Heroes are the idealist’s job, but this kind of work is just as necessary. Besides, it’s not like I’d be signing my life away with an apprenticeship. If it comes to be that it isn’t meant to be, then I’ll still appreciate the experience.

My dad was a tyrant with a vision, and my uncle an assassin and anarchist at the minimum. I fully understand and accept the idea that doing what we believe to be necessary can require some less than favorable actions. But I’m ready for it.
