Colombia, goddamn it.
Zoomed out it's piss impossible to tell Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, or Korea have symbols.

I also don't know if we should mark Mexico or if we'll leave that up to me and Revan to explain.

Also wasn't France in an alliance with Spain too? Maybe not a member of the Iberian League but I could swore they were. Likewise the icons for the the Iberian League are just as small, and I think Ethiopia has an ally in Africa somewhere, but I don't know who.

Like I said, the symbols turned out smaller than I intended them to be. Anyone who wants to edit them is free to do so. But I think the symbol-system should remain because the shades-of-red system made Comintern countries very confusing, and made it look to outsiders like all of Asia was taken.
I made a new version of the map. Use it or not, I don't care.

Changes:

- Uses softer, less vibrant colors. Color prettiness will always be subjective but I thought some of the colors the other versions used were too bright.

- Painted France and Persia gray because they don't have players.

- Painted NPC Comintern countries gray. Painting them different shades of red like they were before is confusing to anyone unaware of the Comintern, which is pretty much everyone looking to join.

- Made up a symbol for countries in alliances. If you look closely at Comintern countries, you'll notice they are tagged with a symbol the same color as China. That means they are in an alliance dominated by China. The same goes for countries allied with Spain. This way, the countries are gray (eliminating any confusion). The symbols showed up smaller than I thought they were but they are clearly there if you zoom in.

*If India's player is gone, then it should be gray. I left it colored in case its player comes back, and also because I had no idea what shade of gray to use because it's surrounded by all of the shades available.
The colored bits on the map are mostly taken. There may be some errors here and there but if they are colored, they have a player.
There's always a spot. Tell us what nation you'd like to join as and we'll see if that nation is open. If it is, you're free to write up a sheet/app and we'll review it.
Also, I think 'Eduardo' is pretty much exclusively a first name.
This week started off slow.
I'll single out quotes that are worrisome.

On technology:

although a renewed focus on technology allowed Poland to eventually recover and reach a state of economic growth

Despite what the name may imply, the company also oftentimes funds research into various technologies, and maintains strong relations with major Polish universities like the Warsaw University of Technology, Jagiellonian University, and the University of Wroclaw.

As for military build-up - The issue is that you still made no mention of the problems Czechoslovakia and Ukraine's annexation should be giving you. Not just economically straining, but in terms of nationalism and the dissent that is probably prevalent from some groups there, who want independence or more autonomy. Some of these groups will try to gain those things politically, and some will be violent. Either way, it would be a big problem for Poland that is worth mentioning. You didn't mention it, and the closest thing to it is your mentioning of a military build-up to "strengthen Poland's position". While it's arguable that Poland would want to build-up its military out of fear of Germany and the instability in Russia, it sort of comes off as you using the unrest within Poland itself to justify a military build-up. It would sound less like that if you addressed the problem in the sheet and mentioned what Poland has been doing to quell it, not just militarily but politically.
Only in PoW can that be considered professional.
Also I'd just like to announce that henceforth we'll pretend Prussia was always named Germany. I was thinkin' recently about how that never really made sense. It was Feo who named it that though so blame him. But yeah, Germany is better.
