I can imagine that there would be flash-carts to put the game onto a cartridge, but I wonder if they sell any that can do screenshots?

Fair enough. I just always caught anything that looked cool to me, or that I needed for my dex, and half the time never raised anything outside of the starters, Nidokings, Pidgeots, Raichus, Gengars, Gyrados, Electreons, and legendaries. Everything else was cave/gym fodder if I used them at all.

Damn it's been a long time since I actually played any Gen I/III pokemon.

Well if you're open to the idea, might I suggest catching a Sandshrew for the Lt. Surge gym battle?

Sandshrew with Dig was one of the best combos I ever came across in the original Pokemon games.
