Room for one more?
Hey yall still accepting characters? Think I have a good character for a musician.

There's still roles available so I'm pretty sure we are.
Abigail watched the whole thing without a word. What was there to say? The man was how he was, nothing wrong with that. Though, her gut feeling told her there was something very wrong with how he came about his current state. Whoever the soul was who did this was going to wish he could've just skipped to hell when she reached him. "Yep." She nodded at his question about sailing soon and sat down in front of him. She crossed her legs and rested her plate on top of them. "We'll head out just as soon as the new navigator's head stops trying to break through his skull, or when I finish my breakfast. Whichever comes first." She picked up a piece of fruit, finished it, and then another. Pretty soon she was sucking things down almost as quickly as Nautilus. What was more impressive was the mess she made. There wasn't any, at least if you looked at her or her clothes, but around her, it looked like everything had been tossed up and fell into a blender without any sides to it.

"Delicious." She said, wiping her mouth. "My compliments to the chef, or there will be once I get a chance." She made a mental note if it, and then another one to remember about the mental note. "So then." She got up and popped her back. "If there's nothing else, I think its about time we get this show on the road. Let me just get the crew on the channel and have everyone get up here. Its bad luck to start a cruise without everyone up to see the land get so small you know you'll drown trying to get back to it without a boat." She put her fingers to her lips and gave a whistle. Fenris came rushing up, grinning manically. "Calm down there boy." She said looking down into the tunnel that led below deck. "Can't do that every time or it'll loose its impact, you know?" The wolf cocked its head in confusion. "Remember the paper when you were a puppy?" There was a mild growl at the back of his throat. "Exactly. If I used it for every little thing it would've lost its stopping power." She put her hands over her mouth and took a deep breath.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Its time to being our journey. So get done with what your doing, or find a place to stop. Either way get up here to give the land a good bye kiss." Despite her size the sound of her voice bounced around the entirety of the ship.
Assuming it's probably a ship that's mainly proppeled by wind and water an engine room seems a bit abundant to me. I take it we have a couple of cabins for crewmembers to sleep. The cargo bay also seems as an important area to me.

Oh yeah. The cargo bay. HOw'd I forget about that?
But yeah, you've got a good point on the engine room. Scratch that.
Also, just so everyone knows, I'm going to be posting later on today/evening.
How would the physics work? I mean, would a force user be able to use the force power anywhere, or would it be limited to certain planets?
Also, either way, I'm VERY interested.
As for as locations for the ship... Hmmm.... Let's see....
There's my room,
The Bridge,
The mess Hall,
The Kitchen,
The Library
The armory
The Maintenance closet(Maybe a room)
The crow's nest(Not exactly a room but its an important location)
The deck
The Engine room
Sick Bay
And maybe an entertainment room of some kind
I could tweek it a little so that Abigail said it was time to go and she'd be on the deck getting ready to go, if that would help.

I understand what you mean the room idea goes well, it could be like at the beging he can use it only like a room but later when his power grows enough he can maybe make rooms where he is not in them. But just as same I can see him have a ton of pawns, and avoiding to fight directly because negating as powerfully as it is, if he himself cannot deal damage than its a path situation XD

Elem posting today after test 2 locals and one more evil pirate NPC I got a idea for some. ^^

P.s. Poke your face in the main ooc@malmshodes apparently some peps thinks you arent active enough. How silly of them. *sigh* You should order to set sail in your post too, preferably. So the next one can be the enter to the grand line.

Yeah like at first its just a room that goes out from him but as he becomes better acquainted with the fruit and grows with it he'll be able to move the sphere of influence wherever he wants. Maybe at some point he'll be able to split the field into multiple fields so long as the actual area of effect is the same as the sphere when it was at a single location.

AT some point I think he'll be able to fight on his own its just a matter of how he uses the fruit. Say he's a close range fighter. Well he could negate friction around him and move at super speeds, or he could disable gravity around an opponent and then hit them while their floating in mid air.

I got an idea for a local. Maybe a top warrior or the chief. Its the strong silent type with the devil fruit ability that allows him to create a copy of a single living entity. He can't mimic skills or devils fruits, but he copies strength and natural abilities. I"m not sure about Haki though. Maybe the forms will be able to use it, but only because he can. When the clone is harmed, he feels the pain, but doesn't take any actual damage. The clone's endurance will be equal to the target's physical endurance(how much the body can take without failing as opposed to how much it can take before the mind, or will, gives out.) Anyways he can only do it after physically contacting the life form he wants to clone. So if he copies Nautilus, or light's mermaid character we could be in for some trouble :P

Oops. I should've read this one first because I already posted in the IC on the other one about we were just going to get ready to sail and it was just a matter of the navigator sobering up.
'
Yeah I saw that and posted in the IC :P I'm sure there'll be complaints about that too, but meh. I didn't notice anything that currently really needed a gms comment
Get ready for the grand first post in the OOC by the CoGM!!!

because I make a bad person in lead. I become way to hm... how to say... commanding demanding on occasion too pushy, etc.... Overly hyper. Its better when I am second in lead, organizing or reminding.
About the lack of her own post in character sheet her pc/laptop broke so I posted it for her but now she has it back again and had posted in the IC.

How she became the captain it because from the previous rp we took our characters from. Give her till tomorrow to post. She was quite active in the GM discussion thread. I am sure it isnt the lack of trying that made her slow down, a bit.

Ditto.

And Posted. :)
Abigail tilted her head in confusion at the good doctor, momentarily forgetting about the drunk. "The world's been compensating you? That must be nice. I just keep getting the finger, and a long never ending raspberry. I wouldn't mind it so much, but there's a lot of spit involved." There would have been more to it, but the man was proposing to Simona again.

"Fenris?" The scarlet captain arched an eyebrow and looked down at her little beasty. "Did you almost break our good sniper's Rib?" The dog grinned, but only momentarily, and shook his head with a snort. "He says he was fully in control of the situation the entire time, and you weren't really or truly in any danger." There was a huff followed with a quick whine. "Oh, and you'd have plenty other ribs had one broken, and a world class doctor to get it fixed." She scratched the dog and motioned for the him to look at the table then mouthed "I'll talk with him." At Angelo.

"Well." She scratched herself behind the ear and then tucked a loose strand of blood red hair behind it. "Can't a captain just wake up her crew to help them maintain a regular sleeping schedule? It makes for a well rested crew, and that makes for capable hands out in the sea. If you don't believe me ask the doctor about circadian rhythm he'll tell you." She waited a second before cracking and several quick bursts of laughter forcing their ways out of her mouth. "Okay. Okay. Never mind that. I wanted to get sail today, and well, that wasn't going to happen without a navigator so everyone was going to play a grand old game of an egg hunt, with a single item. The winner would have gotten bragging rites, but it wouldn't have lasted very long to be honest." She frowned. "It would've been that or have Nautilus yell in spurts and wave his hands around trying to get the attention of any navigator who happened to see be within range to see or hear him."

Her attention turned back to the drunk who was still standing. It was impressive. She'd thought he'd be out before she managed to ask him what he wanted on her ship, or if he'd leave without a fight, or if he'd at least wash up a bit so things would be bearable. "But seeing as our friend here has come aboard." Her strong hand clasped him on the shoulder. "There's no need for any of that. So, everyone get ready. We'll be sailing in an hour or two." She sniffed again, and gave an inquiring looking at her newest crew member. "That is...." A pause. "How long does it take you to sober up?"

Her eyes shifted as steps could be heard coming down the ship. "Someone's coming." Her hand casually went to her blade, but she relaxed when Sierra came in. "Oh Sierra." A slight crimson crossed her face that made the color of her hair look down right pale. "I forgot about you." She bowed. Her eyes squinted and the colors got back to normal. "Uh..." Her finger tapped on her forehead. "Okay. So, I don't like repeating myself to an audience. So you guys, any of you guys, tell her the plan, and new predicaments. I'll take my meal, and Nautilus's up to the deck." She grabbed her plate, and loaded another for the larger man. "Alright everyone break, or do whatever it is that needs doing. I'll be back."

She headed up to meet Nautilus on the deck. "Morning big guy." She said holding up a plate for him. "Hope your hungry. Breakfast is ready."
