I think we can just imply training sessions for the most part now :P
I get by. No, it's not because of torrents. *looks around shiftily*
There's a few names that can work. Shifter, Double, Mimic, Gemini, Doppleganger, Anonymous, and Sapien spring to mind. You can come up with a sufficiently cool name if you think long enough.

I like the sheet, but there are a few issues with powers. If she's a shifter she shouldn't change into anything that's inorganic, she should feel pain maybe have higher tolerance but she should have working nerves, and she should only be any faster or more agile if she crafted a body that was naturally quicker. And even then it shouldn't be anything superhuman unless she turns into an animal or something.

And for her kleptomania that one would have to be a secret otherwise she'd get in a bit of trouble, or else find another profession. And yeah the ending could use an an explanation for why she would join the League.

Arty, Yep Rolling Girl is accepted. Again :P Though if she ever finds a cooler name changing to it will not be disputed haha.

Would she be back in at the start of the RP or join shortly after?

Didn't you talk about making a second as well?
TJ, Yeah that sounds good. Thought Red Fury affecting others sounds a bit... videogamey unless it's explained properly and doesn't overcharge them too much.

Actually it kinda depends on his incarnation and the writers. His Pre-Crisis version was a God but Post-Crisis they actually did lower his powers significantly. Plus writers never really keep his powers consistent, they barely ever truly utilize super-speed and often tone done his senses. It's not even universally agreed if he needs air or not. His weakness to Kryptonite fluctuates a lot and actually the element is a lot easier to get a hold of then you would think. Red Sun energy can be simulated in the DCU by a bunch of people, and it's often been portrayed that Captain Marvel, Captain Atom, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, and others could go toe-to-toe with him.

His weakness to magic isn't that consistent either but it has been established that he has no defense against it. He was stabbed by a Magic Sword once and almost died. Electricity has been known to hurt him and sonic or gas-based weapons can work on him pretty well. In All-Star Superman high gravity affected him and he also has no special defense against mental attack. And in the New 52/MOS, different atmospheres and environments can affect his powers as well.

One of his main things is that he can destroy most anything with a punch but he... doesn't. Because he's Superman. His idealism and morals are what holds in back in a fight and it's consistently shown that he holds himself back for fear of killing someone or causing too much destruction. And again his invulnerability fluctuates too. A sufficiently powered weapon is able to knock him off his feet in most adaptations just not do any lasting damage. And for the record I believe Hulk and Silver Surfer would put Superman through his paces too. There's beings that are shown as more powerful than even him, Doomsday, Mongul, Superboy-Prime, Darkseid, and some of the Phantom Zone prisoners are his match and more. But he fights them anyway because he's Superman. And Superman vs the Elite had to be an exaggeration because 15 suns exploding would have destroyed the entire solar system. Plus he get's hit by a telekinetic strike and actually is visibly hurt, he's actually pretty bloodied and bruised when he shows up. The Lobotomy was just a logical extension of his heat vision.

Is he strong yeah. But does he need to be nerfed? Not really. A lot of adaptations make him weaker already, Superman/Batman, the Justice League Animated Films, the DCAU, and Man of Steel all ground his powers pretty well. And the main point of Superman stories isn't if somebody can hurt or kill him. It's if he can save the ones he's supposed to protect and the one's he loved. Superman "loses" if he fails to save someone, when Batman died, it was a pivotal moment because Superman failed and he was beaten in that manner. His powers are the way they are because he's the working class hero, he's always helping people whether it's fighting crime or fixing a kid's bike, he's the one who inspired the whole genre and is the ideal that a lot of them look up to. My favorite incarnation of him is the DCAU Version and his powers are kept to reasonable levels in there.

EDIT: BlackSam, That was a good read. I could have it that the Magus and the Fellowship have been trying to pin him down for over a century with no success.
Sounds good.

In the interest of inclusiveness I'd also like more women and minority characters.
I'm not sure how strong Thor is, I always thought Wonder Woman would have a decent chance of going toe-to-toe with him and if you ask me Hulk is pretty OP compared to Thor.

Regardless let's not clog up the CS thread with this discussion but move it to OOC if you wish to discuss it further.
Biddz, Alright then. Muahahaha.

Archmage, May or may not be the case but the CS thread isn't really the place to talk about it.

TJ, It looks well enough, It looks pretty good but you can revise if you wish. The only thing is the fact she can create weapons out of mid-air. I'd rather she just carried an arsenal because creating weapons like that out of nothing violates a fundamental law of the universe or two :P Maybe in red fury she can make red hardlight weapons?

Krein, I like it a lot, I accepted it earlier but welcome the revisions. I just want to point out that the name for the society is the Fellowship of White Magic.

A lot of the characters that are NPCs are based off of comic-book characters

Zenith: Superman without the same power level and absolute moral fortitude along with a much different origin that fits in with the greater narrative.

Olympia: Similar to Wonder Woman but different origin, powers, equipment, personality, and such. She has elements of a Percy Jackson type Demigod as well. Plus she actually looks Greek :P

Pariah: A composite of Batman, Punisher, and Michael Westen without the scientific knowledge and riches along with being a different race. Also not insane like Punisher.
Kali was just doing what was suggested.
Biddz, Ah ok I see. I bet he doesn't really deal with extreme heat well either :P Accepted.

Archmage, Two tons ain't weak. That would kill any normal person and most supervillains with a punch. Just so you know it's not always going to be a strength contest. Not even half of the time will it be a strength contest. There's way more threats to face then just super-strong bruisers and I think her strength is fine as it is. Plus there's only so much bizarre biology can account for before it starts getting a bit much. Getting more than doubly strong is a bit much. And being regenerative and agile, she doesn't need to be much stronger anyway.

If you're talking about Zenith, he's a Superman Expy not the actual guy :P

If we're talking generally, I'd have to write an essay about that xD I've said before and I'll say it again, just because other people are stronger it doesn't make your character less important. Skill and creativity count for a lot.
Biddz, I like the sheet. But I don't see a Weaknesses field. His powers are inventive but I'm thinking there has to be some kind of energy cost for using that much power. I'm thinking the capabilities described should be the absolute upper limit and he can't use full power very long like that before weakening.

Yog, Alright just giving you a heads up that Atlantis does exist and that Norinmantis probably shouldn't be known to the wider world. Because a secret civilization existing in the ocean would kick off a lot of shit if found out and that kinda stuff should be reserved for later in the story. Keep in mind the stuff I said about his powers too.

Archmage, She can get stronger yes but I don't think she can buff up to say double or something.

I'm not much for Nintendo either so I don't know how strong that is :P I was thinking it could be like a biotic punch in mass effect or something.
