"Touche," Ryuu simply said, turning around to face the archer who stood across him. He simply retorted right before he began charging in,

"You're quite the tsundere, woman!"

With that said, Ryuu was more focused on disarming the archer instead of talking to a moe tsundere girl (he wondered why so many girls looked so beautiful). Leaping at a surprisingly long distance, Ryuu spun around in the air, heading directly toward the archer. He always wanted to go Levi on a titan, except there were no titans present right at the moment.

But Pace O. Shazt was awesome. The archer suddenly took out ten arrows, loading and stretching the arrows as far as he could, before firing a package of arrows toward the otaku. His eyes widening, the sunglasses-wearing man stopped his spin attack, barely blocking the arrows with his plasma blade. The force of the arrows caused the man to stumble back, though he began to charge again.

Suddenly, a sword was flung toward his face.

"WHAT THE F-"

Ryuu blocked the sudden melee strike, backing several steps away from the newcomer. He practically came out of nowhere, and he sure was fast.

"Wow," Reggie said, his eyes focused on Ryuu and Tori, as he asked Pace, "You're a pain in the ass even on Earth?"

Pace O. Shazt simply exclaimed with a positive smile,

"I take pride in my ass!"

"YOU BETTER NOT HAVE SAID THAT SERIOUSLY!!!!!"

Right before Pace was able to retort, Reggie dashed toward Ryuu. Pace, on the other hand, began firing arrows toward Tori. The demon soldiers just had to stall time for Cain's arrival at the scene, or even better, their current squad captain...

Meanwhile, Cain went out of a nearly decimated restroom. He felt better.

Ryuu cringed when he saw the roof fall.

"Oh, for f-ck's sake, I JUST GOT HE- ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

The otaku felt some parts of the roof fall on him. In fact, one of them fell on his injured leg, much to his unfortunate surprise. He lay still for a while, much of the debris on top of him.

The sunglasses-wearing student created an incredibly brief explosion of his more dangerous plasma, frying the debris to nothingness. He, however, did not want to get up. His leg's wound had opened even more. There were several healers tending other people's wounds, and he wanted to be treated as soon as possible.

The man, however, wanted to man up. With that said, he groggily got up from the floor. The blood that came out of his leg was soaked up by his pants. While it was not as dangerous to be within the auditorium compared to staying outside, where energy bolts could magically fly around, he realized that the woman who had ranted on about cowardice left.

Outside.

"Sh-t..."

Ryuu muttered a spree of curse words, deactivating the light orb he had. He then took out his inactive lightsaber handle, activating it. A brilliant red light emitted from it.

He could tell that this was definitely not normal. Even for an academy filled with supernatural creatures.

The otaku went outside. He noticed that the atmosphere was a little clearer now, though something about the air was still fishy. With that said, he went over to the woman who carried a... gun.

A gun.

Well, swords are getting to the point where they're considered as "overrated," Ryuu thought grumpily.

"Hey!" He called out to her. "So, uh, it ain't safe to just go out alone. I might as well-"

The sunglasses-wearing man's eyes widened. Suddenly, his hand generated a large amount of fiery plasma. He dashed over to Tori before leaping over her, before blindly slicing the air with this burning, gloved hand. What he did seemed unreasonable.

It was until seven burnt arrows fell on the ground, clattering like broken, wooden toys.

Ryuu landed on the ground, desperately looking around the place. Unfortunately, he was no sharpshooter, and preferred to fight things placed directly in front of him.

A demon soldier with a bow loaded seven more arrows. Standing directly behind- and slightly above- a nearby water fountain, he had a whole stash of arrows ready for the test. Lifting his bow up again, he pointed directly at Ryuu, though he preferred not to hit the head. Pace O. Shazt did not like the idea of having arrows that acted differently from bullets being pointed at craniums. The arrows did not even go through the human body completely, which sounded very awkward and disgusting to him.

"GG no re, dude."

With that said, he still did not hesitate to fire the arrows at the otaku. Ryuu is still searching for the source of the attack...

Srsly though, that would be awesome AND effective if Thane wasn't around. I really wanna see a "WTHDYTYA" Rainbow Punch...

And there are some people here craving for action. We need to let everyone taste it. At least, those who WANT to taste it.

And there's a certain character Thane needs to go bother...

One demon has landed nearby the auditorium. It is highly likely he will engage in combat with Tori soon, and maybe Ryuu as well, because he's probably gonna follow Tori for the ladiesman syndrome his own pride.

Two of the foot soldiers are within the main building. Thane is located in a rendezvous site.

Guess who landed near the auditorium?

EDIT: btw, Ryuu is injured, but he's going outside anyway

There're several characters even stronger than him for now. One of them is Thane, right at the moment.

Right at the moment, that is. Thane has way more manners, though, despite the fact that he's a hater in so many things.

Three foot soldiers it is (it's not supposed to be super duper hyper hard! >_<), though they are somewhat of a challenge for the students. Going OP and meta-gaming by simply one-shotting the soldiers won't work because they know how to dodge and stuff. And they are around somewhere a little higher than the students' caliber because they're part of a military. You might want to pay attention to Kain (HylianRose's footsoldier).

On another note, there's also Thane, who kinda knocked out a demon that can wipe out armies of angels without being damaged. Just being a friendly neighborhood everyday anti-Apophis fan as usual. And he WILL take part in this particular battle, though none of your characters are actually going to get killed or something. (Lucifer's orders)
