It went boom but instead of killing everything nearby by caused all the genetic material to shuffle like in that episode of Dave Vs.
Abigail nodded. Seemed easy enough, or at least it seemed like it was going to be that much harder to do something that could be considered out of line. "Alrighty then." She gave the captain a short nod, not wanting to overdo it and started heading towards the village off in the distance, behind the other members of the crew.

She had traveled a few yards before she stopped and noticed a small trail leading off in a different direction. "Hmmm." She scratch the tip of her nose with her finger and thought about it. "There's probably a better variety of foodstuffs up in the village." She nodded as that made sense. "But supposing this leads to one of those little secret shops that are always being mentioned in all the adventure books that can't stay in the village proper because the owner gives everyone else the willies?" Her nose scratching got a little harder. "Maybe I'll find something really fresh or with special healing properties. I'm sure those things exist down a path like that." Her hand went down to her purse and she jingled it. "I've got some money left over from earlier so I'm sure there'll be enough to get something interesting and then head back to the village to get the actual supplies." She started down the path.

Jynmi tapped his chin with his thumb. "Hmmm. You might have something there." He raised his hand and muttered something under his breath. He brought his hand down in a diagonal slash that left a line in the air. "So there's a weak point here that leads into the neverwhere." Something hissed a hold of light opened up in the air. "But what's on the other side?" He moved closer to look but didn't get his head all the way in before a clawed hand shot out and tried to take off his head. Instead it only got him in the cheek before he was able to throw himself backwards.

"Okay. So there's definitely something the white council missed."
"I thought it was okay." Abigail said. "As far as pirate ship speeches went." She paused to absently scratch the back of her palm. "It was short, I mean, and that's always a plus for regular speeches, at least in general." She watched Zypha descend the ship and thought about fallowing her but decided against it. She didn't want to come off as pushy. Instead she decided to call from where she stood "How's the ship look?".

"Well" Abigail said, stretching her back which brought out a pop sound. She winced but was quick to cover it up. "Well then, I guess I should go on and see what kind of supplies I can find." She started to climb but remembered about there being a captain now. "Uh." She turned and looked at the man in charge. "That's alright, isn't it?"
So, do you all have something in mind already for the crew name? Are we set on something? So far, Silver Sword, Troublemakers, Silver Steel.

I cast my vote for Silver Sword.
Hey Guys. Sorry about the last two days. There's been some.... issues, but I'll have a post up tomorrow.
Abigail followed closely behind the apparent pirate captain watching him closely for any sign of danger. To her he seemed to be doing his best to act casual. It made sense. So she tried to do the same, but found she couldn't pull her hand off of her sword's handle. Oh well. The whole of life is a journey of learning and being easy while in danger was just another thing she'd have to put on the list of things she'd learn to do.

"An escape sounds like a good idea." She followed behind the leader onto his boat. He said to cut the rope and her blade appeared in her hand. It felt good holding on to it as it felt like an anchor keeping her attached to the past life. "I'll get it." She looked around and noted everyone wasn't on yet. "Just as soon as everyone gets on board." So she held the sword's edge above the rope, waiting for the rest.
Sorry that was so bad. I'm kind of out of it because of the melatonin t.t
The wizard coughed and waved away some of the thick dust. "Sounds like a plan" Jynmi said taking point. He took out his staff and held it at he ready, and held a rag over his mouth with the other. "Keep close, okay? Who knows what we'll find in there." He stepped in to the pitch darkness that used to be a lab. A bright white glow formed on the tip of his staff and lit up the room.

"This doesn't make any sense." He muttered as his eyes jumped from one corner to the other. The room was empty. It looked like it had been empty for awhile. There wasn't any sign that anyone had been around recently. "But the footsteps. They led down here." He chewed on his lip and looked around. "So where'd they lead? Could there have been another lab we didn't know about?" He scratched his nose, considering how bad it could be if he used his wizard sense.

"I mean. It is empty right, or am I missing something here?"
One person stopped screaming and scooped up some fire, which didn't burn and tasted like skittles.
