Kai was getting a bit bored of just standing around like this, he didn’t think he needed to be talking about all of this when he could had easily been trying to decide what he should do for the rest of his life once everything was done and dusted. For all that was done he didn’t need to talk anymore about it, seeing as how Kabocha wasn’t being a brat anymore. Staring at Kabocha, he shrugged a little over the thought of an entire reform thanks to the man who was apparently saving worlds from the King, “It certainly is a possibility, if the cycle has to begin again then there will be more fighting…but I’m not getting involved in slavery again”, he spoke, shaking his head, “I’d fight, sure, but to hell am I going under someone else’s rule. I can’t risk my brother getting hurt and I know he’d want to fight, so I’d end up fighting too. I don’t trust the guy anyway, especially how quickly he was ready to kill a kid”.

Viral was just feeling even more ticked off as Vegeta continued to talk, his actions speaking louder than words at this point. Everyone was just annoying him, everything everyone ever said to him was just being slammed right at him as he was constantly forced to talk about his feelings. He didn’t want to talk about them, it had done nothing before and it wouldn’t do anything now. Looking up to Vegeta, he glared at him angrily before he let out an angry sigh, shifting on the spot he sat upon, “Since when is it possible to get stronger by talking about your thoughts? I’d prefer not to show weakness to anyone, especially right now once you’ve just called me weak! I’ll only get stronger in battle, talking about your ‘feelings’ only makes you weak! Don’t you get it?? The reason you think everything is wrong with me is because I haven’t been in battle lately! I don’t need mental analysis…it’s pointless…”

Shu had taken the glass and gave it a brief looking over, staring at the little oxygen bubbles in the clear water. He was fair distracted and seemed to enjoy the water when he did eventually drink it, if in little sips when he hadn’t actually drank out of glass before and was worried that it might melt or something. S’uma gave a short nod at Takeshi’s little pout, smiling at him before letting out a sigh, “Ahhh yes, you know how it is. Some people wouldn’t be very happy with me talking, now would they?” she spoke before giggling a little, “Ohhh…but I’d hardly call it a ‘war’, though; just…some people like to stick to the old ways and people get aggressive over it”. Suckling up more nectar, she listened to Takeshi’s questions before she put down her glass, sitting back a little, “What? Ohhh my dear, you’ve got it all wrong! I don’t know what direction this whole business is going to go in, I’m just providing the funding for the new technology. I don’t know why they’re so snippy about using the energy from the planet, though…I mean, they treat it as if using the energy is some sort of extreme taboo. I am just the one holding all the money here, your questions are so unusual…it’s as if you think I’m in the military myself! You’re so funny, it’s cute”.
Kai found is slightly amusing that Kabocha was so focused on the tiniest of details like he was just going to get to the Earth and just stand there on the spot waiting for something to happen. He wasn’t even trying to make an effort to think about it, he just was making excuses to not go. Rolling his eyes as Kabocha continued to groan about it, he waited until he was about done before he stared down Kabocha as he seemed to struggle with putting up a fight before finally giving up. Letting out a sigh he brushed his fingers through his hair, “Just try it. The problem you’re having right now is you have no plan for the future. You might as well start planning when we finally get rid of the King…besides; Kortal will probably be under the rule of that rebellion leader by the time the King drops. Do you really want to be under that?”

Viral was fair crumbling at the seams, his mind feeling way too stressed out to handle what was going on and his thoughts of the future remaining negative. If it wasn’t Vegeta talking to him he’d probably punch him in the face too, but then what was the point when it would barely do anything to him because he was so weak. Growling lowly at Vegeta’s words, he soon stopped and kept his eyes fair averted away now from Vegeta as he kept his gaze to the ground. His little story of the past was just bringing up memories again and he couldn’t decide whether he should try and focus on them like Vegeta was trying to get him to. Letting out a sigh he slowly shook his head, keeping his head pretty low, “You already repaid it by fixing me up, all you’re doing now is trying hard to find an excuse. I can’t deal with it right now, I feel like I might snap at any moment. Things are not the same compared to what they used to be, just understand that”.

S’uma had waited for the boys to get settled, the youngest looking fairly caught in a dream while the other was struggling to adjust. It was all okay though, she was just going to let them settle in before she was questioned by the Saiyan all in the name of Katas. Looking to Takeshi when he suggested water, she smiled as she took hold of a fancy jug that looked like it had practically been painted with jewels, pouring some crystal water into a long cup, “There you go, cutie”, she smiled, pushing it across to Shu before picking up her own glass which was filled with golden nectar. As Takeshi spoke she drank from the glass, a long thin tongue suckling it up as if the tongue was a straw. What Takeshi was saying seemed a little strange, but fair enough when they were visitors and the business going on was simply a matter of curious thinking, “Why yes! Although I don’t know why they don’t want to, it just seems a little primitive…you know?” she sighed, smiling, “I don’t know about a peek, though. I don’t know what I’m allowed to say to you…but I can tell you that it’s not so much me personally buying supplies; it’s just what my investment gets used for”.
Kai glanced down at Kabocha’s hand as he was given a shove, not looking at all pleased and was fair ready to shove Kabocha back if he wasn’t trying to prove a point. Staring at him calmly, he tilted his head slightly to the side as his stance shifted as Kabocha began to outright babble away to himself, not sounding at all too convincing when he was getting his points mixed up, “Okay…really? You really are a little thick in the head, aren’t you?” he sighed, shaking his head, “What are you talking about? You know I’m talking about calling Earth home instead of Kortal, right? We won’t be going there immediately and relaxing while the war is still going on, that would be lazy and moronic of us! We have space technology too, we don’t need to stay on Earth…we need to keep our family happy. Now can you stop being stupid and try to understand what I’m trying to suggest here?”

Viral growled at Vegeta when he spoke, “I am not sulking! You aren’t doing yourself any favours by talking to me right now…” He didn’t want Vegeta to be around and definitely didn’t need the company right now, all it was managing to do was anger him whenever someone was around and his mind just wanting to hide away in a little den of its own to mind its own business. He was beginning to wonder whether there was any point in staying with them, especially when it was just going to be the exact same thing happening all the time. Growling lowly as Vegeta analysed him, he slowly turned around and away from him, giving him only a little glance before averting his gaze again, “Nobody needs to know what’s on my mind, I don’t need to talk about such things! It never did any good when Yumi forced it out of me and it won’t do any good now! Just keep off it…just point me in the direction of the battle and I’ll tell you how that goes. Got it?”

S’uma knew she was important and was fair showing it in her stance, her claws grasping each other as she stared down at Takeshi and the little kid behind him. It was just strange to see such aliens, who knew why they were delivering messages from Katas though. Her antennae twitching a little as Takeshi spoke, she let out a long sigh and gave the guards a quick wave to make them back off just the tiniest away, “Ohhh now now, important business”, she spoke, leaning forward a little to hear Takeshi before she immediately turned around, walking off with a flutter of her wings, “Is that so? Well come! Come now! Guards, you can go and watch over things again. I doubt I need watched over for this…I must say though; I didn’t think a couple of Saiyans would be interested in business…” Wandering off into the house and down the hall, she arrived in a very highly decorated room filled with trinkets and fancy colours, a smell of flowers lightly scenting the room, “Would you two like something to drink? Some nectar, perhaps?”
Choi shrugged a little, letting out a sigh as he gave her a cheeky smirk, “If you say so! It’s not like things could get any worse right now”, he said quickly, folding his arms, “It really is quite the predicament, though…I mean, I know Kai would be able to come back with Kabocha, but hell I don’t know a thing about the Commander”. It was a bit of a mystery knowing what may or may not happen with the Beastman, nobody ever got to be close to him when he was in the Elite squad so knowing how he functioned. Watching Yumi walk off, he turned to follow her as they both headed on off into the house, “Alright, I can do that! We do have enough food left for everyone right? Then again I didn’t see Viral eat anything, so that’s not too many we need to feed, I guess”.

Kai gave Kabocha a pretty strong glare, the guy knew he had done wrong and yet he was still trying to stand up for himself and say that what he did was right after all. It was hardly a fun thing to watch before and he didn’t see how Kabocha could had possibly seen it as something that was good or productive to anyone. Letting out a sigh he shook his head, looking away a little, “You realise it was your attitude he was talking about the most right? Not just because you have ‘stupid hair’ or because you were in the way…or being arrogant”, he spoke calmly, “You could had been adult about it instead of baiting him like that”. Hearing Kabocha get all confused and caught up about talking about his parents and future, he remained quiet as he kept his arms folded, looking displeased, “That’s funny, because I haven’t seen the Princes pick flowers and sit around all day since we got here and they’ve lived their entire lives on Earth”, he spoke, hardly looking impressed, “I’m tired of fighting continuously, I want to relax for a while before I think on moving onwards. You’re trying to defend yourself by saying you’re not bloodthirsty, but thinking you always have to go around and fight is blood thirst. It doesn’t have to involve killing, just the very notion of wanting to spill blood and what do you think fighting does? Why don’t you want to relax for a while instead of continuous fighting? Be realistic yourself. Your parents would want to know what true freedom is, don’t you?”

Viral was in fair deep contemplation about his life, his very existence on the line if he couldn’t pull it together. There was little he could do now, he was able to full function and yet he was still weak and probably would fail harder in a fight than he ever did before. Staring into his hand as he slowly clenched it, he lowered his head before there was a noise from behind. He knew it was one of the others, he was a little annoyed that he had been found with little time to himself to try and decide what to do with his life. Giving a pretty harsh glare at his clenched fist, he growled lowly as he looked away from Vegeta’s direction, already annoyed by the time he spoke up, “Don’t you dare lie to me”, he spoke lowly, “I feel fine…what does it matter to you? You’re only here because of what happened, why don’t you just go back?”

Shu really had no idea whether they’d like the kind of stuff there was on Earth, not unless it was fruit that would still be fine after all that time on the ship. Maybe there was other things they could eat besides fruit and the odd other types of items, it wasn’t as if there was a massive problem with asking what they ate either. Not feeling entirely sure how he was supposed to take the situation of fruit, he felt a little distracted when the guards suddenly dived down from the sky at them, pointing fairly nasty looking weapons as they went into questioning them. Feeling a little worried about their predicament, he let Takeshi do all the talking but was pretty unsure to where this was actually going. It wasn’t looking too good, the guards were fair reluctant to let them through and they shouldn’t need to power their way through either. Frowning a little, he slowly hid behind Takeshi to protect himself from the guards.

Just when things were getting a little sketchy, the doors of the house opened and out came a fairly large Kaesstrian with pink and purple colourings and a fair amount of gracefully groomed fur to match her large garments. It certainly seemed like females were larger than males in this race, but whether that meant anything in regards to how the Queen acted it probably meant something important, “Guards, that won’t be necessary”, she spoke gracefully, a slight crackle in her voice, “I have been wanting to see the aliens for myself…after all. Now, why are you here of all places…? You mentioned Sir Katas, did you not?”
Choi folded his arms, raising an eyebrow slightly at Yumi’s words. Just because he didn’t do it anymore didn’t mean Takeshi didn’t used to before time and time again, he had done that plenty of times when they were working with him. Tilting his head the other way, he frowned a little at her excuse before he looked off in Viral’s direction, “Hmm really? I would had thought being unable to beat up a simpleton like Kabocha would had been bad enough”, he spoke calmly, looking back to Yumi. He could see why she wouldn’t had wanted to, but the worst was what probably happened and now even the Commander had stormed off. Raising his head a little at her instruction, he quickly turned to Vegeta when he spoke up instead, feeling oddly unprepared for him actually talking. It seemed like a reasonable idea, his eyes quickly turning back to Yumi once Vegeta had walked off, “Well, I guess that’s that problem solved! It’ll be fine, I’m sure…unless you’re into spying, that is”.

Viral hadn’t really managed to get too far, but far enough to get away from the house and find himself in amongst the trees. He had tried to believe everything would go back to normal once he had recovered physically, but obviously not and he had been reduced to the weakest of all of them. He had heard Choi and Yumi training, you would had to have been deaf to not and even Yumi could take down one of the twins. He hadn’t been able to defend himself, he couldn’t do everything they could and would be outmatched eventually; he was just an obsolete tool of war. Taking refuge in the forest, he sat quietly in contemplation, staring at his hands as everything continued to flash through his mind as even his very purpose was questioned. Just how he would be able to pick himself up out of the mud after this, everyone had witnessed just how weak he was and it wasn’t as if they could wipe that away all easily without completely lying about it.

Kai was already fed up with Kabocha just from that comment, however somebody could simply shrug off what happened like that was beyond him. Shaking his head a little, he waited for Kabocha to put up his side of the argument before he eventually let out a groaning sigh, “What are you talking about? He called you a thug and look at what you did; you forced him into hitting you just so you could call him weak”, he spoke, moving around him some more, “Doesn’t that remind you of a bully? What if you were in his boots? Wouldn’t you hate it if someone did that to you? I know I would…besides, isn’t this kind of…pointless? Wouldn’t your parents not want fighting to occur for the first time in their lives? Earth would give us the quiet we need after fighting in a war all our lives, don’t you want to have a break? Why would you want to come out of fighting just to go straight back into it again? Isn’t that kind of…brutish?”

Shu gave a quick nod to Takeshi, finding the idea of going on out and bringing back something special to be absolutely delightful, “Yeah! That would be nice, I’d like to do that…” he spoke, looking away for a second before quickly back to Takeshi, “I hope we don’t bring bad stuff, though…like things that would make them sick. That would be a bad idea, huh?” He seemed quite happy with that revelation; he would enjoy giving his friends something bad for being so hospitable and wanting to be his friend. Feeling a little confused at the girl comment, he simply tried to shrug it off until Takeshi suddenly jolted a little causing him to look up looking fairly confused. As they finally began to approach the building with their next alien, Shu coward only a little bit and stepped backwards when Takeshi let go of him, watching him go up to the gates. Tilting his head a little, he shrugged nervously at Takeshi’s question, only forcing himself to step forward when he pushed open the gate, “…Maybe there’s…nobody home…?” Shu questioned, but before he could go any further several Kaesstrians dropped out of the sky, pointing their weapons at the pair. They were dressed as security guards, seeing the pair as unwelcomed guests despite being the aliens under command of the general; they looked like the type who would let the mailman and family or friends in, but anyone else probably got jumped on.
Shu tilted his head a little, curious to what Takeshi had to say about the food of the planet. He didn’t really know whether he would miss such things because he didn’t actually know what they were. Some of the food sounded like fish, he knew what steak was and cornbread must had been something dry. Feeling a little confused considering they had steak yesterday and this morning, he scratched his head as if forcing his head to try and figure it all out before he was suddenly almost sent flying as his arm was swung and he nearly fell off his feet as Takeshi came in close to him. Feeling confused for a brief moment, he tilted his head slightly away from Takeshi as he spoke, he gasped before giving Takeshi’s arm a quick pull, “Okay! That would be nice! I’d like that a lot! I hope everything goes okay so we can do that…because if things go wrong…”

Keeping fairly quiet wasn’t exactly going to help all that much, especially when Yumi had immediately turned around and began to put the blame game on the pair. The twins both kept fairly quiet with the same expression, it was impossible to tell them apart if only for the dirt that was on Choi’s clothes and face because of his fighting with Yumi. Neither of them really wanted to talk to Kabocha, once the guy had made up his mind that was usually it for the conversation. Eventually letting out an annoyed sigh, Kai gave a look to Choi before making a brief flight over in the direction Kabocha had begun to set off in. It was annoying, but it all probably had to be done if they were all going to be remain happy with each other and not end up fighting for stupid reasons like this.

Choi watched his brother fly off before he turned to look to Yumi again, giving his neck a quick scratch, “Uhh, you see what we have to deal with a lot…?” he spoke, as if attempting to try and start off an apology, “Honestly, I guess seeing and hearing him get backlash like that might had brought his ego down…but didn’t think Viral would give in so quickly to it. Uhh…why didn’t you support your friend, though?” She could had stepped in too or maybe even Vegeta, but both of them had kept quiet and Yumi only spoke after it was all over and the damage had been done. He didn’t really understand it, but he was sure Kai would be able to say something to Kabocha that would get him to change his mind and come back.

Kabocha didn’t really get all that far considering how he had decided to go about his business, heading on over to the city. It was a bit silly to go in that direction, especially when they were supposed to be keeping a low profile, “Kabocha, where are you going now?” he asked up pretty sternly, stopping off in front of him, “You know the Princes are that way doing secretive jobs, you’ll ruin it for them…besides; if Takeshi saw you, he’d be pissed and hit you ten times harder than the Beastman….then again, he’d probably do that anyway after what you did unless you don’t apologise for it”.
Shu felt a little bit happier about that thought, he’d hate to leave his friends behind or never see them again. If there was one thing about his life that made him sad it was that it was short and he couldn’t truly do everything he wanted to so getting to do what he could do was always a top priority. Sniffling a little as he wiped his nose, he looked up at Takeshi and gave a little nod in response, “I’d like that a lot…yeah”, he smiled a little, cheering up slightly, “I hope things go okay with that and you’re not just saying that, I would really miss my friends if I never got to see them again. Do you like it here…? Do you like the fruit…? Do you just pretend to like the fruit…?”

Seeing the hit hardly doing anything to Kabocha just confused and infuriated him, especially when he had put a lot into that hit. Looking to his wrist as he was forced to remove his claws from Kabocha’s clothes, he pulled his wrist away angrily and gave him a hard glare as he spoke before taking his leave. He was left pretty distraught yet his expression barely changed, he couldn’t even make the guy flinch apart from a little bit of blood. He was right, everyone was surpassing him and that was just it for him. He felt fine, yet he was weak. Clenching his fist, he stared down at his hand before Yumi suddenly spoke up, his eyes turning to her instead. She was playing it off as something he had won, that was hardly winning when the guy was walking off with a smirk. She was trying to fool him into believing he had won, taking pity on him for his failure. Growling lowly as his entire purpose disappeared quicker than running water, he looked up to Yumi before giving a quick glance to the twins. All of them were stronger than him now; that was all that there was to it.

Pushing away Yumi’s hand, he turned around and walked away from all of them without another word, just wanting to go back to being alone. They were all going to return to Earth, the twins heading over there to relax but they were still strong enough to defend it. It was all so stupid, he didn’t understand why everything was turning into a complete lie just because he was unable to function properly for a few days. He didn’t want to be around anyone right now, he couldn’t face his embarrassment and obvious baiting into showing off his weakness to everyone.

The twins were just looking between the pair when they were arguing, letting it happen rather than trying to stop or convince Kabocha otherwise. It wasn’t their business to butt into, both were stubborn but Kabocha was just wanting to make the Beastman snap at him. It did happen, but not as expected as Viral was just unable to do much at all. It was kind of surprising to see such a thing happen, especially when he had been so ferocious when under the King’s control. Looking between each other, the twins both looked to Yumi as she interjected only for Viral to reject her completely and walk off. It was a strange situation, neither of them really knowing how they were supposed to react or whether they should try and help.
Shu stared up at Takeshi, putting full trust into what he was saying as he slowly looked down to his hand as it was taken. He really was trying to think of a way Katas could get out of a sticky situation before it all ended in his death, but hopefully if things went alright and he was able to keep Takeshi from going straight to the people they needed to see. He didn’t even know if the people would have others watching over them, like soldiers or somebody even higher in the corruption line. Giving Takeshi a little nod he soon looked away, letting out a sigh, “I would like that, I’ll miss him when we go…especially when we won’t really be able to go back easily…” he mumbled, feeling a little sad about that still, “I really like this planet, it’s so good for me and I have friends…but, there’s so many other planets too and we might get lost or decide to never go here anymore…”

Kabocha was just pushing him a little too far, he asked for his opinion and he gave it only to get insulted and raged at in a series of protests. He was trying hard to not let this guy get to him, but it was fair difficult to not get angry at this thug. Giving him a hard glare, he kept his fist tightened, “Who are you to think I have no idea what it’s like? Is that an attack against my existence?” he asked rhetorically, just to call him out on it. It was always the same, it was just everyone saying he had no clue over and over again. Watching Kabocha as he slowly recovered from the hit, he growled lowly when he brushed it off like it was nothing, calling him weak in the process with a disgusting little smirk on his face. That really did anger him, he was not weak and was worth fighting; that couldn’t had been anymore untrue. Letting out an angry snarl, it hardly seemed Viral was done when his mind suddenly took a turn in the wrong direction as he made a grab at Kabocha’s clothes to force him into his fist in an angry and vicious spurt, “I am NOT weak!! Who are you to say I don’t know what it’s like?!”
Alright, a subscription system and the weekend.

Are we good to go?
Shu nodded a little at Takeshi, feeling a little bit better that Goku was possibly not the bravest kid out there. While it was all still a possibility, he didn’t really know what Goku could had been worried about and what would had made him feel that sensation of doubt at all. The guy couldn’t had possibly needed to deal with things like this, so that couldn’t had been it. Looking up to Takeshi, he frowned a little at their predicament, just hoping he might have the answers they really needed as silence fell between the two. He was rather shaky, he didn’t know how he was supposed to cope so much as try and use Goku to make himself feel a little better. Looking away again, he gave a little nod when Takeshi reassured him that Katas was going to be safe, “Maybe…I hope you’re right. I’d hate it if it all went wrong now…” he mumbled, looking up to Takeshi with a sad expression, “Maybe we can just keep going…? I’m pretty worried right now and standing here is just making it worse…”

Viral stared at Kabocha as he viciously tried to defend himself, making him seem like a little spoiled brat when he brought up nobility. That wouldn’t even matter once he was free, the very fact that Vegeta was descended from a Prince didn’t make him big headed about it as an example and yet he was made to believe that it was something special. What he said about the humans was hardly anything special too, as if it truly mattered to involve them in the conversation, “Humans? Tch, says you who invaded their homes just so you could live another day in your ‘nobility’”, he spoke, hardly at all impressed, “You think comparing yourself to Takeshi is going to make you sound less like a brute? Please, especially when it’s his little brother that’s stopping him from killing”. When Kabocha went on to move back towards him, his push was enough to get Viral to change expressions as he gave him a fair good glaring at. His claims of weakness was fair pushing it, his eyes dead on his in a cold glare before suddenly throwing a strong punch straight for Kabocha’s head in a vicious attempt to prove him wrong about his weakness.
