him out of school until he was able to go to a high school of his choice. Venin can't really use his powers since he still doesn't understand anything about them.
Ability: Water and ice control. Usually subconsciously makes things around him colder, but he never really notices.
