I've been wanting to get back into writing and have been looking for a casual RP with low commitment (at least in comparison to Advanced RPs). I'm wondering if it'd be okay to join as a character separate from the main group, doing things on the side and only occasionally contacting the main group. Reason being, I have to get back into the groove of things and I can't guarantee I'll be able to post consistently, so I rather not hold anyone back. If that's okay, then I may join. But don't wait up on me.
Who's doing the stats and updates? Are you doing it all yourself, Rare? Can you do it?
Let's not give up too easy. Ab said he was having trouble with a death in the family, or a friend, so let's give him time. Let's give this a week before we start looking for alternatives, hopefully he updates us before then.

Just sayin', this whole thing by the UK is coming in a bit late. I mean, we already sent our war orders in and the deadline's passed. It's kinda like issuing the statement while the parties are already shooting each other.

My point is the likelihood of the UK and France joining is relatively low. It's WiR, so who knows, but it's unlikely. France has already expressed its opinion and it's one of neutrality. The UK hasn't said anything about it, but I doubt they'll join on either side. In real life, I think the UK had ships in the area, but they were just there to guard some interests they had or something.
