Both Spain and Germany used airships last time around. We even delved a bit into science fiction with an aircraft carrier airship.

It's WWII tech more or less. No jets, no missiles, ect. Anything that requires sophisticated computer systems in a no-no because computers in PoW are more or less primative. Any weapon created before WWI exists. AKs don't exist. We will have to make up weapons that make sense given tech available to us.
