"I will get to that eventually. You seemed the to be most likely to take interest in the idea. I have you and your owlman friend on my side, and perhaps this girl. Perhaps we can convince the others to comply, but most importantly...Mikkish."
Meanwhile, in the library,
"Damn dude. You haven't seen the rooms yet, have you? They are like their own 5 star hotel rooms. I bet this place had room service that serves fuckin lobster. You should really check it out."
Outside in the hall
"Mikkish could pose a threat to me, and wouldn't be so keen on the idea of working with me at first, but if I can just get him to listen, I am sure he can be convinced. Unfortunately, he would more than likely attack me once he sees me." Gabriel explained, looking at Marlene "But he does have one fatal flaw. He is a horny bastard. Easily manipulated by pretty women like you. So maybe your feminine charm could convince him, and if not..." He then looked at Sam "Maybe you could summon Owlman if more...brute force is necessary."

"There are threats to this place and all of reality that dwell in in different worlds. You being here isn't random, as I've said. You were called here, so I am sure you could put forth effort. You yourself might lack a certain combat prowess, but I am sure your Owlman could cover you there." Gabriel said, hoping the possibility of danger wouldn't scare Sam away.
The grin faded to a simple smirk on Gabriel's face.
"I appreciate the enthusiasm. And there will be plenty of opportunity to take samples but...wouldn't it be better to experience each different reality?" Gabriel was clearly leading up to a proposal "But I'm afraid I have bad news about getting your equipment. See, the different worlds are in constant motion around this place. There are no guarantees you will wind up back in your world if you try to move through those woods. The good news is, you would never have found this place if you weren't meant to. You could easily find this place again from any reality if you intend to."
"That being said, I am not actually a butler. I, too, am a guest. But I have specific business here I could use help with, if you are interested. There would be compensation."

Meanwhile, Mikkish had taken another set of stairs. He had heard Marlene crying downstairs and just wanted to avoid that drama.
He wound up, however, in a different part of the mansion, which slowly revealed itself to be the library. It was large, with towering shelves, and many tables. Most were clean but one was cluttered with notes and books that Mikkish didn't bother to really look at.
Mikkish noticed, as he was coming down the steps to this area, that the teleporter was doing his teleporting again, this time winding up here.
"Dude holy shit, that girls got issues." He remarked.
He wound up, however, in a different part of the mansion, which slowly revealed itself to be the library. It was large, with towering shelves, and many tables. Most were clean but one was cluttered with notes and books that Mikkish didn't bother to really look at.

"I'm pretty sure you already know, or rather, already had a taste of how perception creates reality. But to your understanding, there is objective and subjective reality. In truth, they are the same." Gabriel said "Every reality is a possibility, set side by side in a circle. This mansion, and the forests outside are what is set in the middle."
Gabriel looked at Marlene, then at Sam, and wondered how Sam would react.
"I'm pretty sure you already know, or rather, already had a taste of how perception creates reality. But to your understanding, there is objective and subjective reality. In truth, they are the same." Gabriel said "Every reality is a possibility, set side by side in a circle. This mansion, and the forests outside are what is set in the middle."

Appearance: A 7 foot tall butler, muscular at about 200 pounds. His hair is shiny and black, as is his twirly mustache. He wears a tuxedo in his seeming role as a butler, despite his behavior being a bit different.
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, very proper, takes a big interest in each of the newest guests but more particularly Sam and the Owlman, who he is able to perceive.
Abilities: So far he has displayed the ability to perceive things that are "only real subjectively." He also knows the names of each of the guests.
History: TBH
