Alright, here's my application. I'll probably do another one, but not now.

Personality: Flanoir is somehow a really shy kid and doesn't speaks up too much. He's really tied to his partner, Rafaella, and doesn't like when people mistreat her.
Spell Theme: Light
Spell List:
1. Viva: Shoots an orb of light at the opponent.
2. Vivari: raises a light pillar in front of him to defend.
3. Livra: Sets an orb that explodes in a small burst on light upon contact.
4. Re Vivari: Creates a small shield that reflects projectiles.
5. Vivace: Shoots small orbs that home at enemies.
6. Livraria: Sets explosive orbs in random places.
7. Crescendo: Doubles the stats (homing, speed and power) of all spells for 30 seconds. Doesn't work with spells unlocked after this one.
8. Me Vivari: Combines both abilities from the last versions of Vivari, creating a pillar of light around him that reflects attacks.
9. Dio Livraria: Sets a giant orb above him. The orb will explode into smaller orbs until it becomes multiple microbursts.
10. Alma Vivace: Charges light energy at the enemy and attacks with a powerful light burst.
11. Milagro: Triples the stats (homing, speed and power) of all spells for 15 seconds. Doesn't work with Gigano Alma Vivace and cancels Crescendo if used.
12. Gigano Alma Vivace: Flanoir's strongest spell. Irradiates a blinding and powerful energy at his enemies.

Location: Festival Square

Both of them looked at the words spoken in red by the woman called Erika. While Kokoro seemed surprised, Kula had his own feelings about her. The feelings I get from her are truly not good... she looks like a normal detective with some ability, but her will is not that normal as far as I can tell., he thought. That was only a pre-judgement, so he wouldn't base itself on it to judge her. "Wow, how cool! You really are smart, Erika-san!", Kokoro said, complimenting her.

"I believe that we can now let it go so the right procedure for judgement may happen, right?", he asked, finally speaking. When Kokoro looked, she got surprised once again. "Whoa, a talking fox! What kind of youkai you are?", she said. Kula looked at her, a lttile confused. "I... do not know what this is, but I will make sure to research about it later...", he said. After that, he turned his attention to Erika. "In any case. Detective Erika, was it not? Can you please release it?", he asked.

Kula Alexandrite and Hata no Kokoro
Location: Festival Square

♪: Surpass the Gate of the Silver Key still playing

Kula was impressed with the sight. He was looking and still thinking on how those blue words that came from that woman's mouth became chains that were able to fully restrain a big robot. I had never seen such power... As long as I exist, no power could even be imaginable... how is she able to do that?, he thought. In that moment, Kokoro came flying down towards them. She looked at the chains surrounding a transformed Rumble (@Mtntopview).

"How those chains are able to hold this thing if they aren't held by anything? Does any of you know?", she asked to Erika (@Gummi Bunnies), Kigro (@GreatSalmon) and L (@nerminator) while floating around. Kula looked at her and too thought about her abilities. She can float as long as she desires, just like Silver... but her power is not psyckokinesis and she does not controls gravity... then... is she able to float normally?, he thought. He never had any interest in abilities, but he was curious about theirs. Kula decided to quietly approach them, with the fact that he had to remain silent.

Everything fine here. Currently, I'm moving Kokoro towards the commotion and Kula is already there, but only watching it.

Location: Classroom 1

As Arcadius had spoken, Cruz nodded. "No problem. Welcome aboard. I'm Cruz Meister.", he said, extending his arm for a handshake. Lynda looked at the other teams. "The other teams seem to be doing some plans. Shouldn't we discuss for now what we'll be doing?", she asked to them. "I'll stay at the back, cheering you all on!", she said, calling a microphone out of nowhere. Cruz looked at her surprised, even though Lynda looked with a disappointed face. "This isn't the time for jokes, you know? How does singing helps us at all?", she asked. "You'll see my power when we are on stage!", she said, happy. Lyn just sighed. "... In any case, I'm taking the offensive. Even though I highly recommend that we stay together no matter what.", she said to Curz, almost whispering. "Yeah. If we are to disband, let's split into doubles.", he suggested to her, in a low tone of voice.

The commotion kept on as it had always been. Kula kept looking to the people as the show of fireworks was going on. Suddenly his nose started to itch. Oh no... not now..., he thought. But even if he wanted, it wasn't something he would control. "A... Achoo!", he sneezed. He put his hand on his mouth, as every normal person, but some of his own breath passed by the small holes between his fingers. When he looked at the ground he was near, a small, unnoticeable part was frozen. I do believe no one will notice it... or at least I do hope..., he thought.

Hata no Kokoro
Location: Skies above the Festival Square

Kokoro flew between the fireworks. The reason she always did that was to enjoy the colorful show from a real-close view, which could not be equal to something being seen by a telescope or a camera with zoom. Flying around it was a favorite part that she would always do in a party or another. Then, Kokoro got her two fans.

"Time for a beautiful dance!", she said to herself. Kokoro started to dance and as she danced, danmaku was being shot by the movement of her fans. After a while, they exploded into beautiful colors, mixing with those being shot from below. Of course, if any of them were going higher, she was able to evade it before being exploded. When it comes to evade bullets and whatever being shot to her, grazing and evading it wasn't something difficult, especially when you're used to that in your daily life.

It didn't last long, since she was able to see the commotion from the sky. With her masks floating around her, Kokoro started to descend towards them. One would ask: why masks? And the answer would be that she needs it, for communicating issues.
