Kenzo silently cursed to himself as the Beast's attention was directed to someone else right before the trap. He slid to a stop to catch his breath as the beast let out another mighty roar. This one was louder than the first. What was it's purpose? It could have easily released its roar as it pursued and attacked its new target. Instead it had used a moment to roar first before anything else. Could it have called something?
Kenzo's eyes widened as the possibility arose in his mind. If it has allies, then that roar more than certainly would have alerted them. He got it into his head that they had to be rid of this creature immediately. Otherwise they'd have to worry about the current enemy, and multiple others that would more than likely overcome them.

I got into another online argument about shipping again! I said that I ship Blaze with Silver, and they said that she'd be more likely to be in love with Sonic. I can't see how.

I've got a handful of years experience Roleplaying here and elsewhere, so don't think me a rookie! My Avatar once looked like a part of some sort of time-theme, but that's just Chronos after he was brought back to life and upgraded! My more favored avatar is either Dimentio or the Azure Flame God, but how does one resist a clock face?
But that's in the Past. Now it's a pic of Gwyndolin, the Dark Sun!

I've considered that too. Being somewhat of an anti-climax boss makes sense for him, considering he doesn't have a lord soul anymore.Then again, Ornstein, who is both mechanics- and lore-wise weaker, is unparryable. It's just a matter of gameplay and story segregation, i suppose.
Technically, Lore-wise, both Ornstein and Smough, along with their Souls and item Drops, were illusions created by Gwyndolin. You fight the Old Dragonslayer in Dark Souls 2, who has the exact same armor as Ornstein, albeit a darker shade, and drops the Old Leo Ring.
If the one in Anor Londo is an illusion, then it would have made sense that he would be unparryable, since the Chosen Undead must be tested to see if he/she deserved the Lordvessel.

I just rewatched the fight on youtube and he can't be much bigger than 8'. Artorias might be bigger, but he's unparryable.Then again that might not be because of his size but by virtue of being a boss. None of the bosses are parryable except Gwyn for some reason.
Well, maybe Gwyn's parry able to keep up the lore that's built around him. After having his soul burn in a flame for so long, and being reduced to a powerful hollow, maybe he just became that weak?
