Bishop followed Avery and looked around as he walked, trying to remember his way back. His mismatched orbs widened at the beautiful room in front of him, he was definitely going to like it here if everything was this grand. It was much different from the trainyard he was accustomed to and he wasn't sure if he should worry over or welcome the change. Bishop gave a quiet, "Good night Brynn," before finding a bed and faceplanting into the soft blankets, entirely missing the pillow. The bed instantly lulled him to sleep even though he was sleeping on his stomach and face. He ended up bringing the plush pillow close to his chest as he rolled onto his side, already in a semi-deep sleep. He never remembered feeling something so comforting and soft like this, other than the warm touch of his mother.
Bishop dreamt about the past but with different details, he focused on his brother and Veil, along with the train cars passing by and his mother's last peaceful moments. His memories slowly turned dark as the wicked moments broke through the wall he sealed them behind.

Bishop clamped his mouth shut and yawned through his nose, something he preferred doing over showing the whole world the inside of his mouth. All the action from earlier and the large group of people was draining him more than his strange sleep schedule. He usually went to bed around noon and woke with the sun, but he felt he wouldn't get the same chances here. Bishop stretched his arms and made sure that Veil held tight to his shoulder. "It would be nice of them to let us go and get some rest..."

@Classpet
I apologize for my absence, my creativity died for about a month.
Bishop let out a quiet chuckle when Brynn showed him her aged watch. "Well that will certainly come in handy, I wish I smart enough to bring something with an alarm," he said before taking a chunk out of his ball of starch. "How long have you had that watch?" Bishop asked as he decided that he liked the rolls and grabbed two more. Veil stood up on his shoulder at sniffed at the air, enjoying her spot on his shoulder more than her place at the table.
Bishop decided that a roll wouldn't be so bad if Brynn kept grabbing them. "Hopefully, Longbottom is as nice as my brain keeps telling me he is," he said as he took a roll. He bit into the soft bread, unsure of how he felt about it. Once he was finished with that bite of roll he began squishing it into a ball like he used to do when he was younger. "Wonder if there's anything here that'll wake me up an hour beforehand. Things shouldn't be too difficult to figure out, I hope,"

@Classpet
"Uh, sure. You'll have to show me where it is, since I didn't really get a chance to walk around," Bishop replied as he straightened himself. He felt that having his back straight made him look taller, a little more intimidating. He wasn't sure if it actually worked, but it kept him from slumping over. "Now that I think about it I'll probably need a map. This place his huge," the conversation he was having with Brynn showed Bishop that she wasn't as bubbly as he first made her out to be. Or maybe she only acted this way because she figured by the way he stood back in a crowd that she should tone down a bit.
Now that he was actually talking to Brynn, Bishop thought that she would probably make a good friend if things with Karen didn't work out. He was only used to having two friends at most. He hoped that the rest of his house was at least half as nice as Brynn, otherwise he would avoid them like the plague. Bishop looked around as his mind continued working out the personalities of the other people at the table.

Bishop shook his head as he replied, "I have the same amount of magic knowledge as a fossil enclosed in a glass case stuck in a muggle museum. In other words, all I know about it is that it's dangerous when used improperly, which will probably make me a little nervous around the Slytherin." He chuckled as Veil attempted to move a large piece of broccoli. "Not like I'm not already incredibly nervous around anyone here." By her actions, Bishop guessed that Veil had her fill of vegetables. He placed her back on his shoulder, her white fur a stark contrast to the black fabric. He pushed away the plate and nearly stood up, but he had no idea where he might've gone if he did.

@Classpet
Bishop kept his eyes trained on the little blank thing that was eating a piece of carrot on his plate. "That's a rather odd opinion compared to the things I've heard and seen from the majority of people here. Most think of rats as diseased vermin, but they are rather the opposite. Funny thing too, I found her mending to her broken tail in a dumpster," he noted the slight bend at the end of Veil's pink tail. "I've always thought of albinos more interesting than just plain brown or black. It's strange how something can look so pure and so evil all at once." Bishop chuckled as he remembered that Veil started as his own tiny piece of revenge, but then became family. "Do you know anything about magic?" He tried to change the subject before he either burst into tears or began breaking plates over people's heads.
Bishop picked up vegetables for Veil. He never feasted before, and he wasn't hungry enough to start now. "Yes, my mother had read many of his stories to my during my childhood. I enjoyed every little tale, even the scariest ones," Bishop smiled at the thought of little him sitting against the headboard listening to the horror stories. He sat Veil on an empty part of the vegetable plate and let her begin her vegetarian feast. "What is your favorite author, Brynn?"
@Classpet

I'm sure you'll find out later that Bishop is sometimes a buttmunch, apologies to Brynn. x.x
