Viral wasn’t fully set mentally for hearing any more bad news when it came to his condition, but he’d rather it was over and done with. He didn’t know what could be a positive breakthrough this early so it could only get worse from here on, especially when he was limited to barely being able to do anything at all. For his age Vegeta was intelligent and certainly carried the weight of determination with his work, but he didn’t fully believe he’d be able to fix anything that might be wrong with him on a genetic level. He didn’t help create him and obviously wasn’t there for the process, meaning he had to start from scratch to get this thing sorted. He didn’t know how the process was done or how to fix it, meaning he had to start from scratch and figure out passed his parent’s flaws when creating him and all those failed prototypes. He didn’t have much faith in Vegeta because of his lack of knowledge, even if he was a good person for trying. “The planet was hidden from the radars the first time we found it, so I don’t know what he’s thinking if he assumes we’ll find it again in the same planetary orbit. I don’t know what he aims to find there other than energy. Could’ve gone to any other mild planet…”

Viral was pretty annoyed at himself for once again disrupting all their plans and preparations all because he couldn’t control his own body. It was a nightmare to say the least and everybody who didn’t care for him were probably pretty pissed at them for sending them through space so much just to find a cure. The rebels were getting ready to fight the King while having to deal with their own strange problems, they were needing to get reinforcements and who knew how many on the ship were actually itching to get to the King themselves and finish it once and for all. He didn’t care for his own vengeance right now, it seemed like a wasted effort when he was practically shackled and pulled down with nowhere to go and nothing to hope for until someone brought him the key. The key to fixing everything seemed so far away or didn’t exist, making him feel pretty useless and hopeless. He just wanted to battle and be free, but all this tying down was just bringing terrible emotions and stress to the surface. “What if I started to insult you because of these frustrations, then would you leave? Whatabout that Saiyan twin, would you leave if he wanted to be with you? You can’t hang around me forever. I could stop talking and you wouldn’t be able to find a reason to listen, then you’ll leave, won’t you? If complaining doesn’t do your head in, I bet silence will as I mull over my very existence in this twisted form”.
Shu didn’t know what was going on or why everything seemed to get all serious, seeing how upset T’charrl seemed to be. Something must have happened when he was zoned out, but he knew he had to make it better somehow. Tilting his head a little when T’charrl expressed his determination to change, staring at him before he let out a squeak when Takeshi decided to get up and go, whether it was for fruit or something else he didn’t know, “Okay! Fruit is good”, he smiled, watching him leave somewhat curiously. He didn’t know what that was all about and it wasn’t as if he was hungry, not unless T’charrl was then that was fine. Looking to T’charrl he frowned a little, seeing him look a little down. He wasn’t very happy by something, it seemed. Squeaking a little he crawled towards T’charrl, giving him a little smile before petting his arm, “There, there! It’s okay, you’ll get there!”

T’charrl watched Takeshi leave before letting a sigh once he’d gone, lowering his head a little bit. He was not sure what he was doing wrong but he was upsetting people by having all these changes happen to him and having near to no control over anything that happened to him. He was feeling pretty terrible for it, he was probably scaring Takeshi so bad too because of how he looked, knowing how much he was scared by how he looked. He didn’t mean to scare him but it still happened, making him worry if Takeshi was going to be okay with being around him for so long. He didn’t want to be negative about it, but he didn’t think he’d be able to change back by doing what he was trying for all this time. If it wasn’t happening now then he doubted his ability greatly. Sighing a little, he looked to Shu and smiled a little, appreciating how he was at least trying to make him feel better without having any understanding over the subject, “I’ll keep trying, thank you. I do want to change back. I hope you believe me”.

“If it would be good news he probably would had told me by now, but right now I doubt any news will be anything good”. Viral didn’t doubt Vegeta’s ability, just he was completely clueless to how he was supposed to fix something like this right now. There was nothing going for him that was going to be a positive yet, not unless he went into surgery to see if his theories were correct. Slowly rubbing his head his eyes slowly glanced over to Yumi, frowning a little, “So long as Vegeta doesn’t want to do tests of me. I don’t even know why we were going to this planet other than because of me. I don’t hear the others knowing where we’re going”. It was probably just as well that they were keeping quiet about it, especially when the alien bug probably wouldn’t be pleased. “We weren’t supposed to have anything looming over us when we were first on that planet! But of course I had to be the problem, a big problem! I don’t even remember arriving on the planet or if I was even conscious…was I?” He wasn’t sure, all he knew was he was in a great deal of pain and had to be operated on, but that was hardly something unusual anymore. It was pathetic how useless he was throughout this journey. “Hmph, you’re probably sick of me talking about it, anyway. I don’t blame you; I’m sick of hearing myself”.
Haha, well we're just all sitting waiting here for you.

To be honest, your notes were fine it's just...well, a detail you missed out to how a certain thing happens because right now the thing seems impossible.
T’charrl was feeling pretty bad, even when Shu tried to cheer him up. He didn’t want to unintentionally hurt his friends by being different all the time so changing back was typically the only way to make his friends feel better, it seemed. He probably should keep trying even if he was tired, seeing how people were uncomfortable with how different he looked all the time. “Umm…no rush. I’m still going to try and do it as fast as I can. Everyone is counting on me”. Well, probably not everyone, but everyone who considered him a friend was. He didn’t know how many that was when they practically picked him up to get him back to normal for his mother so whether they thought much of him after how long it was taking he didn’t really know. He was worried that he was just making them annoyed that he had now spent so long trying and not got anywhere fast. “Yeah…I-I mean, I do want to see her again and she wants me to be normal, so…I should keep working”. He really wanted a break, but this whole thing was getting pretty tight and he was becoming scared that he might never find his true form again. If he couldn’t then his friends probably won’t like him anymore because he made his mother angry. “Uhh, okay I’ll try again. I think I’m ready to try again…okay?”

Viral didn’t much care for medicine at this point, feeling that he was already too far gone for them to even try and yet there they were still trying. The moment his forms surfaced like this that was it in his eyes. He had no feeling to make them go away so they felt like they were stuck there, unable to make them go away. He didn’t know when this damage first started happening or whether the King did this on purpose so that he’d stick with him for help, maybe acting as an ultimatum for his return. It was worrying to say the least, his mind barely able to get passed the fact that it was happening to him. It was the same as his immune system breaking down, only this was his genes starting to crash. He didn’t know how to accept this kind of death, especially when the pain was constant and making him wonder if ending it all was best. “I know. I’m prepared for the worst. I would rather he told me straight rather than hide it from me”. It was just a matter of knowing now rather than wondering, but if Vegeta knew nothing more then he wasn’t going to demand he worked harder. “Hmph, you can ask but I don’t know about cheering up. I’m still not enjoying this: my tail gets stuck sometimes, my horns are too heavy and my arms itch! Half the time I want to scratch things like the wall…or someone’s face…”
T’charrl didn’t like how Takeshi was speaking, hardly feeling comfortable with himself at all as he continued to go on. He didn’t mean what he did and it was only by chance that his race had this power, but it wasn’t exactly something he could control. He would be better off transforming back into his normal form if it made them happy and not think that he was strange like Takeshi did, feeling as if it was too obvious that Takeshi just didn’t like him when he was like this. “Uhh, right…umm, I-I know it’s not my fault because I didn’t want it”. He was having a hard time feeling secure about himself, coming close to wanting to hide away again until he managed to change back. He didn’t know why he couldn’t, he couldn’t figure out what he was missing and it was hurting his self-esteem greatly, especially if his friends didn’t like him when he was like this. It made him feel bad for making them feel uncomfortable. “I will keep trying to change back, I just…need a little more time…”

Shu looked between T’charrl and Takeshi, not entirely sure what was going on but T’charrl didn’t seem too happy with something. Maybe something happened while he was all getting groomed and what not, feeling confused to what it could be. Takeshi seemed to be stumbling on his own words for one, maybe it was something he said. Tilting his head a little he gave a smile, squeaking, “Ooh! Friend T’charrl can take time, it’s okay”, he spoke quickly, looking to his friend, “He just needs his mother to see he can! It all okay, I think. Friend all big and fluffy, give much hugs too. I don’t care what Friend looks like so long as Friend doesn’t go bad. Scary…”

“Yeah sure, not until somebody takes over my mind and body. It certainly seems so easy to do”. Viral didn’t feel satisfied with the information he had on the King and his wishes of what he wanted to do with him. There had to be a reason why he wanted an artificial creature in his ranks so high and not just as a typical slave soldier, there had to be a reason for all the experiments they put him through and his determination to have control over his mind to make sure he either served the King or came out broken. He didn’t like it, he didn’t even like how they used the knowledge acquired from his genes to do what they did to Yumi. It made him feel very unsettled and without peace, even if everybody else tried to grant peace to him. “Good. I don’t want him thinking it’s okay before suddenly having second thoughts”, he sighed, moving to the door as well, his head held a little low just because of his horns, “The most I want to know is if there’s been further deterioration since the other day! But of course that probably won’t be possible to see…yet, I’m still concerned. This has all happened so fast”.
T’charrl’s expression wasn’t really changing, instead remaining in the frown when Takeshi first started talking. He didn’t want Takeshi thinking little of the Spirit just because it changed form, he didn’t see it as unusual either but was managing to take it personally too. “I don’t look one way all the time…” he mumbled, feeling a little sore with that, “You really think it’s weird…?” He didn’t see anything wrong with it, the form it took was to suit the vessel it took, just like any spirit. His was always going to be a Kaesstrian spirit because that’s what his body was and Takeshi a Saiyan’s so the problem was something he couldn’t quite understand. He felt confused and it was a little upsetting, probably because it was something he took to heart. “Umm, I do want to get back to my old self, it’s just hard. I…umm, I feel fine. What do you mean ‘get better’? Does that mean I’m not well?” T’charrl was really feeling confused now, wondering if there was something wrong with him for being unable to change back now.

Shu was feeling pretty relaxed as Takeshi groomed him, not really paying much attention to what they were talking about. He didn’t need to, especially when it wasn’t something that was irrelevant to him. He wasn’t part of the conversation so he wasn’t exactly worried about what they were saying, feeling pretty content with getting his hair checked. When Takeshi suddenly ruffled up his hair he let out a squeak, looking to him quickly, “Ooh! Already? It quick! Quick Takeshi”, he squeaked, feeling pretty happy that he still got groomed, “What you saying? What talk about? Not really listening, no no”.

Viral had figured it out long ago and it was just a matter of time before he spoke up about it, seeing how he was practically dying with this problem of his. Vegeta may had been close when he was growing up but the moment he became a business man it was business he was only interested in. He wasn’t going to turn down trade deals and Viral was essentially a worker doing no work at the Capsule Corp so he probably decided to put him into good use by sending him off to the military, so long as they gave him a good deal in exchange for his services; of course, it was always the wrong military unit that approached him on the deal. It was no wonder though considering who he was and where their interests lay when it came to Viral, especially when one of their scientists helped create him. Slowly folding his arms he looked away, “The King knew what he wanted from me, otherwise I wouldn’t had been on his target list with his sons. I don’t believe he would had ran all those test on me because he didn’t know what to do with me”. The whole thought of all this effort to get around his condition was making him feel very uneasy, barely understanding why he was having such a big problem with it all either. He wanted to eat and he wanted to not feel pain, but none of those wishes were going to happen just because he wanted it. “Hmph, Vegeta? Fine…but don’t mention the going hunting thing! If we do go and he knows now, he’ll probably try to stop me going out incase it triggers something or whatever…”
T’charrl frowned a little, giving a little nod before looking away, “I-I guess…I mean, in any other Kaesstrian they would look like what you see, umm…I mean, it’s not weird…” He didn’t want to be seen as weird, it was something he was fairly nervous about. Takeshi probably didn’t mean it, but that look he was giving certainly did scream his honesty in the matter. Maybe he was very weird after all, even when he tried to explain himself he just couldn’t. His kind weren’t that weird, they barely cared for the Spirits anymore after all and his own clan were the only ones to see their tree as anything sacred and thanked for keeping them alive. That wasn’t weird, surely, feeling a little singled out when Takeshi was the one trying to untangle Shu’s hair without using some sort of aid. Sighing a little he looked back up to Takeshi, not looking too happy over the suggestion to floor him, especially when it seemed serious at first until Takeshi decided to make it out as a joke instead. “Umm, just kidding? Weird? I…guess it is. Whatever the Spirit has told you is probably all and I just…I don’t know. Maybe I’m thinking about it too much. I don’t want to let people down after working on it for so long, though…”

Viral had little doubt that he knew the reason Vegeta was considering selling him to a selected army, but in the end never decided on a suitable deal or army. He knew he was a warrior and was getting fed up with him getting all testy over being locked up in the same place, Vegeta’s devotion to his work taking over any sort of social time he may have had with him. “He got busy, that was his reason. Even when he knew I wasn’t allowed to go out in public he would barely talk to me because of his work…hmph, that’s all you need to know to guess what the problem was”. His idea of fun was fighting and killing so it was no wonder he let the army look at him for longer than anyone else had ever been allowed to do so. Of course the RRA already knew about him, one of their men helped create him, but even then they acted as if they were seeing him for the first time. “It’s hard to believe that because I’m not exactly the most sociable creature ever brought into existence! Better off being around a bunch of nobodies I can give orders to. Even the King figured that out. I’m more surprised you can put up with all this negative energy…” He wasn’t exactly feeling the need to talk about food for this long either, finding it to be a little off-putting rather than encouraging. “You just really want to cook, don’t you? I don’t care what I do or what you do, it all depends on how I feel then about it at the time. If all this is too much fuss then we don’t need to go hunting, we can do something else you really want to do if that’s going to cause less grief…”
T’charrl didn’t know what he was supposed to do to calm it down or make him feel better about this energy, making him wonder if he was really managing to do it all properly. He didn’t know why he couldn’t make it happen, it wasn’t that big a deal and he was trying hard after so long, but something was preventing him from changing. If he had done it once then it was obviously there, he could do it, but it was a matter of having the ability to do it while conscious. Looking to Takeshi he let out a sigh, lowering his head a little with a frown. “Maybe, but I don’t know how to fix that. He could easily be stopping it, his lingering hatred for me and my power”. Feeling a little down by that thought he slowly scratched his face, staring down before looking up again when Takeshi questioned the spirit, frowning, “I don’t think so, I mean…the Spirit has no vessel of its own anymore”, he spoke, looking away again, “The Spirit is the same as our Sacred Tree, only the Spirit that harbours has a home and that is its form. The one I have only looks like a Kaesstrian because I am one and I am its vessel, whether its vessel was also shaped like a Kaesstrian I doubt it can remember. We worshipped them and gave them our energy in return for gifts and protection from them, but…ones like the one I carry could only sleep when people forgot about them”. Not feeling too happy with how much his world had fallen into mediocrity he could only wonder if the Spirit would ever be able to leave or whether it was bound to him forever without a home, travelling with him as if it was kept in a bag. Rubbing his head a little his eyes were soon drawn to Takeshi, tilting his head a little before smiling, “I don’t think it can talk when I’m awake, not unless you want me to be two people”.

Viral didn’t necessarily agree with a lot that Yumi was saying, finding she was just trying to cheer him up without there being much support behind her words. She probably knew he would feel that way about all of these things that happened, “I was expensive, remember? They wouldn’t want me dead, not unless they can remove all the resources from me and put me back together again…which they couldn’t without Vegeta’s parents. The RRA tried to buy me many times and sometimes Vegeta considered. I don’t know what he was thinking back then but he was certainly fed up with me after you stopped visiting”. It was a confusing time and did manage to make him feel very uncomfortable with his life at that stage, but he was not going to hold that against him forever. “I don’t know whether you actually mean that or it was only so because you didn’t know much about me back then. I was just there”. Still not feeling completely over the food he did manage to feel the need for it, but whether needing it or wanting it was the same thing he couldn’t tell. He didn’t know if he might have an adverse reaction to it or feel ill. “Hmph, maybe that might help…I don’t know, then you’re cooking instead of me! Even if I don’t eat my own food…tch, I don’t know what to do with this problem of mine…”
Shu wasn’t asking for much, just for his hair to be checked to see if there’s anything had escaped their showering sessions from when they were on other planets. Takeshi hadn’t caught anything in his hair, he hadn’t found anything at least. If he did somehow manage to find a bug he would had eaten it anyways, at least making sure Takeshi didn’t notice him. As of right now though Takeshi was done and Shu wanted his done like was promised, feeling fairly confident that he was going to get some nice social grooming with his brother. Sitting down all nicely with a little wiggle, he took hold of his tail and smiled away, waiting for Takeshi to get ready. “Ooh! Yeah! My turn!” Feeling pretty prepared he squeaked a little when Takeshi started grooming him, feeling all sorts of happy over his acceptance. He was pretty sure he was accepted now, so long as Takeshi completed it this time and didn’t freak out because he had some random bug in his hair. It was pretty nice to feel this way, his mind all soothed and his tail wiggling around at the end.

T’charrl watched Takeshi and Shu curiously, not entirely sure what this was all about but whatever it was Shu was indeed happy about it. He didn’t appear to know all that much about them after all if this was something they possibly enjoyed doing. While he was a little curious he wasn’t going to see them as anything less. Giving his head a little scratch he looked away slightly, “Well I-I mean, It’s going to happen, but I don’t know why it’s not”, he spoke, looking back and lowering his head, “Maybe because I’m just trying rather than having the desire to try. I want to change back, but maybe it’s because I have no reason to, maybe…? It’s hard to explain…” It was all quite difficult, but it wasn’t exactly something he could straight out say was the wrong thing. “I don’t know, that’s the thing. Maybe my want to change isn’t strong enough. Maybe I have too much of something, like some sort of energy or…I don’t know. I’m worried…”

Viral let out a groan, eventually placing the weights to the side as he shook his head a little. He didn’t see why she needed to justify her mother’s resistance to letting her be around him, he already knew why she disapproved of those things when she was in on it the entire time. She didn’t like her daughter being around Vegeta because of the dangers that were involved and knew what his family was like, worried that she might end up getting hurt when she grew up and became a fighter. Slowly rubbing his head he stared at her, narrowing his gaze a little, “I don’t believe anybody approved of me. It was by accident that Vegeta woke me up”, he spoke, stretching his arms slightly, “They probably didn’t want to put me back because it could kill me, plus I wasn’t acting out, so they put me on watch instead”. He didn’t care about their distrust of him at this point, feeling that he had proved to everybody by now that he wasn’t to be trusted when he was broken like this. “If you want us to then whatever! If I can even eat…hmph, I want to and yet I can’t bring myself to get passed the thought of it…”
Shu thought T’charrl having a break was also a good idea, seeing how long he had been doing it for. He was so determined not to disappoint anybody and it was pretty tired with trying so hard so it would be a shame to not give him a rest. He didn’t know why he was so hasty to try and change back, he liked him whatever form he took, especially considering with each new form he just got fluffier. He loved the fluffiness, it was quite cute for such a fierce appearance and with this form T’charrl even kind of crawled around, making him feel comfortable about the thought of crawling around himself when he was allowed to. It just seemed to be the others who didn’t like his other forms and kept pushing him to be normal again, or at least as close to normal as they could get him. Frowning a little, he soon squeaked and bounced away from Takeshi’s head, giving a little smile as he moved around to face Takeshi, “Me please now, yes? Please…?” he asked up, shuffling a little closer to Takeshi, “Short hair not much looking…”

T’charrl felt like he was pushing it a little, not quite sure what he was missing at this point. He had a good idea of what he looked like, but maybe he was just missing the actual desire to become normal again. He had plenty of it, but maybe it wasn’t enough. Everyone was so looking forward to him being normal, probably because they could interact with him properly again and his mother wouldn’t be mad at them if they returned and he wasn’t normal. He really needed a break to clear his head from all these negative thoughts, feeling he was missing something. Giving a little nod he let out a sigh, trying to sit comfortably. “I guess so. I just hope I am not doing this all wrong”, he sighed, shifting his claws a little, “I don’t want to be doing the wrong thing. It’s hard to see, but I feel I am getting there too. I’ve never done it before, so…I don’t know if I can, I guess”.

Viral was getting annoyed, even if it wasn’t Yumi who was causing it completely. She was saying all the wrong things and getting all excited over stuff that wasn’t to get excited over. He just wanted to hunt, but Yumi seemed to get overexcited about this sort of stuff. She didn’t need to have that much excitement, especially when it just meant wandering around looking for animals. He would probably need to find out what could be eaten and what couldn’t, even finding out what creatures they couldn’t hunt. He would probably get Yumi to do that kind of work for him seeing how he didn’t feel comfortable with how he looked. Finally saying why she was happy he frowned a little, glancing over to her, eventually looking away with a sigh, “Yeah, until your mother got angry at me, I did that. I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong back then”. He didn’t know why anyone was so cautious about him doing things that were close to feral, but he understood now. They were afraid he might turn wild again and kill someone, maybe even one of the children. They always saw it as safer to keep him inside and doing tasks that humans would do rather than ones an animal might partake in. “You want me to cook? Unless you like your meat rare, fine! I’ll cook…hmph, would rather I just ate it raw than anything”.
