X) Other Grant the Request of Ranco

In of the many meetings that Amari Asto had to attend, he heard about Rano Rancor's idea that reached him through Manco who was quite aware of the news more so as he was the one to tell Amari Asto about Rancor's idea , mostly because he knew that the small kingdom needed a good push to keep the people content and willing to follow Amari Asto, his intention came from the loyalty he had to his homeland and therefore the Empire that controlled it, he didn't want the order and culture of such a prosperous place fall in a place like this.

Amari Asto thought it for a little while , then a little too until he decided that it was the right time to do such a thing, however, just when the council was gathered and Amari Asto almost gave the order to give Rancor the resources he needed, the news about the Lizardmen struck him and the rest of the population, of course. Amari Asto didn't really think that they were capable of attacking the village even if they found out where it was, they still had time to do one more thing before it was time to face the lizards, Manco thought the contrary and as such a debate that lasted a week ensued.

But at the Amari Asto won, mostly because the people wasn't very worried and the cold climate of where they had landed was truly a problem for them all. As such Ranco got his request granted , yet Manco continues to be wary of his master's rulership and tried to convince him otherwise, until Amari Asto said stop.

Manco didn't saw his action as worthy of being the prince of a such a big empire to the west but a little kingdom to the east , but he still believed that Amari Asto was a true ruler even if some of actions were a bit strange at the very least.

F) Improve resources

After the "threat" of the Lizards was solved , Amari Asto left that it was time to continue with the works that would set up a basis for his newly founded kingdom, with that in mind he decided to check again his available options which for the moment were only two, one of them was the lumber mill and the other the copper mine. Amari Asto thought and consulted Manco like he normally did in matters of governance, he told him that in one hand lumber could be used to create better tools and fires that would help heat up the camp in the cold night and in the other hand copper could be used to improve the weapons of the new soldiers.

Manco also told him that it some nights the temperature was too low and that was an indicator that maybe this land wasn't as temperate as they had thought in the first place and even with this piece of knowledge , Amari Asto took his time again and again to decide what he would do. He started to look like his father who would take upon himself the task of thinking solutions for every single problem that he faced.

A couple of days later, Amari Asto had made his decision , which was to establish the lumbermill to which he said that it was important to keep his citizens heated and that the wood could also be used to make the roofs of the buildings, which way easier than doing it with stones.

H) Expand military

Amari Asto would announce the fact that Lizardmen were now mad or at least it seemed like it, maybe their nature was like that all along although that wouldn't be consistent with the previous reports of his scouts, therefore, facing this threat Amari Asto decided to set up a military force for the Kingdom, it would consist of mostly spearmen, patrolling the Quarry in the mountains in order to protect it in case the Lizardmen attacked , after this there were plans to deal with them should more reports like these come again.

Quickly enough he sent Manco to set up this military force and tell them about their duties.

F) Improve resources

As Amari Asto noticed that he forgot about something quite important indeed , he quickly called for Manco and told him to start building the Quarry the prospectors had talked about, he also said sorry to Manco for not listening before and so all was set, it was time to get that Quarry going so that his new kingdonm would have the stone needed to build the palaces and monuments that Amari Asto desired to have here , although it may take quite a while to get to that point.

F) Improve resources/technology

The Scouts returned with quite the information about their surroundings, already marking positions to establish mines, quarries or a lumber mill , Amari Asto was proud of his people but most of the success was thanks to Manco who coordinated the prospecting the efforts over the course of the last months, but as always the decision of where to start exploiting the resources was left to Manco who like many of the Kingdom wanted to start building stone houses and buildings, just like back in the empire, where magnificent palaces were made out of stone and walls higher than hills defended the cities of the empire, after all, stone was a sturdy, strong and workable material, back in the empire it was also one of the most common materials and it could be found almost everywhere.

Although Manco was unimpressed for the decision he proceded with his common efficient way to work and soon enough working shifts, caravans and building materials were gathered and ready to be used. If Amari Asto wanted a city of stone he would get a city of stone and in between tools and other things could be done.

B) Improve military technology

The strange sight of the lizardmen alarmed Manco , who knew because of his knowledge of history that when there are two groups relatively nearby (as they would be to met so soon after the landing of the Antari) there is either a cold peace or war and the people of Antari better be readied now to deal with the problems that will come ahead than not be prepared at all , all of this while Amari Asto walked the Pachacamac with little trouble, not thinking about the many variables that meeting new people would be, for that matter Amari Asto felt that they would be great trade partners just like the empire of his father and one smaller nation neighbouring it, though it remained to be seen who would be the smaller nation and the empire.

Under these conditions days passed with Manco troubling himself and Amari Asto just thinking about the wonders that his empire would be, but finally Manco was able to convince Amari Asto to improve the defenses of Pachacamac and what better way than to give better weapons to the people instead of their own fists, the weapon is question was the spear, a rather traditional weapon for the people of Antari as it had been the weapons that legendary carried to battle for many generations.

It was no trouble making these and equipping them to the people as all that was needed were stones and wood, some that was rather nearby and the other two or so Manco hoped for.

Turn Action:
G) Prospect the land

Resolving the problem of the storehouse: Make the man a servant or yanacona of the Amari Asto and he will work in the fields more than others , if he performs well he will be given his previous rank in society as citizen. His family is to be untouched and Manco will designate someone to check and treat the man's son.

After that, Amari Asto discussed with Manco about the resources available to them and most would be consumed sooner than later , so Manco advised to send people to explore the land, in search for wood , stone and copper, especially stone, since in the continent in which Manco lived there were few forests and stone tools had been dominant until the invention of iron and steel. He sent two groups one to the mountains composed of 5 men and other to the forest composed of three men.

With that done it would only be matter of time if the people of Antari would be lucky enough to have resources to start working on new tools and improve their quality of life.
