Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

Cravings: I want to play Emet-Selch from FFXIV so badly, willing to make compromises for this to work out. Romance or not, group or 1x1, I care little at this point! I'm happy to come up with a suitable plot and guide the story if necessary, I have a lot of ideas and I'm very flexible.

Blinking, the mage looked to the woman, a smile upturning his lips, "Impressive. Well, I believe I can finish the rest off..." Reaching out, a large Shadow Flare struck the remaining three boars, instantly finishing them off.
Looking to her his brows furrowed, "You must not sleep..."
Ears flattening when she mentioned their mothers, he groaned, "Yeah... at... best we will be disowned. That I would not mind. I am more concerned that one of them... likely my mother would call the Shikaree hounds and... living at the bottom of the sea is sounding more appealing by the minute."
Flushing at the compliment, he attempted to respond, but instead fumbled over his words, "Yes... well..." Scratching the back of his head, he averted his gaze before replying, "I... suppose we both do make a fair bit." Running his fingers through his hair, he clutched at it nervously at her side remark, "If I remain close to take care of the child... we... more than likely will not have alone time. You... realize this... yes?"
With his face more furiously red than before, he hung his head, "Yes...well... I... was never happy with my situation. You know this. Whatever gender our child may be... I do not want them to have to live with that pressure."
Her answer, while informative, still did not completely resolve his questions. Furrowing his brows, he shrugged, "I see... well..." Awkwardly averting his gaze, the man swallowed hard before continuing, "Yes, well, if you are a priestess, we should be able to defeat most things if not all in this area."
Approaching a mid-level boar, the mage readied his spell. Throwing out an arm, a large red glyph appeared across his features. A large dark-magic spell then struck the boar.
Though he had suspected as much, it was reassuring to hear it from her lips. Truthfully, he had been thinking much the same, though raising a child on their own would prove difficult. Finally, after a few moments of consideration he responded, hand near his chin, "I see... well, Hyur often raise their own children, so it is not unheard of. Nor impossible.
Ears against the back of his head, he let out a sigh, "I have been doing research, and... well, it will be both time consuming and... expensive. One of us will need to be at home at all times, which... I could work out of my home, if necessary..."
After a few moments, he continued, "But... I do agree with you. This cycle needs to be broken. We... I suppose should be the ones to do so. We are both happy with our lot in life, it would be fitting."
Luckily for both of them, the tea shop wasn't busy in the slightest, and he had a piping hot cup for her to enjoy. Taking a seat next to his clearly miserable mate, he offered the fragrant liquid to her, as well as a riceball. He had a small package of riceballs for them to share, and he was quietly gnawing on one. Pausing his bite he smiled at her, "These are for you too, take as many as you'd like. It should settle your stomach."
Looking to the ocean, the man let out a soft sigh, "We should enjoy the peace while it lasts. You may not be feeling well, but... I am here for you." Ears flattening against his head, the man's gaze averted, "Has your mother mentioned anything as far as plans for the child?"
As she called him out, he averted his gaze, letting out a sigh, "You... know what I meant." Sulking, he put his chin into his hands. At her somewhat forward invitation, he shook his head, but responded favorable, "If you prefer. Regardless, you will be needing those herbs. The situation will not be improving anytime soon."
Considering her suggestion, he muttered softly to himself before looking her in the eyes, "There should be tea in the main marketplace. If you do not mind being alone for a few minutes I could bring some back?"
As the woman invoked some sort of mysterious power, the golden-eyed man stared at her in disbelief. "You... seem to have power over the game? Are you..." Furrowing his brows for a moment he continued, "Are you one of the developers...? Is this goddess of yours, is she within this game?" After a moment he shook his head, "Not that I suppose it matters. Now that we have the strength to fight, we should do so."
Gesturing in the distance he continued, "There are some wild boars over there that give a decent amount of experience. Oh, but I forgot to ask, what is your class? I'm a sorcerer."
Shaking his head, he let out a disappointed groan, "You needn't try to push yourself so hard... I am aware of your situation, there is no reason to deny it, nor hide it." Helping the woman take a seat on the edge of the wooden deck, he then carefully took a seat next to her. Looking behind him, he spoke, "It would appear there is a mat for resting there, too. If you would prefer to lay down?"
Letting out a sigh, his gaze fell upon the ocean. "Have you been feeling tired a lot recently? It is about that time... I should have prepared something for you. There is an herb that they may sell here... when you are feeling better we should search for that first."
Furrowing his brows, the man responded, "Brain washed? Well, we're certainly trapped here. I can't say I know why." Shrugging, he continued, "I do not have any plans to kill any actual players unless it is out of self defense. No. Honestly? It is far too much effort, and not worth my time."
In the distance, a swordsman appeared to be killing monsters, and potentially chatting up women? He couldn't tell, it was out of range.
Looking over the priestess, Hades continued, "Well then. I was planning to improve my dark magic skill, would you like to come along?"
Furrowing his brows, the man responded, “No, he is not worth the trouble. However, if he is causing you harm...” Shooting the man yet another glare he continued, “As for a more pleasant topic, may I ask what you are doing so far from the town? I do not see many straying from the beaten path.”
