Considering quiting the retail business to become a stripper. It seems less objectifying and degrading.

About Me:
I started roleplaying around age 12, giving me about 11 years experience. I'm a hobby writer who makes subpar fantasy and sci-fi novels on the side and have dabbled in the world of light novels to give my drawing skills a bit of practice. I'm by no means a professional or even really a 'good' writer, but I do try my hardest. Unfortunately, I am a very busy person so I often simply don't have the time to put the level of quality revision and editing into my posts that I'd like. That said, I am committed to creating the best experience for my fellow roleplayers when I join their RPs. I am a busy person, however, so know that I may drop an RP if I become unable to devote any more significant time into it.

I mostly take part in Fantasy RPs and Nation RPs. While I enjoy romance side plots in other RPS I do, I generally don't do Romance focused RPs except on occasions. I am okay to do Romance RPs on 1x1, however, note that I usually have to be in a particular mood for these RPs so I am not always up for doing them. For this reason, when I want to do such roleplay, I seek out a partner myself. I am fine with writing mature/18+ scenes, however, I typically find them boring and uninteresting to write (sorry, I'm not much of an erotica writer). As stated above, I am LGBT and Trans friendly, so LGBT Romance subplots and RPs are totally fine by me.

In terms of characters, I'm most likely to roleplay women, as I am one, though I can roleplay any gender. I enjoy exploring the characters and fleshing them out as they grow in the setting.

I am often told that I can come off as rude, and while I like to play it up a bit and be something of a tsundere, and I am trying to work on it, but please note that I am not much of a social person, even on the online realm, and I may take a while to respond to messages or not give you a very detailed response. Feel free to message me for purposes related to the RPs we are mutually a part of, though. I love to discuss things concerning the games to give them a more interconnected and realistic feeling.

As stated above, I have dyslexia, and it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Don't be afraid to point out mistakes in my writing, I have a tendency to misspell, and I want to be made aware if it's particularly bad. I also speak a variety of languages, and if you are interested in RPing in a language other than English, I am more than happy to do so. Check out my Langauge Competencies list to see what I am capable of using.

My interests are High Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Nation Games, Alternate History, and Video Games. I'm not crazy about Anime, but I watch a few here and there, but I'm hardly the person to go on a long discussion on Anime about (I don't really see it as much different than any other animation, sorry.), same with Manga. However, don't go all weeb on me, I'm part-Japanese sansei myself, so obsession with and fetishization of Japan and Japanese people annoys the shit out of me and if you do it I will likely have a few strong words to say to you before I block you. No, I don't care if you're also Japanese. In that case, you're not a weeb, you're just a dime-a-dozen nationalist and that's even worse in my eyes.

Anyway, I hope to have some enjoyable RPs with you all. Let's have some fun.

@Earnest Evans It's simple science. Oxygen binds to the iron in hemoglobin. Take the iron out and the blood can't hold any oxygen and the person will die of de-oxygenation.

Actually, I'm gonna end this discussion right now before I leave for class. Jaden would not be able to manipulate hemoglobin and this is my justification.

1. The ability just screams power abuse and could easily lead to godmodding.

2. The scientific explanation. Hemoglobin is not iron, not any more than water is hydrogen or oxygen. Hemoglobin is mostly proteins, specifically one called Heme.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/be/Heme_b.svg

As you can see, heme is very much its own molecule, and is mostly nitrogen, oxygen and carbon.

Ill elaborate later after class, but thats what ive got for now.
@Scarlet Angel94, I do hope you'll refrain from using your powers to godmod and instantly kill anyone who becomes a threat. That's kind of a big no-no in freeform RP. I mean, you're already just below "completely unbeatable", considering how you can make almost anything with one of the most common elements in civilized history, and can freely extract it from anyone around you in ways that somehow manages to kill them (despite iron being present in trace amounts throughout the body relative to other elements).

I might just have to have Mahmoud whip him back in place when he catches up to them
Mahmoud Nobakht

The fine smell of high class wines filled Mahmoud's nose as he took a long sip. Looking out, he glanced upon the dark waves, his private plane just out from Moscow. The UK was not familiar territory to Mahmoud, but this was not an oppourtunity he wanted to pass up. Josef's report sounded too good to be true. Soon he would be in Oxford, and closer to others that clould be of use to him.

Alessandra Guillory

Alessa stiffened up in surprise when a voice interuped her bird gazing. "Oh! Don't mind me, monseur; I wanted to take in the scenery...I'm leaving soon...and this is the last time I'll see old central park in a long time." she explained with a smile to the elderly man across from her. "I'm just here to watch; I just wanted to see the city and its life one last time before I fly out to North Carolina"

She glanced at her watch, still plenty of time before she had to catch her flight. She might as well be friendly for a while. "I'm Alessandra, but you can call me Alessa if you want"
It was a typical evening out in the UK. Josef shuffled about in the city streets, wandering, searching. Mahmoud had promised a good sum of money for the wherebouts of his most recent target. Josef couldn't see what the worth of a thief was, even if he had powers; it wasnt like he could accomplish anything that Mahmoud's trained men couldn't. None the less, it wasn't like he was complaining, time away from Moscow was a welcome change, even if it was just an exchange for another dreary land with bad weather. As he treked about, the russian picked up on something. Sounds, voices, and Josef was quick to investigate. At first, it didnt look like much. They were children, but the exhange between the hostile boy and the small girls caught his attention. Josef picked up his phone and dialed his boss and spoke up in Persian. "Mahmoud... man pidakradam chiz..."

Alessa sighed as she was making her way to the airport. Her last few hours in NYC until she devoted herself to digging up ammonites in the mountains. Sharks and mollusks would be her new friends for the next two months. Alessa wasn't too excited for that southern weather; sticky, sunbaked days spent in the field and cold nights in a tent city.

Alessa shook her head, "No, no, I should be happy. This is my first time in the field...this is good!" She spoke up to herself, clenched fists close to her body as she trotted down the pathways. Central Park, a good place to spend her last few moments in her hometown. She had a great deal of memories here.

"Maybe I should have spent more time out of the city," Alessa uttered to herself, as she took a seat on a park bench, thinking about how much she hated hiking outings back in Languedoc, when her mother wanted to go see the old country. "Ah mon deiu, how am I going to survive in a mountain range if I can't even handle Alès". Alessa rested her head on a hand, watching the old folks feed the birds. She liked the birds.
Both are accepted

"So, we will come back tomorrow and finish up our chapter on Islamic civilization. Please read though the rest of chapter 11 by next class period." Professor Juliano told the class as each student lazily made their way to the door. Alessa followed suit, until a gruff noise found its way between the grunts and muttered thoughts of her fellow classmates. "Alessandra, could I have a word with you?"

Alessa cringed and turned her body back to her professor, the bald, middle aged man before her. Professor Juliano stood with proper, tight posture as usual. His attire was nothing special, a sweater, khaki slacks and leather shoes, his reddish face not looking angry as she expected, but rather taunting.

"I take it that the classroom is no longer the exciting world it used to be for you, Miss Guillory"

Alessa stammered out, "oh, no Professor Juliano...and buy no I mean "no, I love it just as much as usual"! Like, if we were speaking French I would say Si" Idiot! That mouthful was not uncommon for Alessa to blurt out. It was as if all that time in the world of books had made her forget how to talk to other humans.

Professor Juliano chuckled a bit, "Don't worry, Alessandra, I know the classroom is becoming a bore for you." The man reaching back for the papers on his podium. "You are a fine student, and I belive something out of the ordinary is just what you need to help stimulate your mind."

Professor Juliano handed Alessa the papers. They detailed a dig site sponsered by the University, unearthing fossils out in a mountain range.

"The school asked me to pick a student to do some hands on work and contribute to the project. You were my first pick." The professor explained, "It's out in North Carolina, near a place called Dark Ridge. You'd be leaving ASAP, with full exemption from all classes"

Alessa wasn't sure how to feel about this; being dropped off in the middle of nowhere, far from home on such short notice. But, that was the archaeologist experience. "I...I guess I will go. It's a great honor that you've chosen me for this project, Proffessor Juliano." The professor nodded, explaining that Alessa should get ready, she would be taking the next flight out to North Carolina the following morning.
Alessandra had taken notice of the cold chill in the inn. Undoubtedly magical, and also obviously from the woman who just so happened to enter at the time it showed up. Alessandra excused herself from the bard song, and walked after the Necromancer, keeping her distance but placing herself in a position to get a glance at her tome. Perhaps without being notice, but even if she was it mattered not, she was more interested in the book and its owner than trying to be secretive
