Viral let out a groan, looking down at his tea. “Well, I feel worn down, I just don’t feel tired yet…” he spoke before grumbling as he rubbed his face, “Or rather I feel tired, but I can’t find a way to rest myself. I’m stuck trying to get to sleep”. He really didn’t care for the work he did but he did hope he was going to be able to sleep once more after such a long day. He worked really hard and had nothing to show for it other than a sore body and a brain that won’t calm down. Everything was just buzzing and on his mind and he didn’t know how to make it better. Deciding to have a sip of his tea he looked to Aito who made an idea to have a possible location change, something Viral definitely didn’t like the sound of. “The beach? I don’t want to be surrounded by aliens again all having a good time”, he mumbled, looking around the forest, “It’s either this place or being around people and I don’t much enjoy being around people. I just need somewhere to relax and not worry about being seen or stared at. Besides, the whole flying part really makes it out to be worse than this”.

Shu was quite excitable now that he was getting to play around with his brother, feeling fairly energised now. He was enjoying this whole tossing game even if it was pretty simple and not too close contact. He did worry that he might lose the ball, but he also used that to give himself a goal and not end up disappointing his brother and June by losing it. Bouncing on his toes as Takeshi spoke he tilted his head before looking down at himself, not entirely confident with the whole flying to just get the ball thing. He had gotten flying down for long distance, but for such a short distance he was still feeling pretty rusty over. “Uhhh, o-okay! I can try…”

He hadn’t needed to focus on something so small when flying, but hopefully he could feel confident over it once he managed to catch it once. Watching the ball, he gasped when Takeshi used his feet to give the ball a little boost. Startled, Shu bounced back on his feet before giving it a shot with trying to fly to catch it, managing to boost himself off the ground but spun in the air when he missed the ball. Gasping, he flailed at first before flying straight for it, managing to catch it but bounced off the ground when he didn’t land on his feet. It didn’t hurt to fall, but he was surprised that it happened and rolled over onto his feet before springing back up, still holding the ball fairly tight. “I got! I got!” he gasped before briefly running and tossing the ball to Takeshi.

Kiton knew he could’ve gotten worse people to look after him, but he wasn’t going to complain about that right about now. He had a ton of other worries and being concerned with who he got to watch over him wasn’t one of them. Maybe he could find some way to feel a little better about this by testing to see what his limits were and what he was allowed to do. “Yeah well, I don’t plan on acting suspicious by asking highly controversial questions”, he sighed, exiting the room. He didn’t know what Korian thought about him and hearing Sasha defend him didn’t much help considering she was the one who worked for him so she had to like him.

“Maybe he shouldn’t be trying to do all that by himself. People can protect themselves”, he frowned, shaking his head before sighing, “And she’s like a nanny, huh? Seems like a big job for just one person”. If it took someone to keep another in check then he was sure there was trouble brewing beneath the surface, as if the thought of her leaving or simply going elsewhere for a little while would be enough for Korian to snap. Feeling surprised that he was allowed a computer he smiled, letting her take the lead. “Great! I just want to check something, is all”, he spoke quickly before frowning, “Uhh, nothing controversial, just something anybody can access, I guess. I just need to know a few things”.

Krom was perfectly calm and ready to give Korian the answers he was allowed to give him, not that he wouldn’t give out some dirt about Yamate so long as it didn’t endanger his people and the palace. It was free reign for him here even if he was being kept under lock and key for now until they would finally see he had nothing to hide that would endanger everyone. Watching Korian get all short tempered already over what he was saying he leaned back, looking down at the table before lazily up at Korian. He really didn’t seem too far from punching him in the face, but surely he wasn’t allowed to do that to compliant prisoners. “Wait, you don’t know yet?” he asked before laughing briefly, letting out a sigh, “Oh man, you people really are out of the loop, huh?” It was quite amusing seeing him so frustrated, but it was no big deal so long as he didn’t release that frustration in the form of a fist to his face. Staring at him as he only furthered questioned him he frowned when it was instead demanded, as if he wouldn’t give him the information in the first place.

“You met the creatures, right? The ones that interrupted our little skirmish? They’ve been around for a very long time, much longer before this war even started. They’re an external force that has been trying to take over planets and once they’ve taken over those planets there’s no way to get them back, not that we know at least. Since even before I was old enough to join the army has Yamate been fighting against them, trying to unite the planets to bring them under his protection! Even if you manage to ‘poof’ those creatures, they won’t be destroyed permanently; they’ll keep coming back. Only a certain kind of energy has been able to destroy them permanently and all this fighting is really getting in the way of progress! Sure, it helps to weaken them, but you’ve been keeping the secret to their destruction under your guard and that’s a real pain for us! The King’s sons need to be ready to fight these creatures too, even if they can’t fully destroy them. They need to learn how to guard themselves if they were to ever encounter the worst of their bunch other than little tussles, it helps when they’re friends with something that can kill them permanently. It’s great, huh? They fight, the other destroys the remains once those creatures are weakened; although, they need to learn how to fight them and get stronger to withstand their forces. You getting me yet? This is not something we should be fighting each other for! Saiyans were always supposed to fight together, not against each other”.
Viral stared at Aito for a moment before sighing, staring back down at his tea. He certainly was trying to be as positive as possible and whether it worked or not was even beyond even him. He didn’t know if he was picking up on the positive vibes, but if he was he certainly wasn’t feeling it. Sighing lightly he gave the tea a calm sniff before gazing upwards, wondering why they were here just sitting around having tea. He didn’t have time to take off, he needed to get his problems fixed and his body working correctly. This was all just a big distraction and even if he was supposed to be tired and sleeping he couldn’t afford to sleep. Finding the conflict to be all too much for his mind he just ended up staying awake in the stress of it all, barely finding time to take the compliment from the people Aito was giving him. “I don’t know. Vegeta was doing all the work, I was just tagging along”, he spoke, staring into his tea, “I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be feeling from that either. I just did what I was told to do, it was really all Vegeta’s idea to get me involved”.

Shu didn’t understand why she didn’t want to play but was more than happy to get to it and play with his brother. It was going to be fun, he hoped, even if he wasn’t used to this sort of environment. Waiting for Takeshi to throw the ball again he bounced after the ball again, smiling happily as he caught it and took a moment to study it before tossing it back to Takeshi, curious as to why he was moving further away. Watching him curiously he soon began to bounce, getting ready for the next toss. He still didn’t really understand the game but he was having fun with the ball, even if Takeshi moving farther wasn’t making him feel very comfortable. “Ooh! I catch! I catch!” Watching Takeshi toss the ball he gasped and immediately made a sudden spring up, making a grabby motion to try and catch it. He almost lost it but did manage to catch it, nearly landing on his side but managed to stop himself with his hand and tail. Turning around quickly he looked to Takeshi, squeaking as he threw the ball back to him in a fairly normal manner. “Ball! Nearly got away! No have that happening, yes?”

Kiton was a little annoyed with Korian. The guy probably had all the information about him on that little computer that woman carried and yet still didn’t want to. Maybe he would see the crimes that are on his record are ones he would’ve been forced into those crimes to live. It’s not like he destroyed civilisations or anything, just stuff that anyone with his power and bad situation would do. Sighing lightly as he was left alone he lowered his head, giving it a slow shake before gasping as someone entered. It was Sasha, that girl from the group. Well, at least he thought she was in the group judging by the last time he saw her. Staring at her as she approached him he slowly stood up, frowning slightly before he looked to the door. He had already been here for a while waiting for Korian to go see him after being dragged off, so being locked up would just be the next step. While he was alright with having a little bit of freedom he was still in their custody and not allowed to have a taste of normal life quite yet. “I do have a few, but I don’t know if I’m going to get them answered”, he sighed, looking to the door, “What’s with that guy? He barely gave me a chance and just came and left. What do I do now? I don’t know this place, I was in being watched by that other guys for the longest time because they didn’t want to give me too much medical attention in case I-…well, whatever. Do you have computers here?”

Krom wasn’t intimidated by Korian in the least. He knew the man wasn’t like that but he also knew it was probably best not to intimidate him too much or he might lose his job. He had heard what he did to Viral and what happened after, but it wasn’t as if he was an artificial creature and something Korian despised. Even if he was with Yamate, it couldn’t be enough to threaten his life in such a violent fashion. Watching Korian take a seat he stared at him, waiting for the man to settle as he sat up straight himself. The man certainly sounded like he was concealing some sort of inner rage, but that was his problem considering he was completely calm himself. Even if he disliked the man for what he did he was going to be the better man in this confrontation. “That’s the problem: we were winning too easily. You know what’s going on out there, right? How bad the situation is becoming?” he questioned him, shaking his head, “None of them are even the least prepared for what’s happening! The King doesn’t want them to die and even if he didn’t want to be involved in this conflict, it’s going to happen. None of us can escape it. All this squabbling between ourselves is getting out of hand; shouldn’t we be fighting the common enemy rather than making pointless conflicts? Those kids need trained…”
Viral didn’t know what he was going to do with himself with all these paints and tiredness, feeling like it was beginning to become overbearing. He wanted to get rid of it, he wanted to eat food again without feeling panicked and terribly stressed, but everything he was trying wasn’t helping him in the slightest. He was struggling to combat this terrible affliction while only hoping he might end up recovering from this gene breakdown. It was horrible to experience and while everyone else was going on about their merry ways he couldn’t help like he was being treated simply because they had enough of him complaining and being unable to do anything. Even if it wasn’t true he couldn’t shake off that feeling and was only being dragged down into a worse state because it constantly went through his head. Frowning when he was to sit down again he still tried to stubbornly refuse, knowing it was going to be painful if he tried to stand again. Finding it difficult to refuse he soon looked down, staring at the grass before slowly sitting down. It was just as painful as he thought it would be, but whatever made Aito happy. Staring at him for a moment he soon sighed and stared into his tea, quietly contemplating before speaking up again. “It must be so simple to be able to relax and enjoy yourself. Everything all the time feels like a massive challenge I cannot overcome. No matter how much I try, I can’t stop the inevitable”.

Shu didn’t fully understand why he was doing this but it seemed fairly simple to him at least. The worry he might feel over simple occurrences seemed pretty far right now as he played a simple game of toss with his brother. He wondered if Takeshi was uncomfortable being out with him like this, seeing how stiff he appeared to be. His body languages wasn’t easily missed so he did wonder why he didn’t appear to want to do this. Bouncing on his toes a little he bounced to catch the ball he looked over to June curiously, tilting his head when she didn’t want to play with them. Strange how she’d give them a game and not want to play too, but he did want to keep playing at least. Squeaking a little he tossed the ball lightly in his hands before throwing it back to Takeshi. “Play! Want play! Happy time, yes?”

Kiton felt he was being subjected to all of this just because he was a Frost Demon, knowing that if some other race was forced into a life of crime they’d have sympathy for and try to keep them out of it. To be named guilty for an accident made it even more obvious that he was not willing to grant him mercy because of what he was and how ‘dangerous’ he could be in the future to the likes of his Saiyans. Huffing lightly, he looked away for a moment before back when his fate was sealed by this man, forbidding him from going anywhere by himself. “Wha? That’s hardly-…what makes you believe I'm only a threat now?” He questioned him but didn’t count on an answer. Looked like he was stuck here and what was worse was he didn’t even know if he would be picked up by the group again. He had been pretty much forgotten about, it seemed, seeing how they never appeared to look for him when he was taken into rebel care. Giving Korian an angry glare he sighed, looking away. “Great. I love being watched”.

Krom had heard Korian finally returned and was calmly awaiting him, hearing he needed to make his presence known to someone else before him. He had little care to how he might react towards him and knew he would be met with some degree of hate, but it was nothing that he couldn’t handle. Hearing footsteps outside he looked up from his seat, staring at the door before he saw Korian and Sayomi not too far off either. Smirking at the look he was giving him he soon sighed, shaking his head. “Don’t give me that. You’re supposed to be the bigger man just now, remember?” he spoke up, raising his shoulders, “I’m not going to lash out and destroy this whole place, you can calm down. Weren’t you told why I’m here?”
Viral had been trying his hardest to feel tired and even after halting work he had been trying to do something to keep his mind busy, but he just wasn’t finding his peace. Everything was just too difficult and relaxing was harder than he thought. So much for all that work when all it had managed to do was make him feel pretty sickly. He didn’t know why this was happening to him, but he had been passed onto Aito now with Vegeta going to see to T’charrl in the hospital for whatever. The bug was the only one that had to remain in hospital for a little longer than everyone else. For him, being out in the wilder side of the city was what Aito thought was best.

Trudging on after Aito he sighed once they finally stopped, he looked up for just a moment before looking to Aito, grumbling as he sat down. It wasn’t anything to complain about, it was just some area outside where he assumed they had controlled the animal population so they didn’t have to fight any unwanted wildlife. Glancing to Aito as he spoke he grunted, staring at the tea before sighing. “There could be some improvements, like maybe a beach…” he spoke, picking up the tea by the rim, “It’s fine for what it is, I guess”. Viral didn’t know why it was Aito who decided to take him out like this, especially after all of the work that he had been instructed to do. He thought it was a bit of a sharp change, he didn’t understand why he decided to go through this route either. Staring into the tea he looked to Aito, frowning a little before shrugging. “I feel tired but still can’t sleep. My muscles are in pain but not allowing me to rest them. So yes…I’m feeling the ‘burn’, but it’s more of a searing pain that doesn’t want to leave me”.

Shu was feeling better after the whole hospital trip he had to withstand, so now it was time to get going with his treatment. He didn’t know what he was in for or what the plans were for today, but he was willing to go along with it if it meant he was going to get rid of the nightmares and flashbacks. So far it seemed pretty nice and exciting, the park was somewhere he had never been. The bad feelings he had been carrying were disappearing, at least while he was picking up the happy vibes of the park. Smiling happily he bounced a little, staring at Takeshi expectantly as he only seemed to be somewhat reluctant to go with the idea. Tilting his head he sat back on his tail, staring at him happily as he pressed his feet together.

He didn’t know why Takeshi wasn’t wanting to go ahead with this or whether he was supposed to try and encourage him, seeing how it was to help him feel better and not so he could convince Takeshi to play with him. Squeaking happily when Takeshi decided to go with it, springing off his tail and smiling happily at Takeshi. He really wanted this to work, he couldn’t stand feeling bad anymore. Waiting in anticipation he stared at Takeshi, squeaking when he received a curious object of a curious colour. Staring at it in Takeshi’s hands, he tilted his head before watching as it was thrown up a few times, following it with his eyes before gasping as he was made to catch it. Sniffing it curiously, he looked up to Takeshi as he called out for it, looking down at it quickly before copying what Takeshi did by throwing it back at him. “Ooh! Toy! Catch it! That how we do, yes?”

Kiton hadn’t expected to be taken away like this, he was almost hoping he would be excused by the rebels since he had been generally passive throughout the time he had been here. He wanted to blend in, but unfortunately it seemed he was going to be able to do anything but that as they were very quick to take him in without having time to explain himself. It must’ve been because of who he was over anything, then probably the story of how he came to be at the rebel base. Someone must’ve informed these guys while they were out on their little war, reason for the almost immediately capture and interrogation. He was trying to keep away from this, but with everyone else so busy and not watching over him there was no way he was going to be able to defend himself. He wasn’t going to be aggressive towards them, that would make him seem even worse, so instead he went along with it and told them what he knew.

Staring at the man who decided to go on a little slightly degrading tone he narrowed his eyes and sighed, glancing over to the woman who was standing not too far from him. These two were really strong, he could sense that, so getting all defensive probably wasn’t going to be a good idea. Frowning as he watched Korian closely, Kiton turned away for a moment before looking back at the threat, narrowing his gaze. “Because I’m in their group?” he asked, looking away for a moment, wondering if they remembered him but not showing it, “I didn’t mean to land on that planet, it was just some accident I had no control over; I didn’t even know it was significant! So I was born into the wrong race and targeted, is that really such a terrible crime, Saiyan?”
Shu did wonder if she could help him, especially when she barely knew him. She probably only found out his name from Yumi not too long ago out of curiosity after what happened, or maybe she wasn’t told about that since she didn’t seem to have a clue to what he meant by change. He was worried she wasn’t really wanting to do this and was just doing it because she was friends with Yumi, but he certainly hoped that wasn’t the case and that she really was just wanting to do this out of the goodness of her heart. He was suffering terribly from this problem of his and while food wasn’t a problem like Viral, he sometimes felt like not eating because he was so tired or had been spooked pretty bad after waking up. Going along with what she wanted to do and accepting her help, Shu nodded and stared at her hand as she squeezed his, giving a little smile. “Ooh, I call many people Miss. I was taught it was good to call ladies ‘Miss’ when I learn how to speak”. He said it to Yumi instead of calling her Friend because he was taught it was polite, then there was calling Vegeta and Viral ‘Mister’ because that was polite too when they were older than him as well. “I-I would like that. Tomorrow? It sounds okay. I hope I start feeling better, it been hard to sleep and I like sleep. Takeshi get angry at me waking him up all the time…”

Viral didn’t much care for what compliments he might receive while he was feeling like he was. He knew they weren’t true and was quite sure he was getting much worse overtime. Being fed compliments was like being told you were going to be okay when you were obviously dying, at least in his eyes. “Are you sure about that? Boredom means I get weak and stiff with this condition. Weak and stiff means I feel suicidal eventually. But that won’t be the first thought that comes into your head if I said ‘I’m bored’, would it now”. He was managing alright with this but he was sure his fist was going to eventually collapse with how much force he was putting into his hits. It was hard to judge what might end up being too much for him when he was already in pain. “Fine, I’ll say before I’m at that point…” He just wanted to be able to finally rest without being plagued by horrible visions, but he wasn’t going to get that unless he was exhausted. Everybody probably thought he was being stubborn by refusing sleep and food, but it wasn’t his fault both activities made him feel horrible inside and panicked. Once the rubble came down at him he moved and smashed each one, but the last one took two hits. He was losing strength pretty fast and that last one had him struggling, his last throw leaving his arm feeling weak. Growling lowly he slowly rubbed his fists, wanting to keep going but was already starting to weaken. He didn’t know if it was tiredness or if his body was struggling to dish out the strength. “…I’m not sure if I’m feeling right doing this anymore.”
Cecil really didn’t like the idea of stopping in their search, he just wanted to keep going and get this all over with. He didn’t understand their needs and desires to have a break and was simply seeing it as another way for him to become worried that he might get caught and dismantled. “What? But…a hundred percent? Why are you wanting to overheat your bodies by operating at too high a percentage? You should be running at eighty percent at most…” He really didn’t understand what was going on or why they were doing all this waiting around, especially his use of terms. If it was him he would just move on and try to find this person as quickly as possible before anything bad happened to them, but this waiting around would mean they would be waiting around for some hours for them to get ready and the person would probably be dead by then.

Feeling all sorts of concerned, heading into the inn only made Cecil even more concerned when he had barely been inside; in fact, the first time he was inside a building was just when he was getting his battery replaced. He had avoided going inside for the longest time simply because he didn’t feel like he was one of the normal people quite yet. It made him slightly nervous to be in a place that was so enclosed and had people in it, but he was still trying to settle in for their sake. Feeling fairly worried over what could possibly be the biggest challenge for him yet, he kept back and observed how Ethan interacted and what was happening with Amuné. It was an interaction he really couldn’t see himself ever deciding upon to be good for him, especially the bath thing.

This was all so odd to him, especially for his second night with people that knew what he was. If this was common for them to take so many breaks within a day then he was going to be wondering if he’ll ever get to his destination. He still hadn’t figured out what his destination was and what might happen, but he would know once he got there and would know what to do. Looking down at himself he figured he could do with a wash as well, but all that talk about water and possibly short-circuiting made him particularly nervous about that now. He was generally pretty okay when he washed himself with very shallow water, it was rain that made him feel nervous because of the panic it gave him whenever it fell from the sky. Maybe he should try and loosen his joints some more, but not too much for his joints to fall off. He still wanted his limbs, but his lack of oil made it particularly difficult for him to be comfortable.
Shu didn’t know what point she was trying to make but he certainly wasn’t going to dismiss it just because of his lack of understanding. He wanted to understand what she was trying to tell him and whether it was going to be good for him to learn, seeing how his problems were pretty severe. He didn’t want everyone to be worrying over him like this and having to dedicate their time to him getting better sounded like too much to ask. Feeling confused over who she was talking about he could only ask if whoever this person was changed like he did, but turned out they didn’t either. He wanted to believe he hadn’t done bad, but given the circumstances it was not easy when he had indeed tore Takeshi’s shoulder open because he never learned how to control himself. “I do things that make me happy, but many things not be happy at night”.

Thinking over it all he sighed lightly, looking to Takeshi when he questioned the presence of the woman June was talking about. Looking around calmly he tilted his head, looking back to June when she decided to reveal who it was she was speaking about. He didn’t understand that immediately, but then again he didn’t understand that method of speaking and always assumed that when someone spoke about another in the third person like that it was always someone else. Lowering his head he frowned a little, squeaking when June placed a hand on his before he looked up at her. Staring at her he tilted his head a little before slowly nodding, his eyes being drawn down again. “I-I do. I would like that, umm, Miss Lady”, he spoke quietly, “I don’t want to feel like this anymore. I don’t want to feel tired and scared, don’t want to hurt friends! Don’t want a lot of things…”

Viral stared at Vegeta before growling lowly, rubbing his fist. He didn’t see that as flattery, he was already aware that he had the will to carry on when he was sure he would’ve just been happy to die if he couldn’t bear to go through all this pain. The pain had been subdued somewhat due to the injector, but it made him feel weak and drained. He wasn’t sure when he might need it again, but he was always going to dread it because of how it made him feel and why he had to take it. All this talk about getting rest and nutrition really made him wonder if it was going to make him feel better in reality, considering he had been told he was sick since his release. Sure, he might not be closer to dying, but he was still damaged. Going back to destroying the chunks of building he stopped and looked to Vegeta, frowning before letting out a grunt. “I’m guessing if I get bored I’m not going to get out of doing this”, he spoke before rubbing his arm, “Truth is I’ve been trying hard all day. I’ve been exerting myself since we left. I know how important it is to you that I get tired, but if I had to run at all today I would just collapse. I hate complaining, anyway. I just thought you’d like to know”.
Shu didn’t know if he was being too vague with his worries, but he was trying to be clear at least. He was sure his problem was one that couldn’t be fixed and he was just being silly by complaining about it. He didn’t want to make everyone unhappy or for anything like this to happen, he just wanted everyone to not worry over him and be happy even if he wasn’t. They deserved to be happy just as much as he did, he didn’t want to be an influence on them. “But…I feel like I am…” Finding it a little hard to see beyond the sadness and confusion he looked to June who began to speak to him, raising his shoulders before his vision was taken downwards. He wasn’t sure about how much she had been told of him but her talking to him like this almost felt like he was being told off, even if she didn’t mean for it to be. Squeaking a little he looked away, rubbing his arm in a guilty fashion. “She did…? Ooh, oh no. I’ve been bad then! I-I barely did any of that!” he gasped, shifting uncomfortably on his bed, “Did…did she also have problems with change? How do those things? How to make the things go away? So much I don’t understand. It scares me…”

Viral wasn’t entirely happy with having to admit he could only do this job, but if this was all he was going to manage without feeling like he was going to have a heart attack then he was going to have to put up with it. Growling in annoyance, he looked to the boulder and threw down his fist, shattering it. This was eventually going to hurt, there was no way he could keep doing this for as long as the day was. “I used my muscles plenty lately. Remember when I destroyed that creature? I was in the zone until I couldn’t see straight…” Finding it all too aggravating just how his condition was getting worse he felt it was going to have to be this until he was strong again, but then again he had no idea what he was supposed to do once he was better. He felt all too awkward being around Aito, then there was June. He couldn’t remember the times he was with them and with what Aito told him he felt very uncomfortable. Family values wasn’t something he was familiar with when he was the younger one, but then again he didn’t really know what age he was and what age Aito and June were when he killed them. Destroying the chunks whenever Vegeta passed them to him he rubbed his fist, staring down for a moment before realising Vegeta was talking to him. “I can withstand it. I would rather see blood and know I can heal properly than only bruises that will linger. I’ll be fine, anyway. Not like I’ll keep going to the point I break something, I’m not an idiot…”
Shu thought it was maybe something they should just forget about again, seeing how that worked last time to keep him and the others happy. They were always less concerned with his problems when he was happy, so maybe he should try being happy instead of worrying over all of these things. It didn’t make sense for him to bring everybody else down with his terrible mood. They were all concerned with making him happy so they could be happy in return, so maybe that’s what he should be instead of staying in this rather miserable state of his. Staring at Takeshi he soon decided to try and sit up, struggling at first before Takeshi helped him get up. Despite still feeling weak, he managed to sit up correctly without further assistance from Takeshi, staring at him as he spoke before lowering his head, sighing lightly.

He was starting to feel fairly guilty now, knowing that everyone was feeling unhappy because he was unhappy. He didn’t understand how that was possible, but it must’ve been fairly important to everyone for him to be happy and yet he was finding it so hard to do. He wanted to be happy again, but he was too worried about becoming a monster and what danger he presented to the group. “I-I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to…cause problems…” he muttered, rubbing his arm, “I don’t want to feel this way”. Lowering his head, he only looked up when Takeshi moved in to give him a side-hug, squeaking when his belly was pressed before trying to weakly grab his finger. Looking up to Takeshi he stared at him as he listed off all the names, frowning at first before trying to move closer. “Ooohh…I don’t want to make you not train or have fun! So many people to ask, but…w-what if-“

Before he could finish his question, Yumi followed in with Vegeta’s mother right behind her, staring at her for a moment before looking to Yumi as she spoke. He wasn’t fully understanding at first but as she pointed to June he soon figured it out and raised his shoulders. He didn’t know if he was in trouble for being a little sad and confused now, even if she was one of the people Takeshi mentioned and that everything appeared okay. Quickly looking to Yumi as she left he was left staring up at June, wondering what was going on as she decided to take a seat. He didn’t really know how to act around her since he didn’t get to talk to her at all, instead staring at her as if wondering what he did wrong as she spoke. “Help me…? How maybe help me? Shu really scared…”

Viral was really annoyed, finding his lack of strength and his weak muscles rather infuriating. Even when he tried to use his strength it just made his body feel worse and realise how weak it really was. He didn’t want to feel like this, he hated feeling weak and sickly. When one particular chunk proved to be too much for him he immediately became angered, shattering the chunk in a sudden fit of rage. Just about to go at it again he was interrupted by Vegeta, glaring at him angrily as if him interrupting was more annoying than the debris. Watching him with a fair annoyed glare he stared at the chunks, narrowing his gaze before looking back to Vegeta. “Just smash them? How very kind of you to ease my frustrations…” he spoke lowly, not particularly looking or sounding happy as he picked up some of the chunks, “But fine! Fine…if you want to do it that way! I’ll do that. I just hate being this weak…like my heart is ready to give up as well…”
Cecil greatly disliked the thought of what might happen to him if he was to get damaged by water, knowing he probably wouldn’t have the help he needed if that ever happened. If there was so much thought put into making him and that flaw occurred he would only wonder why such a massive flaw was overlooked. He didn’t like the thought of being thought so little of by someone who created him. He only wondered if they meant to do such a thing and have him as something so temporary when he had experienced rain so often. It was sometimes hard to escape it but he eventually did find a pattern, but it was still terrifying sometimes and even more so knowing it could have a bad effect on him if he was built like an ordinary Machina but with unique features.

While he was better and thankful for it, he still couldn’t help but feel very guilty for having to get helped in the first place. He was dragging everyone into a spiral of debt with everything that he was needing just to be healthy, or at least healthy for a machine. Looking to Ethan and Amuné he frowned at the mention of their expenses and what might need to be done about it, his eyes looking back briefly before he sighed. He didn’t think it was a good idea to hang around here too long, they didn’t know where that man was and if they were needing to look for someone on top of all that they were never going to get away safely. If they didn’t find the person, he felt mildly afraid that he might end up getting dragged away by the man who fixed him because they couldn’t live up to the deal. He wasn’t a person, even if he pretended to be, and would probably just be taken and his battery removed.

Gasping when Ethan suddenly spoke to him he looked around before back down at himself, wiping down his top. “Oh, uhh…i-it’s okay. It’s no big deal”. That would be another thing that they would owe back to Norman and he wasn’t sure if he could have that building up too. If he was by himself he would’ve just taken the oil and left the town, making an attempt to flee before they could catch him. Oil was as important as their own consumption of fluids and organic matter, but only to make him feel more comfortable and need less maintenance. His comfort wasn’t an issue right now, he could last through terrible conditions probably better than the other two.

Keeping back when it came to helping Amuné he wanted to keep his distance from people who appeared to have some authority over others and this cleric made him particularly nervous. He realised anyone in a type of uniform should probably be avoided if he wanted to remain activated so precautions had to be made. Robbed men were considered to be dangerous to him by default and keeping away while Amuné was given treatment seemed like the sensible path to take. Keeping his back turned, he glanced to Ethan once they were all done with the man, becoming alerted at the call to settle in he looked around quickly, greatly disliking that idea. “Uhh, shouldn’t we search before doing all that? Finding this person is of utmost importance right now”, he spoke quickly, looking around, “That man will still be after us and might find us! We have to pay the man too for helping me. We should be searching for the person in question and leave in a hurried manner!”
