So it all began when I was born... *goes on a long speech about their life story from birth to present day*
And that's how I became who I am today. Good story?
My name is Mizu Neko. I am more-or-less a NEET, due to reasons I do not want to get into. So I have a lot of time to spare from my worthless life. :^) I try to draw, which after a few years of no improvement, I feel I might be improving very slightly. I guess I just needed to try more poses. I also feel I should try drawing more characters than the Mizu twins, but whatever, I'll get to it someday.
I also like to write and I feel like I am better at it than drawing, though not by much. I am working on a story called Neko no Shousetsu - Kiiro no Sekai, which basically means, "A cat's novel - The Yellow world". Which the second part doesn't really make sense. It isn't a yellow world. It's basically named that because the main character has yellow hair and the world itself is called KiiroSekai. It will have an alternate take from Neko's rival's point of view, which will be called Inu no Shousetsu - Kiiro no Sekai. I know if we went with the hair colour naming scheme, it'd be akai no sekai, meaning red world. But again, the world itself is called KiiroSekai.
I am planning other series as well, I am just trying to focus on KiiroSekai above all other stories, so Xero will have to wait, even though I had Xero in my mind much longer. I do not claim to be great at writing, in fact that's the whole reason I decided to start roleplaying in the first place.
Music I listen to is hardly varied. I either listen to weeaboo music or something edgy like Linkin Park. That's about it honestly. My favourite songs are: Basically anything from Kagerou Project, Irony by ClariS, and basically anything from Hybrid Theory or Meteora.
My favourite colour is yellow and my favourite food is orange chicken. I hate dogs and find them ugly and annoying similar to a baby. I don't have a problem with their owners (though a lot of them can be crazy) but dogs in general I just do not like. I have many fears and I am rather cowardly. Likewise, I am pretty emotional and I cry often.
I watch anime, I feel that I've hardly seen anything, but I guess I'm all right with how much I have. I'm starting to lose the whole feeling I used to have when watching anime. Not sure why, but it might have to do with a majority of its community being annoying rats. Other than that, I also try to keep up with 50+ series per season but then end up making it only a few because fuck that shit. I play games, though not many. Not as much as I used to. I mainly just play Nintendo games like SSBM and Pokemon. I have a PS4 but have nothing to play on it, I bought PS3 games thinking they'd be playable, but nope. I also *sometimes, but rarely* play Runescape (OSRS) and my IGN: Sansational. My favourite game I'd have to say is Donkey Kong 64 (I wish they would bring the kongs back. Especially Chunky Kong)
In terms of language, the only thing I speak is English. I am learning how to speak Japanese, though I'm not good at it quite yet. I have taken Japanese classes for five years.

Yeah you'd think it would be all right for a game, but there are certain things that cannot be done or should not be done. Like, if all of your characters die, how will you do post-game things, stuff that wasn't as important in the main story, etc. Like I have a profession system in the story that works similar to fighting classes in that you level up and get advancements in the profession depending on the level. This would basically be useless if your characters died, and most of them will die for sure.

It has many things that an RPG or MMORPG would have, including things like hubs (that are shown through electronics such as phones and watches). Though I wouldn't say it's entirely an RPG or anything, I was planning on having a game made of it, but there were things that made me not continue with that.

There aren't that many rules here, in my opinion. Like there aren't even any rules against double posting, which is for the better, I suppose, since this is a roleplay forum. But I don't know. I think there should still be a rule to prevent that. Like maybe a certain point and it becomes spam or something.
I think I have a similar concept in my story with the classes and stuff. Except it's a bit different. The only people in my story who can use powers are mages. Basically I have three fighting classes and it works in a rock-paper-scissor format to help keep it balanced. Only warriors can use melee-type weapons, that means swords, daggers/knives, polearms, etc. Except say, throwing knives, those are for archers. Though, archers don't really have anything going for them that the other two classes do not have.

That's all on you to decide. I feel like doing all of that myself (the storage options I mean) for my story, but the external HD will have to wait lel I don't have one nor the money to buy one yet. But yeah, you could just not post stuff that you do not want others to know and provide all the information they need to know and stuff you want them to know. I know it's harder than I made it out to be just now and what I said is kinda useless, but yeah lel.

Well at the very least, the forums should have one thing your USBs do not, that could only help you. But yeah, there are many storage methods you could choose from, and you could even do all of them to be as secure as possible. A website like google drives that stores your items, but doesn't necessarily share the files unless told to do so. External HD and usbs. The forums as well. You could also post the rp here I am sure. I'm sure there have been some big projects on this forum in the past. I can't remember if you brought it up that you were or were not going to do the rp on here.

I'm pretty sure there are tools for recovering corrupted data on usbs and sd cards. I'm not sure what this does exactly, but there are times where the computer asks you to make it scan your device. I think it scans for any potential viruses, but again, I don't know. It could be looking for broken files and such. Another thing you could do is put it on a virtual storage like google drives, which gives you 15GB worth of space, which should be plenty for a story, though depending on how big it is, you could possibly go over 15GB it's not impossible, just unlikely from what I've seen.
