I do think a Skype group would be great, that way we can actively discuss it back and forth, rather then waiting for the limited replies we are getting in here...

Secondly, I am fine with the Rules as they sit so far, and I am fine with the OOC. Though, don't give everyone a specific sentence limit or maximum for their Personality and Background, as some people may only want to put little details, or just the bare important items and have the rest just come out in-Rp. I do think you need to add one more rule. #) No breaking lore, never disrupt a fact or something of importance that has been set previously by games, books, comics, or written history in the series and it's universe.

I have a big problem with people breaking lore, or bending certain things, so I want it to be clear NOT TO DO IT.
I do apologize, but honestly... WHo is making the OOC!? I am the kind of Lore Keeper and Fallout Fanatic who gets to thinking about a plot and Characters and can't stop.. I have been trying not to over-hype myself by turning my attention to my Original Warframe, Warframe Character Design Project, but it just won't work.. I have this idea for implementing the War for the Hoover damn, in a side-note, rather then directly.

The reason for this being, is because if we want out characters to have different and opinionated Moral standings, we can't do the Merc concept. I like that concept as well, but someone mentioned it giving us moral freedom, when that isn't true. Our character being hired as Mercs would mean we would have to form them with what is called the "Merc Morality" which is a form of either True Neutral or Chaotic Neutral Morality. Thus it wouldn't give us freedom. If we were to however have our characters say run across a single, or series(for the fact we may not all meet up right off the start), of events involving skirmishes, objectives, or occupation attempts by the members of the war, and having the war's intensity or complexity revealed to our characters indirectly, we could then truly have total Morality freedom and our characters would be free to choose whatever course of action fits their character design and moral standing best.

This is just my opinion and my way of looking at the writing. (I am not pushing it, or forcing it on you all.)
Ah, I sent one. A pleasure to add you you on Steam by the way.
There is also a lot of Bacon Cats. Haha.
Should I maybe make the OOC? Seeing as how everyone is so quiet. I ma eager to form a good, but open and spirited Plot. I am a Fallout Fanatic and know Lore better then most I have ever talked too. (I don't mean that a a slam to anyone or as a cocky remark, I literally just know a lot about Fallout in every way, big or small) If any of you would like to converse more on a plotline in a more fluid manner, add me on these:

PS4: UrsaMajor

Steam: UrsaMajor

Raidcall: UrsaMajor95
(Yes, I love the name UrsaMajor. It is an old nickname and I love the Constellations.)
Noxious said I'm going for female ex legion. Studies Deathclaws and other assorted beasts from a scientific point of view. A little insane and sometimes hard to understand because she spends time jumping from academia to beast mentality. Limited social skills. Left the Legion because she couldn't understand random brutality of people, though, ironically enough she has warmed up to the idea as her studies drove her insane.

You know what though? I really wouldn't mind playing a scientist still working for the Legion.

As it was said prior, Women were kept as slaves. I am not fond of "bending" the rules of lore. Certain other things, can be "tinkered" with, but bending a lore fact is not acceptable within my nature. You could however you that same concept, just with a tribe or without the "Legion" Nametag. I do like the idea of having another player who mine can enter "Primal Furys" with though. As mine is going to have a small series of mutations around Bestial Nature and Primal Instinct.

Onto the note of a Plot. I won't disagree overall with Jynx's plot idea. I just find it a bit too conformist to the Concept that has already been done. We are technically still doing the NV plotline, just with multiple people and skipping the trek around the 98. I would prefer something a little more custom. Besides, Mr. House would never hire Ex/Former(yes there is a difference) NCR or Legion. He doesn't trust them enough, because as he even says "History is doomed to repeat itself" and believes taking in Ex/Former NCR or Legion would actually be a series of spies getting inside his operation. I think a well planned out course of action, with an open and free-spirited beginning with a loose trail to a point of interest could give us some "free-roam" time, where we as writer's have a chance to establish our characters in "free" expression and establish concepts in the world that aren't given in game, but still giving us a direction to go to engage with the major plot.
I am here, and working on a post. I should have it up by tomorrow sometime, granted my Doctor's Appointment goes well and quick.
Mr. House allows a menagerie of people to enter the Lucky 38, everyone from business associates, to "personnel." The Lucky 38 will be a slight slight challenge, compared to some of the query of the Legion or the NCR. You can't even get to the Legion Camp without passage on a boat guided by his men. Lets conveen on a closer matter, and assemble the plot in stages. Where would you all like to start off?

Secondly, I call dibs on the Survivalist/Beast Companion Character. I have had one made for months, and haven't got to use it yet.
I am recovering from a massive(month long) issue of Writer's Block and Family Matters, but I am a Fallout Fanatic. I am both interested and I could be that Co-Gm with the knowledge you are seeking. I am a Lore-guy, in everything I am interested, and Fallout is one of the ones I live and breath.
Happy 21st Birthday!! ^U^

Also, I am sorry I haven't posted.. things between my family, have been.. terrible. My father and mother had a fight today.. and the breaking point was almost breached.
