Haha alright, just rework your sheet to reflect what we've discussed. And I'm going to need you to ditch the plasma gun, because that's kinda outside his specialty as a Scientist. Your character's work on a Super-Soldier program could also be a preface for some plots I have in mind. But Gorillas are already much stronger than a man so having one be genetically altered on top of that might be a bit much.

Hmm.
Playing a Gorilla? Workable. Scientist Gorilla, possible.
But his Origin clashes with the Continuity of the RP too much. For the purposes of the RP, barring the Supernatural almost all of the weird stuff happened after the Awakening. So he could be someone that was mutated into a Gorilla by the Awakening. He could be a scientist who tried to make Super-Soldiers post awakening. He could even be an extremely rare animal that was awakened into sentience. But as is, it just clashes too much.

So she is basically a gender swapped Invisible Man. There aren't any problems with the sheet and everything is in order. I just hope you won't regret playing a character who might perhaps be the lowest-level one in the roleplay so far. If you're ok with it then it's all fine. Phantom is accepted.

Spiritual mediumship such as contacting a ghost is considered perfectly legal by the Fellowship, they don't have a problem with a spellcaster contacting a ghost as long as they don't start raising them from their resting places or taking control of them.
Just keep in mind that for the most part ghosts in this universe are only a shade of a person, a memory of them raised by the circumstances around their death. They may have a semblance of personality, but they aren't full-on sentient beings just a shadow of the real thing. There are sentient spirits in the rp but ghosts are not.

And I just finished the entry for the Department of Superhuman Affairs, hopefully being an entertaining read, foreshadowing some of the threats we will fight against (or even play as in the future), and sum up how screwed up the political and social situation in America is because of the Awakening.
