No problem, nice fix, I like :P I need sleep now, so I'll get to responding tomorrow :P
As the silence stretches on Tatsuki glances up to see the light flush coloring his host's skin. 'I wonder if it's too hot in here for him. It would be kind of funny if the owner of a hot spring had a low tolerance for heat' Tatsuki can, if he really wants to, find out exactly why Shigetoshi is flushing. Or, for that matter, how he is really feeling about the shinigami. However, something about the young man makes him want to find out these things the old fashioned way so instead of dipping into his soul, Tatsuki remains silent and waits for Shigetoshi's response.

His eyes trail over the other male as he settles into the water, the moonlight catching on his steam moistened hair as he tilts his head back to the sky. He openly admires the man before him, the distant look in his eyes and the pearl like quality of his skin creating a beautiful picture for the shinigami as he waits. 'I wonder how many nights he has done this exact thing. Being all alone up here, no one but his guests to talk to. It must be difficult to be around people all the time without really being able to talk to them. Not really. They are just here in passing, and have no real care for the life and worries of the man that serves them. And Shigetoshi-kun. . . .He is the kind of man who takes his job seriously. He must have so many worries he can never express due just to the nature of his work, and his dedication to keeping his guests happy'

Finally the other speaks again and Tatsuki is drawn out of his revery. He can feel a twinge of disappointment at the obviously not quite ready to believe him complete tone that his host has, but he smiles none the less. 'This means I can stay, and I am glad in that I will be able to spend more time relaxing, and speaking with this kind young man' He shakes his head at what Shigetoshi says next and is ready to speak up about it, assuring the young innkeeper that he's quite alright, but a moment later he gets a face full of water.

The suddenness and unexpected action from the younger male has Tatsuki frozen on the spot for a few seconds, but when Shigetoshi swims off to the middle of the spring, smiling at the shinigami playfully, a smile finds it's way to his own lips and like a predator Tatsuki sinks into the water and begins stalking his prey. When in range his hand snaps out and he sends a perfect jet of water spraying across Shigetoshi and he chuckles lightly, his head barely above the water. He duck away a bit to avoid any backlash and responds with another jet of water. It has been a long time since Tatsuki has played in this way, so he enjoys it while it lasts.
Never be embarrassed around me. I thought the phial, the first one, was in the top drawer or something since Erik never mentioned seeing it, which is something I see him zeroing in on in his current situation, so the motion was, opening drawer, sticking in pocket, closing drawer, then to the box under the bed.
He can feel the boy almost vibrating in his arms as he announces that he wants to walk. “Okay then, once we're out of here I'll put you down. Don't know what's hiding in the filth in here for you to get hurt one. . .” He looks around at the floor with disdain before wandering over to the door nearest to them. Stepping out into the night he looks down at Daniel as he asks about where Vaanrasha lives. Taking a moment just to take in the night he stays silent, drawing in a deep breath, filling his lungs with the cool clean air. Unlike in the city where the factories and other such foul things fill the air with their strong odors, the light smells carried on the wind in Vaan's chosen land are far more subtle and pleasant.

All around stretching off in every direction is fairly short plush deep green grass with little tufts of longer, rougher grass sticking up here and there. Off in the distance in one direction is a treeline, and just behind them, a mountain ridge. The tree line curs around so that looking down the hard packed dirt road in one direction it looks as if the road would run right into the trees. Down the road the other way it looks to be just clear fields, nothing obstructing the view as far as the eye can see. In the direction currently blocked by the barn there is a river running parallel to the road, and though it can not be seen right now, the waters run strait through town, splitting it in half.

Vaan smiles at his world, setting the boy down gently on the grass as he begins answering the youngster's question. “I live off to the left here, down the road towards the trees.” His head swivels around one more time before he offers his hand to Daniel, but whether he take it or not Vaan starts off at an even pace towards the village. “My home town is much smaller than the city you lived in, and you can walk from one end to the other in less than half an hour. It's a very nice and friendly place, and we get all sorts of people coming through town quite often.” He vanishes his shoes now that he's no longer walking on rough stone and asphalt.

He hums gently, looking up to the familiar stars overhead. “My house is attached to where I work, but it's far enough away from the workshop that when Jeimus is works the bellows early in the morning it doesn't wake me up.” He looks down at the boy fondly. “It's not nearly as big as you house, nor as nice, but it's got two floors and after I clear the storage room, you'll have your own little room. Until then you'll share with me.” He looks towards the slowly approaching village. “It really is a nice peaceful place to live. . . .I wouldn't trade it for the world. . . .” He chuckles lightly and lets out a sigh.
I'm a little confused at that part where you talked about him taking out the phial from the box. Erik never sees the first phial, it's in Alexi's pocket out of sight when Alexi pulls out the second one, so I'm not sure what that part was about in your post. . . .
Oh, so vicious :P Makes me wanna cuddle him even more!
Marius' fingers fly over the keyboard as he slowly works his way through a report due the next day. I takes him most of the morning to get through the complex draft of projections and he is quite stiff fingered when he's done hours later. Groaning he leans back in his chair and stretches his fingers over and over until he can feel them properly again. 'I am so glad I only have to do this stupid thing once a month. Why can't they just keep their heads screwed on strait and leave the work to me I actually enjoy doing?' Huffing he spins his chair around once, coming to a stop facing the window on his second turn.

He looks at himself, his plum colored suit settles perfectly on his frame. His mind drifts to the young man out in the hall, doing his busy work. 'Once he's done it a few times, I think I'll show him a bit of what it's all about. I'm fairly positive he's not another Sylus, but he seems sharp and willing to learn. I like that in an employee' He giggles softly as he recalls the man playing with his tie. It was obvious he was not use to wearing it that way by the fidgeting, but Marius doesn't hold it against the young man. There's not many people who are.

Needing a little time to just think to himself Marius turns back to his desk and pulls up his music files and puts on one of his favorite old records Pink Floyd's The Wall begins thrumming softly from the speakers located covertly around his room providing him with outstanding surround sound and Marius lets out a sigh. He keeps it quiet enough that even when the actually rocking starts it can not be heard from outside his office. 'Don't need the new sec' being distracted from his important work after all' He smiles and hums along to the album, letting his mind settle as he reads over and corrects the report he'd written up.

He's just finished his re-read when the door opens and Will walks in with the first stack. He waves off the apology with a smile and stands up, stretching. “No problem Will, you can walk in anytime you like. Secretary’s prerogative.” He chuckles lightly then motions to his desk. “Just set it down anywhere. I'll put it where I need it eventually.” Kneeling down next to his chair he pulls open one of his drawers and retrieves a decent sized YOGA laptop from it's depths. Pushing the drawer closed with a foot he waits until Will's hands are free before handing it and the cords for it over.

“That's yous for as long as you work for me. It's filled with many programs necessary for your job, and a few that may be useful should you choose to make use of them. When it's on, it's connected to all the same systems and programs as my computer is, so try not to surf through the programs too much before I have a chance to explain them to you.” His gaze lingers on the device a little longer than it should have before he coughs and walks off towards the coffeemaker. That laptop was used by his previous secretary, and after she was fired he had it wiped before having all the proper programs put back on to it, but he can not quite shake the memory of the things she'd used it for near the end.

'Vile woman. . .' Shuddering slightly he shakes the coffee pot to see how much water is left. Noting that it's still mostly full he looks to Will and holds it up. “You're free to make coffee any time you like. I make up hot water throughout the day for my tea, which you're free to share in, I have a nice selection, but if you are a coffee drinker, that's fine too. Just remember that you made it because I will forget and leave it sit until. . .Well, it all evaporates.” He chuckles lightly. “If I didn't make it, I'll forget it exists.” Pouring the hot water into a thermos he again looks to the young man to see if he's thirsty.
Just so you know, it may be a "Japanese" company, but because it's in "America", the reports would all be in English. I don't think your guy should have to learn the language, and it just makes sense that if Marius is half forsaking his heritage that he would have the business running in English.
Adorable :P
Kuro is up on the barn roof, patching it up best he can, when the angel drifts over to report his progress. The sun is slowly sinking towards the horizon at this point, the demon judging it to be around 4-5 o'clock now and as he sits back on his heels to look up at the angel he turns ever so slightly so the sun isn't in his eyes. “That's good, thanks for letting me know.” As Aoba flies off, Kuro watching his sweat drenched clothing cling to his light frame as he goes, he calls out, “Oi, make sure to get a drink after this. You're losing a lot of water and you kinda need that in your body to function.” He watches until Aoba is out of sight before finishing up the last of the patches.

Scooping up the singles he didn't use Kuro slips off the roof, drifting down to the pile of stuff they had purchased so he can drop off the extra. 'We can pack the spare stuff away somewhere in the barn until I can get a tool shed built' Humming softly he plucks up a couple boards and heads off around the fence. Spotting the first missing board he drops down and begins working. It only takers a few minutes and he's on to the next one in no time. About the time he gets one side in place Aoba comes drifting over to see what he's up to and Kuro turns to him with a smile. “Almost done here, then we only have on thing left for now. I think we can do that together.” He chuckles lightly, moving over to secure the other side of the board.

Normally such labor would bore the demon, much preferring a good book to actually going out and doing something, but as he works under the angel's gaze Kuro feels a kind of thrill he's never felt before. It's almost like pride. The kind of pride one feels when getting something accomplished. However he knows that if it wasn't for his Little Mouse, he would not feel this way about such hard labor. True, he's not exactly doing it the mortal way, but he is definitely working much harder than he's ever worked before, and that's even counting all the work he went through to try and get away from his siblings. Once he's finished he motions towards the farm house an takes off with the angel flying behind. When they land he turns to Aoba and says, “Why don't you pick out where you want the pig pen to go. It should be somewhere near the barn and with some shade. I'll pull out the boards we'll need.”
