I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Woo! Finally posted, glad to get back into the swing of things here. I wonder what this mysterious object was though... *dun dun DUNNNN*
Despite Roze's previous escapades on a broomstick, she was still a wee bit nervous. This certainly was nothing like the one her Brother had - his was new, well-looked after, and an incredibly smooth ride. She was frankly amazed that this decrepit one was happy enough to give into her commands. Upon her stating of 'Up!', it wavered ever so slightly, then shot into her hand, tail end wobbling slightly as if it were a dog, pleased to meet it's new owner.

Hopefully it didn't act like that in the air.

Mounting her quivering broom, Roze couldn't help but smile at everyone else's reactions to their own brooms. The New Zealander had let off an impressive tirade of swear words as his broom took of with him; a few people were zooming around the courtyard; and some people were getting smacked right in the fact by their broomsticks.
Kicking off the floor gently, nothing happened. Frowning, Roze kicked again more forcefully, only for the broom to finally get the idea and jolt her up in the air about 10 feet.

"Ehh.... easy boy." She muttered nervously as it continued to quiver. Seeing Daniel zooming around quite happily, Roze gritted her teeth and leant forward. Surprisingly, the quivering stopped, and it went forwards quite smoothly. Much like with a horse and it's rider, once Roze gained control and her confidence grew, the broom seemed to relax around her.

"Broom makers make these things way too intelligent." Roze muttered, but now she was grinning as the elation of the air got to her. Accelerating on her broom, she continued flying upwards at a fairly hair-raising angle; not that she found herself perturbed by this. In fact, she felt all the memories of her flying back at home coming back to her, which only made the experience better.

And yet, something in the distance marred her experience. As a few of the others landed, something dark flitted across the sun in the distance. Holding a hand over her eyes, Roze peered forward. It had been too big to be a bird... a dragon?! No... there weren't any in this area of Great Britain. She'd been excited enough about the prospect to question her Uncle Bobby about any indigenous species. The closest dragons to... wherever the hell in Scotland Hogwarts was, was the Outer Hebrides. So what had it been?

Hearing whoops from down below, Roze cast one last dubious glance at the horizon before descending, falling back into place beside Daniel. Dismounting, she returned her smile to her face, ignoring the niggling feeling of doubt she had just discovered. Why was she so bothered? There were loads of magical creatures in and around Hogwarts. It was probably just a Hippogriff... or... something...

"Well," Roze said to Daniel, deciding not to bring the subject up unless someone else did - she didn't want to come across as some paranoid weirdo. "That was better than expected!"

Peter Sköjare

Location; Campus
Interacting With; Ever Tidus @WhiteStar19& Charlie

Despite the fair-to-say foul mood Peter was in, a familiar happy bark brought forth a smile from him, as Ever and her dog Charlie approached him.
"Well, I'm a very likable person. Charlie has good taste." Peter said with a grin, bending down to scratch behind Charlie's ears. Although not his overall favourite breed of dog, he was definitely in the top five - and he was just about the damned sweetest and intelligent dog Peter had ever met. "And you don't have to apologize for not knowing where I am. You kinda have a good excuse." He added with a chuckle as he straightened up, looking at the girl before him. It would have been tough to not remember Ever; not only was she the only person on campus with A) Blindness and B) A dog, she had this stunning way or being pretty much unperturbed by anything. They'd chatted on some of the rare occasions Peter had left his apartment in the past week, in one of the several cafes dotted around the campus.

Peter's smile only grew as she asked him the favour of getting her to class safely. It was a small thing to ask, but probably not to Ever. Being blind, it was obvious she had to put a lot of trust in people.

"I'd be happy to help." He answered, standing beside her and allowing her to take his arm. "As for the party, I was there. Left pretty soon, but I saw the whole fight and love triangle issue going on. I'm surprised Clarissa is even speaking to Stella; she said some pretty bitchy things to her." He explained, thinking back on it. After he'd gone outside to get Cori her drink, a migraine decided to blow his brain apart. He'd had to abandon the drinks, and the party. He hadn't seen Cori after that, but hopefully she wasn't too pissed at him for abandoning her. Hell, maybe she left early anyways.

"So, which thrilling lesson do you have this morning Ever?" He asked, smiling at her.

Yeah, that'd be cool. I did say that he's been indoors for most of the week due to various issues, but he will have gone out on the campus sometime for food and stuff. You can decide when and where they met, if you want. :)

Yeah, it's his first year. He might have gone earlier, but he dropped off the grid for a good few years. It's also Roze's first year.
Hey, sorry for the delay dude. I haven't been able to read up on the history until today, so I'll try and get my sign-up either today or tomorrow done; if you're still interested? :)

Haha, thats fine. He probably had a migraine coming on and thought nothing of it. Peter seems to have a lot of problems. What a cruel creator I am. XD

Haha, well it's one my own favourite pieces. I've never been lucky enough to learn to play the piano so far in my life, so I thought I'd give Peter a go. And hell, I get impressed if you can play the piano itself, let alone that piece. :)
