Arthur smiled back to Andy, having her with him made things so much better, but he didn't want her to make choices just to keep him safe. "And you know I have yours too." He responded, keeping his volume down, before hesitating for a moment, "But, don't make choices just because of me I want you to be safe as much as you want that for me, and I'd hate you to hurl yourself into danger just because that's where I'm going." He didn't have a better way to phrase that, but the last thing he wanted was for her to die because he wanted to play hero. "More than anything, I need you to stay alive. Okay?"

It was probably wrong of him to put that on her, but he honestly couldn't take another loss. Especially not andy, never her. She mattered so much to him, and he didn't know if it was what they'd been through together, or just because it felt like he had lost every other person he cared about, but he was so scared that if he lost her, that would be the last straw in him, and something would irreparably break. In this vein, he wanted her to pick where they'd go, he needed to know she could choose where they would help make the groups stand, "Your choice for where we end up."

Oliver didn't know how to feel about Raynor before, his brief experience with him, or his skrull counterpart at least, was that he was gruff, and unpredictable; Christmas with Santa-nor still haunted him in some ways, but right now he appreciated his expediency and seeming commitment to facing this threat head on. Directness was always something he appreciated, even if it turned into bluntness in the worst case. They didn't have time for niceties or even trust at the moment, so when it came to be his turn to speak, he wasted no time introducing himself.

"I'm Agent Oliver Sullivan, raised in Cardiff, studied physics and math in Cambridge, and I first became aware of the Skrull threat on December 25th, 2020." He opted to leave out information about his parentage, thinking perhaps it wasn't best to flaunt around that he was sired by space Hitler, on account of his dad being space Hitler, and because Oliver was, of course, supposed to be dead. That last part hit him a bit hard, if the Skrulls knew about that, he could be at risk of being exposed as still being alive to Thanos, but that would be something to worry about after they got kicked off the planet.

Oliver frowned towards the good doctor. Something sounded off in her voice, but he didn't wanna press on it. "You got it, we'll be waiting for you." He said, as the door to the ship opened up, letting them disembark. That thing she said, that somehow wormholes were easier to open here was of particular interest to him, as a man of science, and would dig into it later. Niah was still coming down from the drugs, but in all honesty, they needed some levity right now, so he kind of appreciated it. Stepping off the ship, his eyes immediately went to Cass, and he waved. The team was finally back together.

Oliver almost blushed when Niah started talking about the demon bear, feeling a bit ridiculous that that had happened. He was still processing that himself, not totally able to reconcile the idea of that thing being real. "Carebear from hell gave us some trouble, but uh... yeah." He looked awkwardly down at Niah's leg, at least happy that she was handling this all well. He turned his attention to Cass, and said, "Once we have Niah and Raynor confirm that all present aren't skrulls, we can debrief, if that's alright." He was still his old paranoid self, and he didn't want to give away their informational advantage by way of a leak. "And of course, it's good to see you again Cass." He smiled, he really did feel happy that they weren't fractured anymore, assuming none of them were skrulls.

Arthur flinched at Niah's description. He didn't know if she was trying to scare him or not, but if she was, it worked. They were dealing with something cataclysmic, and quite frankly, he was a 12 year old boy. There was a duality to him though, of course. He was also the son of the God of the Underworld. Those two identities felt mutually exclusive here, he couldn't flee, or trust somebody else to deal with this for him. He'd watched people he cared about dying so much in the last week alone, and what made him realize he couldn't back out was that, if the demigods failed here, countless more would feel the grief he knew, and he didn't want that for anyone.

Arthur steeled himself, and said, "When you put it like that, I don't really have a choice do I? If I stay back and they succeed, I don't know if I'd ever be okay with the result." He looked over to Andy, and he frowned. They cared about each other, and he didn't want to lose her too, and he knew she felt the same way about him. He couldn't imagine she would fight without him, or he without her. In going, he was accepting risk of losing her, and he didn't want that, but it was an impossible choice. Andy could make her own decisions, and he knew that, even if she was fighting because of him, that was ultimately a choice she freely made.

Oliver beamed at Dr. Larson, access to alien technology, and collaborating with somebody obviously brilliant? That was almost more than he could ask for. Plus, she was from the stars, meaning she might know things about his lineage. He didn't care much about Thanos as a father, that was for sure, but a part of him was curious about who his mom might of been, or just what the purple space emperor had done to this universe. All of that, combined with the fact that, as much as he didn't want to think about it, he knew he might be living on borrowed time. If word ever got back to Thanos that he was still alive, the Earth might become a target once more, and he wanted to be ready for when that happened.

Oliver gave a sad smile at Niah's words, he knew he wasn't omniscient, but he wanted so badly to be, and his failures just stabbed into that regret. As they approached and were quizzed on the Asgardians they knew, Oliver nodded. "It's almost certainly Raynor, which is good. Another person who can identify skrulls is a great thing to have, and of course, it's good to know he's safe." Oliver still felt odd around the Asgardian. Though he probably didn't know about his faux pas with Sparky on the Moon, Skrull-Raynor's anger had resonated with him at the time, and seeing him would drag up those feelings again.

Listening to Nancy talk, Arthur was interested in what would be coming to pass. A part of him wanted to hide from the battle, but he knew he shouldn't. He came all this wa, hiding wasn't the way to end things. Plus, he was a kid of Hades, that had to mean something. Not that he wanted to have an ego about himself, but he knew his powers and abilities could be useful, children of the Big Three had been limited for so long for a reason, and he had to assume that was because they were special, even among demigods. To stand by when there would be an assault would be tantamount to allowing people to die.

"So, the god's parents and giants are teaming up?" Arthur asked. He didn't know much about the Giants, but they couldn't be that bad compared to the threats they faced on the way here, "I'm a bit new to this, but um. Could you give me an idea of how bad this is?" The thing he was really scared of there were Titans, but he wanted to know everything about the threat they were facing. Monsters were monsters, but he had to assume that these things were on the same scale as the gods, and from what he'd seen from them so far, their power frightened them to his core.

Elizabeth actually thought, for a few moments, that she might be able to get some rest before she had to face their next problem, or at the very least get a hot meal in her. It seemed, however, that the universe had different plans for her. Cracking her knuckles, she felt the fire behind her, warming her, flaming bright and hot. She raised her hands, and the fire followed with her. She couldn't see the monsters, but that didn't much matter. She knew roughly where they were, and would burn them all the same. Pushing her hands forward, she had meant for flame to burst forward, but she stumbled, her flames not coming forth.

Huffing, she stood straight, and angrily snapped her arm forward, causing a tongue of flame to lash out, and light the head of one of the monsters on fire, however slightly. Pulling her hands towards her, she felt the fire behind her once more, and pulled a stream of it out, bending it into a ring, and encircling herself and the others with it. Putting some flame between them and the creatures should keep them safe, or at least give them a significant enough tactical advantage to keep this from getting too messy. Holding the ring there, she was ready to change strategy should the situation demand it.

Two things occured to Oliver as Dr. Larson spoke, the first was that apparently Fury was aware of Oliver's existence as an agent and was impressed by him, which was both terrifying and emboldening. The second, was that they had crossed the ocean at a speed that seemed totally impossible. Travel like this put the Quinjet to shame, and he quite frankly had to know how on Earth it worked. He piped up and said, "Hey, at some point, when all this craziness has gone away, and the Earth is safe, can I take a peek at some of your tech? I gotta know what makes all this stuff tick."

Oliver gave a melancholic smile at Niah, "Two steps ahead, maybe, but look at where it got us. Maybe if I had been forward with the team about the threat, we wouldn't even be here." He shrugged, before continuing, "I can't know if I helped or hurt the situation, and I can't know if there were better things we could have done. All that matters is where we are now, and how we get out of it." He was a realist, in a lot of ways. The situation, for all it could be, seemed pretty even at the moment, they had a shot, and had some asymmetrical advantage against the Skrulls, but they could be hiding information to give them a false sense of security. Looking down at his phone, he texted.
To Cassandra:
"At the speed we're traveling, we'll be there in no time, can't wait to get back to work."

Arthur followed the group to the Senate hall, taking a look around at they walked in. This was much more his speed, the greek camp was just... not his kind of place. It might be because of the things he'd experienced there, or just that they were cut from a different cloth than he was, but he just felt more at home here. Especially since this was a place one could comfortably grow old at. He was a kid, sure, but he didn't want to stay a kid forever, he wanted to become something more than that someday, and this seemed like the kind of place where that could happen.

He still stayed quiet. The reminder of Hecate stung him, and it would take him a few more moments before he felt like socializing again. That wound was still wide open, and it hurt to think about too much. A part of him wanted revenge, but seeking revenge against the gods themselves seemed to be the textbook definition of hubris. To go against them was to court death, and while his father had domain there, he knew he would stand no chance against them. If he was given the chance to do something against them now, he would, but he knew he couldn't actively seek it out.

As the dire was lit, Elizabeth sat down by it. She was never worried about being cold much, between her experience in her youth, her pyromancy, and her magic, freezing to death, or even to discomfort, was just something she never really had to worry about. Still, she enjoyed being warmed by the fires of a camp. She felt more like she belonged here than in the hotel. A safe place where death was no risk was just not something that suited her well. She was a warrior in the end, a hunter, and so being out amongst the wilds, regardless of conditions, ultimately left her comfortable.

Elizabeth liked cooking, but Lara had a point; she was feeling exhausted, and she would happily take a hot cooked meal for her. "Thank you, I'll cook the next one." She said, turned her head in the direction of Lara. Even though she was blind, she could still cook well enough. In some ways, she liked to think it made her better. She didn't go by sight, she only had her senses, taste and feel. Anything she served had to be tasted before it made it to a plate, and that meant that, most of the time, it was pretty damn good when it got in somebody's mouth.
