Whenever it rains, Dolore's power will increase.

-Biography: Dolores was not born in Redensia, his birth place was in of the larger surrounding nations. He was born at the very bottom of society, homeless and on the streets. He never had any parents, instead he had been found and raised in an orphanage. Nothing important ever came of Dolores after that, he joined a gang and dabbled in petty warfare, minor theft, he was never important, special, or worthwhile.

However, that changed when he discovered that he possessed the gift, and he was invited to the academy. With no love for his nation and the city he had been born in, Dolores swiftly left for Redensia. He only brought an oar from the boat he used to navigate the rivers and enter the republic of Redensia.
