Mike's true dragon form:

Oh by the way, Mike is actually no longer a Dragon former now. Because he was originally born in Levelga, he actually has a Levethen form but because he was a blue flame wielder he became a dragon. Now thought, since he died and was restored back to life. He no longer had the blue flame any more so his true form is there now, its the same with Crystal. Because she was Levalga born, she has a Leviathan form thought they are kinda like dragon so we can still say dragon love. 

Vanissa would not be alone for long as soon, a young man crash landed infront of her as his eagle wings flared up and then vanished as he mutter a couple of choice cursewords before he stood up and looked at her for the longest time before he said "Well well, if this is not a massive slap in the face by destiny. I can smell your scent quite well young lady and cane tell immediately that you are like me. You might not even share the power with me but you are certainly a Evo human and a very beautiful young lady at that. My name is Mike, may I ask what a lovely girl like yourself is doing all along in an alleyway like this?"

To be honest, I'm not really sure how to jump in. I don't really know where a Animal shifter could appear from. If I was already in Beast form, I would pretty much end up with him crash landing infront of two or more of the heroes together already and them immediately getting into a fight with him.

10 years later, Mike and Elsbeth were returning to Draconia with a now 21 year old Derek after hearing that Marina was on her death bed due to a fatal illness and the fact that Derek was only a few days away from going though the Fertar memories. The time had finally come for them to unite Draconia and Levelga. A young girl watched them enter and she blushed as she watched Derek come though the gate with his parents. She was one of Derek first friends and had grown into a beautiful young woman but she did not know if Derek shared the same feeling for her that she had to him.
Mike shook his head as he said "You know, I never though that this sort of time would come by now"

Ability: The ablity to take on the form of any Animal he has touch, his body sometimes retain the Animal power to use in his human form. As of now, He has the strengh of a bear, the speed of a cheetah, the agilty of a fox, the power of flight with wing that are big enough to carry him normally eagle wings though has used bat wings as well, the regenitive ablity of a lizard and a few other animal ablity's and he is now starting to glitch form because he had too many forms but can't get rid of any of them.
Personality: Mike is a very friendly person, he tend to push himself too far when training because he experanced quite bad lose and never wants it to happen again. He is also a very flirty guy as he will flirt with most girls he meets even if their evil. Mike is also a driven young man, once he knows what needs to be done, he will do it. 
Background: 
The eldest of three siblings, Mike took to the role of bog brother quite quicker when his parents died in a car accident caused by a fight between two Evo humans. Mike abilities manifest when he was 16 and he was playing with the family cat. Mike soon discovered he could take the form of any animal he touched though as he took on tht form more. His human body was starting to struggle and he started to gain abilities in his human form but only the forms he used the most.
When Mike was 18, his younger sister was killed in a brutal murder by a gang. In his anger Mike killed every member of that gang and left their bodies for all to see. Only a year after that though, his younger brother died to deadly illness caused by another Evo Human. Mike once again hunted down this murderer and killed him right by the police station, he fled before the police caught him though.
2 years after losing both his siblings, Mike emarged from hiding after studying in a monestry and learning how to master his powers from a long dead evo Human, Now Mike returned to hs home and has been a Vigilanty ever since.

Ok, I was thinking that eventually the abilities lead him to become his beast form. but I degrease. I will change the ability. To be fair, those are abilities that are trapped within his human form. Once his beast form becomes his main form all the abilities go into that form. But I can limit his human form which can be part of the reason which leads to the beast form.
