@Feyblue forgot to mention this earlier but I love the small town idea! It especially works for anyone's parent works long hours, ya'know cuz they probably work in the mainland rather than a small town.

Haru would def have a photo album of the different places around town, and maybe even snagged a couple jobs in the different places that are on the island. I'm totally imagining a large hill that oversees a lot of the town and is especially beautiful during the sunset.

Haru is probably a bit better than average for most things, so height 178 CM or so,

Academic is a little better than average since he's more the creative type (i.e photographer and dabbling in drawing)

He's probably average or maybe a little worse than average in regards to athleticism. Again, very artsy rather than sporty, but he has enough energy to play with his little sisters without getting tired so *Shrugs*

You know, I was thinking maybe I should give Haru some kind of problem, some kind of flaw or thing in his mind with a touch of trauma.

But then I realized, he's a literal ray of sunshine, and even if he had any problems, he wouldn't show it to the world Lol

Especially if she's just being herself, he might fall in love without realizing it because she is undoubtedly, unashamedly herself.

Edit: by band gal, like a musician kinda girl? That could also be interesting especially if she's lowkey/ is pragmatic most of the time.

@Feyblue I'm imagining that when they were younger, Haru would have definitely been like "You like crayons? I like crayons. We're best friends!" But now that he's a bit more aware of others, he'd be a bit more calm around her to match her vibe rather than scare her off. He's still friendly, but it's not as intense as when he was younger. He low-key sees everyone as his friend, (at least that's the perception of him)
