Oi, here we go. Hopefully not another regrettable time-sink, but this community gives a very welcoming feel. So I probably need to be a bit less cynical! But while i'm here, have some things and stuff! (I'm totally not nervous! You're nervous! Ha!)

I'm a pretty chill person who gets way too enthusiastic about characters doing dumb and/or comical things sometimes, but other times i'll go absolutely Taro Yoko and do nothing but shitty things to my own character.
I have many influences; They are (in no particular order) Taro Yoko, Dean Koontz, Hiroyuki Owaku, and Masamune Shirow.
I have over 17 years of experience, and though i've been told I can write well, I will deny this now and tell you i'm complete shit.
I love AUs, I prefer AUs to crossovers in most cases.
Favorite series: Well, aside from the obvious; Fate is one worth noting.
I do not always support canon pairings! Sorry!
Though I can roleplay with other canon characters from the same source, this is usually due to a sheer lack of these canon characters present, as my namesake main has been with me for around ten years, and never once have I found any GitS characters other than another Motoko and ONE Batou that I never once spoke to (and never saw again for that matter) so the entire idea of writing in that series is very weird to me.
I am in fact female despite answering to James, and i'm super into game development and animation! Self-taught though, which is a constant up-hill battle.
I can be very distant and i'm very awkward, and find it difficult to care for other people due to circumstance. If I come off as cold, I apologize in advance.
I love memes.
I really do.
I especially love memes involving Cu Chulainn and/or Emiya (either iteration) from the Fate series.
Gilgamesh is a gold plated trash can and you can not convince me otherwise.
I also *adore* Resident Evil memes.
I will also tell you that there's a very, very likely chance i'm going to hell. So... ! Gotta have fun in the meantime!
