Eddie began running with one of the local street gangs the Golden Dragons. Eddie learned how to steal, fight, and survive on the streets. Eddie also learned that his gift with cars could be an asset for the Dragons as he began stealing cars for them. One day a lawyer visited Eddie in prison. He said that he represented the Jagielski family and wondered if Eddie was interested in working for them, because they were looking for a private specialized mechanic and a low level soldier and they heard Eddie was the best there was.
