I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Let me know if there's anything you want changing. I'm also having some trouble finding a picture, so I'll get back to you on that. :)
Name: Rozalia Éathliel
Nicknames/Aliases: Roze, Roza. On the street, she went by Bobcat.
X-Men Code Name: Wildcat
Gender: Female
Age: 15

Physical Description: Standing at about 5'5, Rozalia has a slim and lithe build. With a few curves and small bust, she looks somewhat younger than her actual age. Paired with a heart-shaped face, large eyes the colour of cerulean, a button nose and heart shaped lips, she retains an air of sweetness that sometimes clashes with her natural sass and cheekiness. Atop her head sits a wild mess of ebony curls, often in her eyes or trailing down her back when she can't be bothered to pin it up. However, her most obvious features are her mutations; keeping in line with her powers, Roze was born with feline ears and a tail; much akin to a balinese breed, the fur on her ears and tail are the same dark shade as her hair, with her tail being just slightly longer than her legs. In addition to this, her nails and teeth - although not quite claws and fangs - are harder, sharper and slightly longer than a regular humans. Often, when she smiles, you can see her canines resting on her bottom lip. She can come across as quite harmless, but when shown the old scars dotted here and there on her tanned body, you know she can hold her own in a fight.

Mutations: Enhanced speed, agility, balance, strength, and climbing abilities. As she has developed cat-like abilities but to a superhuman level, her five senses have also been enhanced, leaving her able to hear, smell and see things from up to 100 metres away. Her night vision - although not as perfect as infra-red; still surpasses that of any human (Or regular cat, for that matter).

Personality: Despite a fairly harsh upbringing and childhood, Roze has retained her childish sense of mischief and penchant for finding humour in most things. Always one to look on the optimistic side of things, she hates to see people upset and will often try to cheer them up, being friendly to many people despite their background or actions. However, she certainly has a darker side within her. She can be certainly ruthless and aggressive when threatened enough, and will not hesitate to hurt those who could potentially harm her or those she cares about. However, before it comes to this, she prefers to use some good ol' sass to deal with them first. (If her temper doesn't snap first, that is.)
Overall, she uses a lot of humour (and more predatory behaviour, sometimes), to hide her own insecurities and sadness. It's rare for her to show that around anyone, friend of enemy.

Background: Roze was born with her mutation. When she was shown to her parents by a shell-shocked midwife, they were taken aback to see two furless cat ears on top of her head, rather than some nice pink human ones on the side. The tail was an even bigger shock. Her Father grew to love her, but her mother wasn't happy - after six years of hiding her daughter's 'disability', and a series of tragic events, Roze ran away from home, and lived out the rest of her life on the streets. Whether due to her cat-like mutation or not, she swiftly learnt how to look after herself, and how to get food with ease. After a few run-ins with the law, she was eventually found by another mutant, and was brought to the academy at 15 years old.

Recap of your mutations awakening: "That thing is not my daughter! She's a freak! She can't even keep those damn things hidden at school, so now all of the children know she's different. Let them bully her. Perhaps she'll learn to hide it that way."
Sorry to intrude, I just think your interest check has died a little. Are you guys open for one more roleplayer, because I'm quite interested .:)
Roze shrugged at Dan's question, glancing around the rest of the students. Most had shown up, but the Professor seemed quite happy to wait for a bit longer. He was a bit of a Quidditch legend - Oliver Wood, ex-Puddlemere United Keeper, and used to be the Gryffindor Captain that coached Harry Potter. Leo had gained a few tips on flying from Professor Wood, what with him becoming a Chaser for Gryffindor in his second year.
"She was okay about, I suppose. Lost 10 points for Ravenclaw, which I thought was pretty unfair considering I didn't even get my wand out." Roze replied with a hint of bitterness in her voice, but her smile returned to her at Dan's second question. "And me and Dani were already scheduled for a trip into the Forest. There was a fight on the train over here that a lot of us first-years got pulled into. McGonagall was not amused." She said with a light chuckle.
"Anyways, enough of that. Are you thinking about trying out for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team? I hear a lot of places have opened up this year." She asked both Dan and Dani, although she was certain Dani wouldn't be too interested in that. Even before she got knocked over, Roze noticed Dani had pulled a face at flying practice. Well, if wasn't for everyone.
So, is this dead then? That's a shame. :(
Hey, I'm interested! I love X-Men, and I've never had much luck finding a decent one to roleplay within until now. :) Can I fill out a CS, if you have room for more?
I went back to college on Saturday, so I've been rather busy too. But, I'm currently waiting on @MiddleEarthRoze to write us to flying class. :D

All done, sorry about the delay. :) also, which sick person makes someone go back to college on a freakin' weekend?!
Roze couldn't help breathing a sigh of relief once they escaped from the Headmistress' office.
"Gods, that sucked." She said to Dani, now noticebly brighter in both her expression and hair, now that the punishment was over and done with. "I was sure she was going to give me another detention." She said then paused thoughtfully. "Although, considering it would have been in the Forbidden Forest, I wouldn't have minded so much. There's all sorts of magical creatures in that place - fair to say I'm looking forward to tonight!" She said with a grin, her fearlessness returning to her. When it came to fear, it was rare for Roze to apply it to things such as the dark, the unknown, or bullies like Wade. Fear of someone with the power to make things very hard for you - such as a Headmistress or teacher - was more likely in Roze's mind. And of course, fear of a few other things, but she was hardly likely to be telling everyone about those.
"Oh, I hope they haven't taken all of the decent broomsticks. Some of them can hurt you more than the Whomping Willow, according to my brother." Roze informed Dani; she was sure Dani would be sitting out anyway, because she looked a bit wobbly on her feet still. Despite the smaller girl's ailment, they managed to make it to their lesson with a minute to spare. Not even everyone had shown up yet.
After informing Professor Wood of Dani's sitting out, they both ventured over to Daniel, who stood by the bin of broomsticks.
"Hey! Nice to see you've still got your head attached, Dan." Roze said with an easy smile, picking a fairly decent broom out of the bunch. Some of the twigs were wonky, and the shaft was covered in knots, but it felt right in her hands. "And, uh... Thanks. That was brave of you, jumping in like that. Perhaps you should be in Gryffindor instead." She added, her face flushing slightly. She wasn't exactly used to having people stick up for her - so she wasn't used to thanking people for their help.
Hopefully, that's an adequate post. I don't typically like writing the actions of a character like the headmistress due to the potential for abuse, but I think I did a fair job. Let me know if you want me to change anything, @Eyeris! :D

I think you did an awesome job! Only, I don't think she'd deduct 50 points just for some tomfoolery on a first-years part. Considering she only deducted 5 points from Hermione when she took the blame for that troll incident in her first year.
Despite the fact that she was technically not guilty of the fight that had sparked in the Great Hall, Roze couldn't help but feel nervous sat in a large seat before the stoic Headmistress. Yesterday hadn't been so bad, what with the bigger group and less personal attention. Now she felt she had been pierced to the chair she sat upon by Mcgonagall's gaze. Her mind also wandered to the possibility that this was the very same chair her brother Leo had sat upon ten years ago, when he recieved the world-shattering news of their mother's demise at the tender age of eleven.
Roze's mind shook back to the present as the Headmistress awaited their version of events. Concious of the time, Roze kept it as short as possible.
"Myself, Daniel and Dani were having lunch in the Great Hall. Peeves appeared, but I... Erm... Persuaded him to go bother someone else while we ate. He ended up dumping fish stew on a bunch of Slytherin's; one of them being Wade. I thought it was funny, and he must have seen me laughing. When we walked out, he was already there waiting for me." Roze paused uncomfortably, glancing first at Dani, then at her shoes. "He got me with a curse, and I knocked Dani over. Dan deflected the second curse, shot off his own spell... Then you turned up." Roze's attention stayed fixed on her feet. She still felt awfully guilty for hurting Dani.
