She’s a much newer face than any of the others but she definitely has proven to be far more relentless. A lot like old Ona.

It was more like a personal dimension than it was intangibility. You should look into it further and compare with what you've already seen when you have a chance.
I'd hope we get another chance to witness it in action to gather more data, but it seems the entire point of the ability is for it to not be witnessed. But I plan to get my hands on what observations of their facility we can for Zach and maybe Vex to analyze, if we can.
