When RPGuild goes down for a few minutes and you are thinking "Is this the end?" and you cling on to hope it will come back up.

Do people hold a neverending grudge against you if you take the last cookie?

Sam got a sly smile one his face. He was sitting at a table with people who had not only different specialities, but also had something in common: They were experienced killers. He however, apart from the 'experienced' part, was just the same. "Oh, I know why I am a mystery to you." He said, while without anyone noticing pulled a coin out of his pocket. He made it roll over the floor and made it hit something made of metal behind the bodyguards of The Red. It made some noice, and as soon as everyone was distracted, He got out of his chair. Nobody noticed him as he moved without a sound to the other side of the room. There, he leaned against the wall, and said to get everyone's attention again: "That's because I'm a ghost." He whaited for all the heads to turn his way again. "But you can just call me Sam. Professional crowd blender, hand to hand combat specialist and the man with a plan. And about knowledge being the most lethal weapon, it's just a key to the real most lethal weapon: the element of surprise." Sam was just showing of a little now, but he did had to proof himself if he wanted to get respected by the others. "So... about my two other questions..."
I'm trying to figure out how to bring Nicole into the current events

Well, such big thing as the city hall suddenly covered in paint should get much media attention. Twitter and facebook would go wild and people would be texting eachother a lot. If you would use your powers to get in contact with the data traffic, you would know about the incident and be able to go there to see it yourself. This is just an idea, by the way, do what suits you best.

EDIT: nevermind, I just saw you already posted something while I was typing xD
Sam was just helping a customer when he heard a big bang. Everyone in the shop ran outside to see where it came from, so Sam also did this. He saw at the other end of the street that the city hall was covered in paint. He wanted to go there, but he needed to stay at the shop if he wanted to keep his job. That, and he still was a rookie hero. He wasn't even a real hero yet, as he didn't do anything heroic yet. He got back into the store, and looked on his phone for live footage.
You whaiting for the other two as well? I wonder what @baskets is taking so long.
So what has happened now? Did 'carrot man's bomb go off already or did he just plant the bomb?
Sam added Nate's number to his contacts, then gave his number to Nate as well. "I'm not much of a cape fan anyway." He said, smiling. "Well, I see you later, Speedy!" He said. Then rushed out of the alley towards his job before he got fired on his first day. Speedy seemed as an appropiate nickname for someone with superspeed powers. Once at the grocery store, he walked inside and got greeted by the one behind the counter. "You're just in time, my shift just ended." The guy said. He gave his apron to Sam and then got out. It was reasonable at the store. Not many people mostly came in, you got paid decently and it wasn't far from any important buildings like some of the banks and the city hall. Even though he liked the fact he had powers now, he still was partly human, so he still needed money. This meant today was just another day he needed to work.
Shadow slowly opened his eyes. He was never a morning person. He had no alarm or anything. Better yet, except for his wardrobe, a cupboard and a pretty big bed, his room was empty. He didn't bother about it, as you should fill your room with stuff you like, or just stuff you have. And apart from meat, Shadow didn't have any of those. Shadow slept like every night like a curled up cat. He now stretched out like one, then jumped off the bed and landed on both hands and feet. He walked towards the wardrobe, and got up on two feet. Even though he loved to walk on hands and feet all day, it wasn't practical in a house made for humans. He got on an easy t-shirt, put his hoodie over it and got his wings through the holes on his back. He put on some jeans, and walked towards the door.

He opened the door, and recognised the voice of Luna. He followed the voice to the balcony when he picked up something about eating tonight. Meat... was the first thing he thought. He held some distance from the others but still in sight of Luna. "Morning, boss. I heard something about food?" Even though he only recently re-joined the flock, Shadow recognised Luna as the leader, and as he was in need of one to keep himself under control, he respected her.
Sam laughed as well, but was dissapointed to hear there wasn't such thing as a real life Avengers. He then looked at the time, and saw he was almost late for work. "Hey, I need to go now, but I want to keep in touch with you. Shall we exchange numbers?" Sam asked, taking out his phone.
After the awkward silence, the guy made a pun which made Sam chuckle a bit. Then the guy introduced himself as Garsin. "I'm Sam." He said, while grabbing Garsin's hand and shaking it. "I'm new to this school. And you?" He whaited for him to answer, then looked at the row of children, which was getting smaller. "Oh right, I still need to eat. I'll see you later!" He said, then realised he was the only one of the two who could actually see, and chuckled again. Sam hoped that Garsin would understand he didn't intended it wrong. He walked to the row, got in line and whaited for his food.
As soon as the guy took out his cane, Sam knew what was going on: the guy was blind. He did seem kind for someone with that posture. "Yeah, I'm fine, thanks." He said. Even though Sam was light on his feet, he had a good balance. "You seem very kind. You must have a lot of friends." Sam said, but the last part a bit sadly. Because of his past, Sam didn't have many friends. You might even say he didn't have any.
