Short description: A highly technological Kingdom that is accepting of all races and cultures, sounds pretty good, except for the fact that they follow a almost Religious Ideology known as "For the Better" the ideology is a belief that everyone should do the best for everyone, 

sounds good?, well besides the fact that The Sephi Empire is out on a Conquest to dominate the world sure,

the Sephi Empire appears to be peaceful, but they are extremely warlike. They're "for the better" Motto means that they must conquer everything "for the better",

However the Sephi Empire is Highly accepting of all races, they're kingdoms are a mascaraed of culture.

Often the Sephi Empire will send a "Negotiation" team to a kingdom telling them a lot about there Empire, and then ask them if they wish to Assimilate into there empire, The Negotiation team won't take No for and answer. and if they are told No. 

the Negotiation will be followed by a gigantic Invasion, Anyone who isn't slaughtered in the invasion will be enslaved "for the better" And treated as slaves for the rest of there life, being forced to spend they're life doing a job.

The Sephi empire is currently Rapidly expanding, with a vastly growing Arsenal to conquer the next unfortunate kingdom to be chosen, there Science is rapidly expanding due to them "borrowing" Everyone elses Research and having such a darn big empire that pretty much 30% of everyone is a scientist,

If the Sephi Empire had Technology from a certain timeline, it would probably be from the 1500's when Primitive guns were being made, The Sephi actually does have very primitive Muskets known as "Fire Bows"

About 70% of the population are enslaved Riots can frequently occur but however, they are usually ended with a group of soldiers slaughtering most of the Slaves, Slaves are treated as Subhumans and death is usually common though, any children of the Slaves are "Liberated" and Removed from there parents at birth and given to more "loyal" parents

Most of the Slaves serve as low ranking soldiers in order to give they're Military enough power to keep on fighting, there combat is usually fought with lots of Slaves in the front acting as shields and rows of "firebowmen" behind them constantly picking off large rows of soldiers in unison. 

anyone who knows magic is usually put in tiny squads of 10 that are used to flank enemy infantry and slaughter a lot of soldiers or take down Fortifications, this can be dangerous and have a High Death Ratio

there massive warlike nature and they're Worldwide conquest has Destroyed there economy, Taxes are extremely High and "conscription" Into the military is often, The result has turned the Sephi Empire into a Highly Communistic Empire, often having large "Slave Cities" being full of slaves Dedicated to their work 

they're are long "cooldowns" between "liberations" due to the high cost of war, Between Cooldowns the Economy is Dedicated to Supplying they're Military with enough Resources to start another "Liberation" While the Military goes on Defense for a bit, and Massive Conscription happens to prepare for a incoming invasion

When Liberations happen the Economy lightens up a little bit, but the Liberations often Occur on the weaker kingdoms we're the weakier kingdom is more likely to Assimilate. also because of the Bloody Liberation (see below for details) gave them a massive lesson

the most biggest "Liberation" was known as the "12st Liberation", also known as the "Bloody Liberation" since the Sephi attempted to recruit the Ashalumnia nation which resulted in a gigantic bloody war which ended in a Stalemate with massive Causalities on both sides, this was followed by a large Ashalumnia Attack which destoryed half of the Kingdom. the Sephi never bothered the Ashalumnia again and started a massive grudge with them. All of the liberations that came after that were small but included a lot of weakier kingdoms becoming Enslaved or Assimilated 

The Sephi Empire is a Empire that is highly accepting of all races and cultures they follow a ideology called "for the better" and they are attempting to rule the world because they're Ideology says so, They are Rapidly Expanding and because of this they now have muskets that are called "firebows". they are also slave drivers and conquer enemy civilians, they are a warlike Autocracy empire and they're Economy has pretty much gone bankrupt. they are plagued with racism

Even though the Sephi Claim to be "free of racism" and "accepting of all" their is a massive amount of Racism internally, The Sephi is secretly full of crime and is rotting inside from Racism and slowly deteriorating into a Empire Heck bent on conquest and the "better" For humans and none for any other race, Slaves are treated as secondary class citizens and often the Victim of abuse

90% of the free population are humans that were born in the Sephi Empire, this is because people tend to attack the Sephi Empire labeling them as "Ungrateful" and which means that they'll be Conquered and enslaved
