Well, I see two choices.

1. If Edith is right and the USF manage their ressources in a way that allows them to track all fugitives, then we cannot move without the watcher's help, nor can we stay in one place for more than, say, a day (Or until Cassie gets tired from tele-stealing food).

2. If the USF are in total chaos, we can attack them. Like, attack a research facility or a temporary military installation that has data we can use. It shouldn't be heavily defended, cuz we're just five guys.

Your character isn't a "weird talking kid", and Ezekiel wasn't talking to him. This mixup can still be played out, I just think Max would've noticed.

Ezekiel sat in silence, chewing on the ruler, listening to what the shadow girl was saying without turning to her. He wondered, not for the first time, whether he was ashamed of what he was. He was definitely ashamed of his actions, but what if that murder was simply him being out of control? Could they really accuse him of murder, given the circumstances? He sighed with exasperation - his internal discussion of this exact topic has been getting repetitive in these past few weeks. Regardless, it was kind of funny that the shadow girl thought he was acting like quasimodo, while in actuality he simply did not want to talk to her. Her change of tone also caught his attention - perhaps she just took a while to warm up to people. It was understandable really, given the circumstances. Maybe he should try communicating with her again...

A noise from the doorway startled him, and Ezekiel was already thinking up excuses in case it was a guard when he turned. But a new recruit was even more suspicious, and the shadow girl's remark about his power did not escape his attention. While the two were talking, he looked into the guy's eyes, and at his hands and body, trying to find something strange or dangerous. Which made him almost jump at the appearance of another new recruit.

"Hey what the hell!" He pointed at the weird-talking new kid. "Who are you anyway?"

If the guy's morphing powers are limited in themselves, i.e. there is no mechanism that allows him to choose to merge his tail and wings into his body, the bracelet can just make him lose control over the extra limbs, making them completely or almost completely limp while he's wearing the bracelet.

Ha, a weredragon? Interesting.

@Minimum, does your guy get elemental protection when in dragon form? Does he choose the element when changing, or can it be switched freely? Is he limited in time or number of changes per day, or can he change freely and indefinitely?
