I’ve worked min wage jobs and I’ve done the bare minimum and have still gotten the measly ten cent raises yearly and good references from them. There really is no point, bare minimum gets you by.

Growing up in a poor family, Ryan didn’t have much to begin with. He didn’t mind though. Ryan was content playing in the dirt and usually came home covered in mud. It seemed that he did not care that there seemed to be less food on the table with each passing day. But soon the situation became critical. Being the youngest sibling, he was kicked out in order to provide food for the two older siblings, who had jobs and need strength to provide for the family. He was put in an orphanage, and was found to be a “defect”, so he was sent to Nuxvar.

He likes to joke around a lot. Is prone to making highly sarcastic comments from time to time. He’s willing to do work, but not an extreme amount of it.. He's extremely calm and mellow for the most part.

Anders nodded. "I already had one of the apprentices go fetch it for us." The said squire showed up next to Anders, and Anders took Jason's sword from him. "Luckily I had gotten to the demon's equipment first. The Templars would have simply of thrown it into Mount Pius, or have it sealed along with the other unholy artifacts we have acquired over the years." Anders then bowed out of respect. "I hope you are successful in your new task. I will head to the meeting grounds of the circle, and await you there."
Where was it? It was no longer here.... they must have taken it.... Must get back. Now. The thing clawed the inside of it's cell, obviously aggravated by something... or someone. But with the quarantine lifted, it's cell door opened just a bit.... but that was all that was needed. It burst through the door and sniffed the air. It could smell the taint. The taint smelled exactly like the ones who had taken it away. Free of it's cage, it jumped into a nearby vent, and let out a blood curling scream. The hunt was on.
"Warning. Subject H-666 has breached it's containment cell. Attempting to activate emergency procedures... Attempt failed. All personnel report to the nearest security checkpoint. The proper officers have been notified and are currentely working on containment. Please, do not panic."

You know, maybe he'd be nicer if Jason didn't practically ignore all his warnings.... just saying.
"Ah. Ms.Kirei. I've heard many a rumor... I wonder.... Nonetheless... It is a pleasure meeting you, fair lady." Even the Templar-Commander had spoken about her on occassion. Anders wondered slightly if the rumors regarding the archmage of the city and her were true but... He did not wish to dawdle in her personal affairs. "I do suppose war has been averted..." Anders glared at the princess for a few moments.. He did not know if the princess knew how her actions almost brought the empire into civil war.. but he did not have the authority to lecture her directly, nor did he have the time. He soon turned his gaze back to Sakura. "But the darkness comes closer and closer to our borders... I do not know how much longer the human empire can last against frequent, mass attacks by the darkness... only time will tell. The sooner the circle meets up and is able to find a way to combat the threat, the better the situation will be.
"Alright then. I'll call off the recess. However, I'll need to add something to the verdict to make sure the Templars don't get upset... by this new turn of events." Anders walked back up to the podium, and called the trial back in session.
"I have the verdict. The demon will not be executed." Anders swore he could feel the rage of the templars heating up the building. "The circle member Ansen... and the Erolyte will be this demon's custodians." And before a riot could start, he added his own judgement to the trial. "However... The demon will not be allowed in any public spaces other than the roads, and the lodging we give him. He will gain food not from the merchants or taverns, he will not be allowed in the parks. He will not respond to any insult that is thrown his way... no matter the severity. I do not care if they throw a bloody anvil at you, you will not retaliate. If you are harmed, your custodians may bring it up with me, and the proper authorities will deal with it, but only if there was physically harm done. And yes, even if they do call your mother a whore, you WILL not respond in kind. You will also have to keep your distance from any Templars, or the Templar District of the city. Any violations of these rules, and you die. There will be no negotiations on either side. This court has been adjourned."
Luckily, the Templars, while a bit sour that the demon did not die, seem content enough and began leaving. They had no reason to stay if there was no public execution. Others stayed to chat, or did likewise as the Templars.
He then turned to Ansen and Sakura. "It may not have been exactly what you wanted, but it was the only way to keep the peace. I will see you later at the circle meeting Ansen. And perhaps you as well Erolyte."
