@Karos

You've got a good character set-up here with the ruthless killer, but could use a little more fleshing out; sixteen years is quite a while. You could describe some of his exploits in his time and how he was affected by it, and his journey to Orleans.
@Lord Coake

Accepted! - an NCR scout, Enclave soldier, and ex-Brotherhood of Steel in the roleplay should make things interesting.

@Marimont

Oh man, love the app - a villainous character, original ideas, and is from Orleans - so long as you don't use her leadership over Bokors too much, Accepted!

As a couple of side notes;

I have begun the OOC, and it's mostly the Interest Check with added sections. Expect it tonight, hopefully.

You can utilize perks while roleplaying; say you have Terrifying Presence, you can type [Terrifying Presence] prior to interacting with something and you can terrify people, or [Outdoorsman] prior to describing how your player just began a fire or hunted with skill. Just try not to put something like [Negotiator] after every sentence so you can smooth talk everyone into loving you - use it when appropriate.
@Ulstermann

I like it! A dash scarce, but I suppose when I'm giving limited details on the current state of the Enclave, that's to be expected.

Since Tom Carson hates non-humans and Orleans is rich with diversity, his arc should be interesting.

Accepted.
@Ordure Oh hey, I also meant to ask you: do perks need to correspond to our SPECIAL? Like, do we have to meet the requirements ect? Or is it more of a generalization? For instance would something like "Shotgun Surgeon" be appropriate for a character who simply has vast experience with shotguns?

It's a mostly reliant on past experience; a man with low charisma doesn't seem like he'd have something like Child at Heart, but if something in his past allowed him to show extraordinary compassion toward children, then I'll fully allow it.
Sounds good. I've just about finished the character sheet. The bio is deliberately vague about the Enclave so that once you bring them into play it could be easier for me to adapt and decide how to proceed.

How about ship wrecking on that little peninsula in the middle of the coastline? Would that be suitable? And would their be any friendly natives nearby? Because I intend for my character to be in need of medical attention ASAP.

That little peninsula is where I plan to put a little Orleans Order trading outpost filled with a variety of ships and people, so that'd be great! There'd be multiple people there with medical skill.

And, a bonus note, I'm thinking about adding a Perks section to the character sheet, to make characters a little more unique than flat stats; so @BilboTheGreat and @Tuxedo Fox can both add up to three perks to their characters spanning all games.
I was thinking of only using it as a starting point-the character would be shipwrecked on the little island you showed on the map and originally sent by one of the Enclave's departments, the External Security Bureau, to gather intel. Once he was shipwrecked he would have no backup, no contact, and would have no reason to advertise his allegiance.

Once you chose to bring the full Enclave into play, he would obey your orders.

Would that be okay?

Hmm.. if your Enclave is the Enclave I'm thinking of, they probably won't like the kind of one I plan to bring in later, so no need to follow orders. Your character should be good.

Also, I don't recommend ship wrecking on that particular island off the coast. Maybe somewhere on the coast of the main body of land, because that island doesn't have a good reputation of returning people who've crashed there.

And there! I think I finished it. Hopefully. I might add and remove stuff as the roleplay goes along and players interact with the world. The roads in the map are in accurate and wonky, but I'd say that's just because the Orleans Order has been paving those roads between districts and the original roads were covered up by the nuclear apocalypse.

OOC will be coming very soon now.

Also, bonus King Louis Savreaux.

Could I play an Enclave operative? I don't aim to use the Enclave as anything other than backstory and occasional mentions. I would like to have my character sent on a mission to gather intel about Orleans, for example.

I'm planning on possibly using that faction later in the RP, actually - so I'd like if your character was very subtle about it - no mentions of it to NPCs and it's downplayed a little - maybe a small group of Enclave stragglers from the East that have survived instead of a full on militarized group.
Hey @Ordure I was wondering if you'd givein any thought to there being a local radio station? Not that it is really important or anything, just was wondering because...well...you know, Fallout+RadioStation=Fun Times.

A local radio station for each district is my idea - probably with music reflecting the culture. The richer district radio would play classical music, because of the whole "upper-class" thing. The poorer district would play classic jazz and blues, reminiscent of Old Orleans.
@Tuxedo FoxThat works rather well for what I had planned actually, if the GM is fine with it, that's probably what I'll go with.

Of course! Sounds like a pretty diverse cast, which should be nice.

Wow. Just skimmed the opening post...nice. Real nice. Is this RP still open? And where do I post my character sheet if it is?

Ey-yup. The roleplay is still open - I haven't posted the OOC yet, but once the map is complete, I'll be making the thread. For now, you can post your character sheets here
@OrdureMy idea was that his unit had been tracking some raiders up north, he was captured, escaped, and found himself reaching Orleans by mistake through lack of unfamiliar territory. I can go into more detail if need be.

It's a pretty long distance, so going into detail would be preferred. As long as it makes sense - it's fine.
