Mostly my fault, I don't have as much free time with homework. Expect an update within a few hours though.

Anti-Humanist/Echinda, The problem with this concept is that meta-powers aren't even proven to be genetic, there is no "meta" gene so any kind of DNA splicing probably wouldn't work. Also self-regenerating cells don't led to sentient animals, an interesting concept but one that needs more than a handwave. You could have him genetically engineer superior animals but uplifting an animal should be pretty damn difficult.
Also the guy has no subtlety. If a bunch of beasts randomly attacked the populace, they would probably be stomped. More so if they tried robbing a Military barracks, which would be almost impossible considering the new technology, training, and the fact that there are several military superhumans. An attack on a domestic base would have triggered a massive manhunt by the DSA which would probably have led to him being killed or thrown in jail. So... he needs to be a lot more subtle.
Also Dungeon Master's power needs to explained. Is it 100% accurate Precognition? Because that kind of power would be god-mody and a no no

Swamp Fox, Well what happens is you create a villain but then they're an NPC that I can use to tie into the story. So at this particular point I think its too early for his arch-enemies to show up.
Poly, He was an East Coast villain so he's sweating it out on an island somewhere. But villains from all around the middle of the country ended up in that jail. But I can almost guarantee the dudes gonna show up. Also isn't the Schizoid Man insane? A tough prison isn't a good environment for that :P
Maybe a guy who can project fear? Perhaps a somebody who can conjure weapons and has demonic mystical abilities? Ooh maybe a shadow controller.
Now I want to know who Xaxx is :P

Also Poly just a heads up but the dude in the cell-block isn't a sorcerer. He's just the shapeshifter who started the whole thing, the portals are somebody else's thing.

Yog, Magic makes things possible but doesn't rob them of difficulty. Pegasus was a godly being but he didn't hit Mach Two. Regardless it's a minor issue and I'll accept it but let's keep in mind that mythological creatures should mostly resemble their stories.
