Hobgoblin III

Name - Eric Kingsley
Alias - Hobgoblin/Hobgoblin The Third
Age - 36
Appearance:

Social Class - Lower, bordering on middle.
Powers - As a result of the goblin formula, Eric has the following powers.

• Superhuman Strength
• Superhuman Speed
• Superhuman Stamina
• Superhuman Durability
• Regenerative Healing Factor
• Superhuman Agility
• Superhuman Reflexes

Along with his physical powers, Eric is also a keen inventor. And, uses a variety of gadgets including, but not limited to:

• Goblin Armour - Armour made from a strong lightweight metal. The armour has small jets fitted within the boots that work to stabilize Eric if he falls from his glider. The soles are also magnetic, in order to keep him on his glider.
• Goblin Glider - A souped up version of his grandfathers original glider. Capable of reaching speeds of 120MPH. The glider also has a built in homing system, connected to, Erics armour enabling him to call the glider at any time.
• Various Goblin Bombs - Of course, the staple in any goblins arsenal is his bombs. Eric carries a variety of the pumpkin bombs, ranging from explosive to stunning and everything inbetween.
• A modified pistol - The pistol, similar in design to an M1911, has three main functions. The first being the normal lethal bullet mode. The second being a stungun, slotted in on the top. The final function is a taser, fitted underneath the barrel.

Weaknesses -
Without his armour, Eric is generally as vulnerable to firearms as a normal human would be. While lower caliber guns may be stopped from reaching any dangerous parts of his body, a shotgun to the face will do as much as it would to an average human.
Personality - Cocky, arrogant, loyal, kindhearted
Motivation - To repopularize the Hobgoblin brand and continue the legacy. Also out of a general sense of do-goodery.
BRIEF Bio -
Eric Kingsley, the grandson of Roderick Kingsley, was born in Charlestown, Boston as the son of the second Hobgoblin and a baker mother. After the death of his grandfather, the Hobgoblin brand and Roderick's fashion company fell into disrepair. Eric's father, Robert, was made CEO of the company and was the driving force behind its failure. Eventually, Robert sold the company and largely blew the money he had made on a new house, car and a large amount of alcohol. Robert became the second Hobgoblin soon after, utilizing his fathers old equipment. It didn't largely go as planned, and he stopped his crime fighting within about three months of doing it.

After, Eric was born, he tried to keep the Hobgoblin history secret from him. But Eric, being the inquisitive young man he was, eventually stumbled upon a cellar, hidden away underneath a carpet in a room under a staircase. The cellar contained all of the old Hobgoblin gear, something which Eric was amazed at. His father, having no explanation as to why his cellar contained military grade equipment, told Eric about his grandfather and the Hobgoblin legacy.

Eric was rather young at the time of the discovery and his father wouldn't even let him near the equipment until he was in his 20s. In the meantime, Eric finished school and went on to study engineering and business at university. After which, he modified the Hobgoblin gear and set out to do as his grandfather did and make a business out of the Hobgoblin name, something close to impossible in a year like 2099.
