It'd be interesting if their goal was to get the Omega League out there at the same time as the attacks so that they could be blamed for them. Trying to discredit mutants perhaps?

Metal Gear: Foxhound Reborn

As we wait for the last few CS' to be posted I'd like to ask you all something.

You've probably noticed the limited variety in the weapons and gear, this is intentional on account of more equipment being made available as missions are completed. We have plenty of ideas as to what new and exciting gadgets and gizmos you lot are going to have at your disposal, but I'm wondering if there's anything you all would like to see become available to your Foxhound Operatives. Of course we won't be able to include all of them for various reasons but I'm curious as to what you all come up with.

Edric looked at the spell caster.
“Look at me, crying like some sort of child.” He wiped his eyes once more. He was looking directly into the Caster’s eyes. His face flushed and he looked away. “You lie, I am weak. I single handedly tore down the Order. I’m a coward. The Inquisitioners got me and told me they’d let me go if I told them everything I knew.” He unbuttoned the first three buttons on his shirt, revealing the lashing scar on my his chest. “I held out for three hours, then I broke. I told them everything I knew and they let me go. I wandered around for ages until I finally ended up here. I’ve blamed the Inquistion for everything that’s happened, but it was all my fault.” Once he had finished speaking he looked into her eyes once more. He wasn't sure why he told her all this but he felt as though he could, as though he should. For the first time in his life he felt self conscious. Then he laughed out loud. "I don't even know your name."
