Now Retsu on the other hand isn't so restricted. There is a force that controls this city, you see. And that force is omnipresence, constantly watching, never merciful. It will strike you down where you stand, regardless of innocence or guilt
And Retsu fights against that force, as she is one of the few who it cannot claim it's noodly appendage upon. Where others can only fathom that which is, Retsu has already chosen to deny it for what it shall never be: That which holds her down.
Is Retsu fighting Cthulu? Does she have a Necronomicon?

You don't 'avoid' a bike unless you heard it coming. Best chances are protecting your vitals, play the 'you ran me over' card to get some compensation!
