"Welcome students. Please gather in the auditorium. It will be clearly marked in the maps you were given but if you need help there will teachers in the grounds to guide you." He looked down at his map, and walked towards where the auditorium was on the map.

Luckily, he didn't need to ask anyone for help getting to the auditorium. Looking around, he saw many other people. He'd never seen so many other people before! Why are they all wearing clothing that's so weird..?

@KatherinWinterYeah, was just aobut the chemicals part...but I guess it would make sense for characters with similar powers to have similar weaknesses.

Limitations: Some chemicals make him faint/light-headed, many animals don't like him and don't want to listen or see him, ability to control plants is somewhat uncontrollable, powers grow weaker/stronger proportional to amount of plant life around him (I assume the academy would have many plants around unless we're going for that woods around the academy thing. He's been living around a farm for his life anyway so I guess he would be unadapted to the different plant life of the academy.)

My character actually controls all plants...but maybe we can be long lost twins or something xD Or mine can just bully yours Nice character though, I think having another body will definitely make the RP more interesting. :)

He walked along the path, away from the house he had lived for all his life. He wasn't all that sad to go, and today, he had a urge to explore. His parents had never let him out from the farm before. Strangely, before he had left, he felt like his father was a robot, taking orders from someone. His father had given him a map and a cell phone, then went back to his normal self, yelling at him to "Do this!" and "Don't do that!"

On his way to the forest shown on the map, he continued testing his powers. Right after he had left the farm, he felt his powers diminish greatly. The farm must have something that's not here... Soon after, he found that this "something" was plant life. Now, in a forest, he was on a golden path to the huge mountain in the distance.

@KatherinWinter What's your character's history? Also is the academy actually in the mountain, or is the mountain like a portal?
