Whoa, has Kholodny literally become a zombie now? I swear he get's a new power or ability every post. o.0

Probably, and that picture is hilarious, it seems like a Guru thing somehow.
Anyway, the only thing I've argued was a breaking of the rules, two of the same tiered opponents facing off and my charged attack was essentially ignored, which is just a clear violation of the rules of T1 Eden era.

Noteworthy things, because I feel like saying them.Fury: Shows up out of nowhere, attacks Khold in one post.Result: Continuing the roleplay.Drag: Shows up from the exact same nowhere, doesn't attack Fury in one post. Waits a turn before actually attacking him.Result: Argument.Fury: Instant power boost to high tier.Result: Continuing the roleplay. Drag: Instant power re-allocation with a massive weight boost.Result: Argument.Fury: Takes a hit from a High Tier despite +1 charge priority, doesn't go flying.Result: Continuing the roleplay.Drag: Takes a hit from a physically weaker Intermediate tier. Is expected to go flying.Result: Argument.

Fury: Appears from miles away as a glowing blue missile, hence making him pretty goddamn easy to avoid. Causes no damage, leaves immediate option for player to leave legitimately, wasn't accepted by LeeRoy. (Also had a much better fucking reason for attacking, if you happened to have read Fury's CS history, which I doubt.)
Drag: Shows up in the middle of an ongoing fight with LeeRoy, attacks with intent to kill albeit with a delay (with pretty shitty motive, by all accounts he should be -just- as bad as Fury in Kanitah's eyes, but apparently Kanitah has a gift for spotting heroes.) though I hardly see how that mattered.

Fury: Instant power boost to high tier? You mean after your own character changed (which I allowed, most graciously) and broke all his ribs with his prior attack? You mean with the massive penalties of his transformation?
Drag: Instant transformation followed by a weight boost which apparently hasn't impacted his speed in the slightest, judging from his reaction to both Fury's attacks.

Fury: Breaks his ribs instantaneously from a punch which I could have easily logically deflected or avoided, because your character throws punches like a film hero rather than someone who actually knows how to punch someone. (And going flying is hardly a requirement for every single fucking attack that has a charge priority, taking some form of damage is the rule, which I was more than happy to comply with.)
Drag: Takes an -energy- hit which has no mark on Fury's physical strength whatsoever, an attack which could technically have been charged -up to- 2 times, no damage sustained at all (technically breaking the rules, but whatever.) Immediately recovers and launches counter attack which could outright kill Fury if I didn't think it was so goddamn stupid that he was essentially out-speeding my character after just saying he was weighty and unbalanced.

Yeah, good argument LeeRoy, once again stepping into an argument and floundering about, stick to arguing when you're actually involved, you're moderately better at it.
Rather than argue I've decided to vomit sarcasm all over my post so perhaps you learn from your mistakes, or not, I suppose.
Despite being hit directly with an unexpected energy blast that should have shot him to the moon and sliding backwards, Fury’s opponent was now more than capable of recovering in the mere second he was granted as the Fireen charged his position at immense speed. So much so that he apparently leapt to one side and threw forward some kind of plasma-fist. Fury’s speed was far too great to avoid it, but he could simply blow it away with his energy shield, which carried him past the defence and through to tackle the abomination. He could address the singing damage to his left shoulder, where the blow had been deflected, when his opponent was safely dead.

Provided he couldn’t come up with another instantaneous defence with his apparent super-human reflex, the Fireen would barrel into his lower legs and with a speedy take-down drive forward and transfer his momentum up and backwards, in a classic suplex which would drive the hybrid head-first into the ground when Fury’s own back crashed down. There wouldn’t be time for even the quickest of opponents to counter such an attack, but Fury had no doubts he’d react with no surprise and strike with his sword or some other similarly illogical defence.

Obviously none of this would happen though, because the instantaneous form-changing hybrid who had appeared from no-where would be invulnerable to both Fury’s superior momentum, positioning, and overall advantage in their skirmish.

So ya, Schradinger has to post before I can, then Lee, and so forth. I guess killing the elf is up to me since I'm closes? Geez that's quite the body count right from the get go. :K If elf guy is really gone anyway.

If the elf is gone I can quickly edit into my post striking her down, technically she would be standing near where Vanarus 'spawned'.

Vanarus Sallein, the ancient known for his unquenchable blood-thirst, made a characteristically brutal and messy entrance. Appearing from nothing, the magic of his cloaking spell fading suddenly, he rammed his clawed hand directly into the Elf-maiden's neck before she could react. She fell with a gurgling sigh, her death was quick and clean, Vanarus had matters to attend to that prevented him from indulging quite yet.

The Vampire lord tasted the blood on his claws, delicious. However his next thoughts were distaste and irritation, the light baring down on him was distressing at best, downright unhealthy at worst. Feeling weaker than normal, a feeling the vampire was particularly unhappy with, he drew himself to full height and observed the chaos in the room. He had appeared from apparent nothingness to those around him at the far end of the room from the conflict, and immediately he knew that some form of melee was afoot. It was paramount that he seek out and slay a foe quickly, but his love of duelling would not allow him to simply assassinate an engaged foe.

Swirling his dark cape back from his nobleman’s attire he drew the rapier, The Chalice, with one fluid motion. Waving it in his right hand, he swept his long black hair away with his free hand and surveyed the scene more precisely, deciding on his opponent to be. If one looked particularly closely at the vampire they would probably notice that he was squinting ever-so-slightly, despite the fact that the light in the room was not particularly bright or blinding… at least to a human.

His eyes settled on a large opponent, being pestered by some agile opponent up above. Vanarus could cut him down with sword or claw, but the bigger man seemed like he would be more of a challenge, and the vampire was eager to bleed him dry.

“Large fellow, prepare yourself if you would, I’d quite like to cut you to, bloody, ribbons.” Vanarus called with a cruel smile, striding across the floor to meet him, keeping his eyes on the other conflicts around him with a casual ease. He eyed up his foe’s gargantuan weapon with an experienced eye. At roughly eight feet, with enough open space around him to suit his particular style of fighting, he entered the generic fencing stance of the Spanish duelists, his sword arm fully extended, his body turned appropriately but strangely loose in regards to foot work, it would be clear to any expert that Vanarus was anything but traditional.
I don't even really understand what he's doing. Khan, did you forget you already posted that?
