Calico Jack's carefree, cheerful, and adventurous nature gradually faded as his priorities in life changed. It was simply out of necessity and was in no way something he chose wholeheartedly. Expectations set for Calico Jack by those around him were not only too high but often unreasonable. He became stoic and task-bound, appearing disinterested, introverted, and perpetually fatigued. Fortunately, after his so-called rebirth, the responsibilities that kept him shackled and bound were no more. Although free to live life as he pleases, there was no way Calico Jack could disassociate himself from the habits he had grown accustomed to over time.
Calico Jack was previously known as Shigeaki Hinihara, a Japanese physician who specialized in surgical and forensic pathology. Coming from a family of physicians and being the eldest male, he was coerced into the world of medicine. His childhood was short-lived as scheduled sessions with private tutors replaced his extracurriculars and filled most of his time out of school. At that point, Calico Jack was left with no choice but to follow the life that was predertermined for him. His primary and secondary school years quickly passed with each day being similar to the one prior. This mundane and routine lifestyle continued through his four years of premedical undergraduate studies, five years of medical school proper, four years of medical residency training, and two years of fellowship. The product of all his hardship and time summated to over a decade of clinical practice along with administrative roles in several medical facilities in Japan; that was his legacy. Unfortunately, behind the authority, wealth, and prestige that came with his success, was still a life Calico Jack despised. The amount of patience he possessed, although extraordinary, it remained finite. The moment he fell to his death was when it eventually ran out.

Parry: Using finesse and technique, Calico Jack is able to deflect or block attacks.
Enhanced Vision: Calico Jack possesses enhanced eyesight, allowing him to see farther and in areas with little to no light. When focused, he becomes more perceptive of the things within his vision.
Enhanced Balance: Calico Jack sense of balance sense along with the positioning of limbs and the center of balance are well developed. These make it difficult for him to get knocked over or fall down, and allows him to recover from momentary imbalances near instantly.
Vital Strike: A fast and precise attack to vital spots, aimed to cause impairments more than actual damage.
Enhanced Reflexes: Calico Jack's body is capable of quickly reacting to the things around him, voluntarily or instinctively, with subtle movements, using as little movements as needed.
I've RPed on other sites before. I've been lurking here for a while now, just waiting for that one Isekai RP that'll bring me out of hiding. Might go with a rogue-type since we done have one of those yet.
