So I've been looking for some music that has a very Kefka-esque feel to it. For reference, here is an example of the kind of music I'm looking for.

It's a kind of waltzy orchestral sound I'm looking for. Something that trumpets about with pomp and bombastically touts the pompous personality behind it. Something that oozes arrogance hidden behind supposed sophistication. A bit of cruel cunning underneath the cloak of narcissistic celebration. I understand this is a tall order but I'm certain there has to be something out there that I haven't found yet.
