Well fine, so I can say it I just can't spell it :P
Dankeshin(Thank you). . . G'night. . . . .
I uuhhhh. . . .*Braindead* I. . .Um, yes! I may get one out tonight, but not likely, BUT! Tomorrow. . .You are at top of lest. . . List. . . .Yes, list. . . .
The conversation while the demon is gone is kept quiet and inconsequential, most at the table doing much as Amano and wondering if Illiendi will return before the lord of the manor began questioning all his praise from before. The youngest drinks slowly, going over and over in his head how he should begin his talk with his father. He knows that perhaps he is not ready to speak with him as he did with his mother, that false bravado and commanding tone not enough to impress the older male. 'However if I approach it too much as his son, he will most definitely be very condescending and try to put his own agenda on all this. I do not want to have to put up with all his planning and his pomp, but if I do not at least give in a little bit he will deny me out right. While I can deal with that. . .I. . .' His eyes come up as Illiendi once more enters the room.

He manages a smile at the demon's promptness, whispering a thanks as he is served, last. 'In all places but under my father's roof, I suppose he would serve me first. I am the master here, and yet. . .' He knows the knots and butterflies in his mid section are not helpful, however as he calms them, looking to his father praising the treat and asking where it hailed from, the young man lets the world around him fade. His focus goes to the inside and the voice of his fencing instructor comes to him. Nothing specific, just the sharp tone, the warm hum of it reminding him of his need to stay on track. While professional fencing is mostly harmless, the actual skill of sword play requires focus. Without it, without keeping you mind to the task of staying alive, the chances of death rises higher and higher with each passing moment, and it only takes an instant to have your head separated from you body.

His eyes open slowly and he reaches for his own treat carefully. He eats it slow, savoring it, smiling as his mother looks to him with a giggle at the powder now dotting his chin. 'It does not matter if I fail here, or what he will think of me for doing so. All that matters is he is here to help, no matter my failures, and we have a plan. And I. . . Have a goal' He finishes his treat quickly but delicately, giving Illiendi a smile and nod of approval. His father still has a bit on his plate so with a polite nod he addresses the larger man. “If it would please you father, I will await you in your study. Please, enjoy the rest of your meal.” His mother watches him with a light smile as Kenneth laughs lightly, waving him off. Turning Amano meets his manservant's eyes and with a hand he gestures that Illiendi should stay and finish breakfast. Whispering softly as he passes the taller male he says, “Father will likely try to buy you when you accompany him to the study, unless he wishes to wait and ask you in front of me. I would rather give you the opportunity to turn him down alone.”

With that said Amano makes his way out into the hall, letting out a long sigh as he does so. The front hall is empty and after a moment the young man regains his bearings. 'If I can go to his study, get seated, have some time to calm down, things will go much better for me' That in mind he pushes off the doors he'd been leaning on and makes his way to his father's study. On the second floor of the building, above the sun room at the front of the house opposite the dining room and kitchen, his father's study is far bigger than is necessary for such a man. He may be the biggest trader in town, but the fact remains he is a simple trader with good connections. The servants have already drawn the curtains, the large glass doors leading out on to the balcony open and the musty air already becoming fresher.

Crossing the room he stands in one of the doorways for a long moment, taking in the cool misty air. The sun rises on the other side of the house, the side his room and the kitchen are on, so the street beyond the balcony is still in shadows, dull and gray. The mist lingers in the streets, loath to retreat before the sun's warming rays. The cool water droplets feel good on his skin and after only a short time, he is as calm as he is going to get. Turning back to the room Amano makes his way over to one of the chairs before his father's desk. When seated the great window doors are at his father's back, and as such Kenneth often times schedules important meetings then he can take advantage of the light coming through them. A little earlier in the afternoon to blind, and a little later to dazzle. Deciding on a seat just off to the left, which will force his father to turn his head slightly to look at his son, Amano takes a seat, and begins waiting.
As Kuro's heart rate returns to normal, his little speech to his brother riling him up more than he cared to notice, he looks to the angel with a once more soft look in his eyes. He recognizes the expression on Aoba's face and silently curses himself. He stays silent however, wanting to hear what he has to say. 'After all I interrupted him, once more speaking for him as if he was not here. I am such a fool some time, but. . . .But I know Dani should be able to understand, and the faster he does, the faster I can trust him this little bit. This tiny little bit and will be able to allow him to have his little fun without worrying that he's going to snap. . .' He sighs softly. 'Though, that threat will never truly dissipate. He's crazy, just like I am. . .His however just so happens to be violent. Even Issho suffers from the madness, but his is focused. . .Maybe. . .Maybe that's all I want for him. . .A little focus. . .'

The care for his family keeps each of the children in line, unable to slay each other despite the strong urges to do so, however Kuro and a couple of the others have gone a little bit further at time. Like Issho. He can not love, but he cares for his siblings in a way that no one understands, and it is this care that keeps his fair. Kuro can only hope that Dani will be able to calm one day, his madness no longer a real danger. Is it so much to ask for a little peace for one of your blood?

The demon's eyes follow Aoba as he wanders into the kitchen, his ears perking up as he at last speaks. His smile makes an appearance and with a long sigh Kuro walks up behind the angel, and in one smooth motion he wraps his arms around Aoba's slender waist, lacing his fingers together over his tummy. Pulling him in tight he begins speaking softly. “Here on earth there was a man called Pavlov, who taught dogs to drool on command by ringing a bell. He did this by over and over, ringing the bell, then feeding the dogs a treat, so that every time they heard the bell, they thought they were getting a treat.” Settling his forehead on the back of Aoba's head he exhales softly against the back of his neck. “I have to defend you, each and every time he gets riled, if he is ever going to learn to relax around you. It may seem cruel in your eyes, but my brother is a killer. He may find you amusing, and would be incredibly put out if you died, but all it takes is an instant of the madness that plagues us to overcome his controls, and you would be dead, just like that.”

His arms tighten around the angel. “If it works, and I hope it does, he will be better for it. In my own special way, I am helping my dear big brother control his temper, and in kind, his madness. He is my brother, and I wish this for him. . .” His voice trails off and his arms relax a bit. His head comes up, shifting to the side before his forehead comes to rest next on Aoba's collarbone. “That aside, and I hope you don't hate me for this, but even if it wasn't Dani, I would jump to protect you no matter what, my Little Mouse. For me it is not a matter of putting up with you. You are dear to me, and I will abide no harm coming to you.” His head lifts up, his chin settling where his forehead was moments before. “And if that is personal gain to you, then so be it. I am selfishly unwilling to see you killed, for seeing you suffer is worse than Hell for me.” Not really catching that he just slipped on his revealing his feelings he sighs again and lets Aoba go slowly. “I'll finish cleaning up, you head to the barn and I'll meet you in a few. . .” His hand comes up to brush softly over those now slightly darker gray wings and he smiles before turning to the sink to finish up the morning cleaning.
As they walk along Rei once more finds the prince's hand on his head. For a moment his mind reflects on the act as if it is a puzzle. 'I know I have seen people doing this before, to friends or children, but for the most part patting the head is reserved for pets or other domestic animals.' He glances up at the prince. He listens to the man's words even as his brain continues working thing out. 'So, does this mean he sees me as one of those? I suppose, he is a prince, and many royals see any non royal as less than they, which would mean I can see him seeing me as a pet. After all, I am technically his personal guard dog, but at the same time there are those times where he seems to look at me strangely. Looks at me in a way I do not recognize, but at the same time I know one would not look at a pet that way'

At the last part of what the prince says his eyes go to the flag stone and his brows furrow slightly. He walks even with Alessandro, entering the room without coming out of thought. 'By his words, he likened me to his sister, however he can not see me as family. If that is the case, that leaves friend, however just two moons ago I was in this very room, ready to kill him. I do not see that being conducive to a friendship, and that aside, we barely know one another' Looking up as the prince once more speaks he listens, still lost in thought. 'He has been liberal with his hands, if I am any judge of such things, ever since he first caressed my hair. Perhaps he is just fascinated with laying hands on me? I find that a very confusing prospect. . .I do not normally have to think on such things. Perhaps as I am around him more, and around humans other than assassins, I will learn more of all these odd interactions, and what they mean. . .'

Taking a seat as he is bidden Rei lets out a soft sigh, his mind returning to it's blissfully smooth and 'in the now' state of being, the deeper thoughts sliding away like butter on a hot skillet. Setting gently on the string of information Rei decides to address it all in order. “Going over your plans beforehand will be useful, and give me a chance to check some things. I can think of a few tomes that I would like to review, but eventually I would like to read them all. I like books. . .” His voice trails off an for an instant he looks like the young man he is before going back to his normal disinterested self. “Now that I am here and under this unwritten contract, I can not leave here and return to the village. Not until you release me, or I fail. I will not risk leaving you alone, not with the dangers even within your own home.”

His mind drifts back to the well used secret passage and the eyes of those in town that had appeared ready to take the prince's life at any time. 'I can not leave him. Even his own family is a threat, with these “Replacement Sons” and so many assassins willing and able to at the least get within a dozen paces of him. No, I may be here for many years' Rei does not lament this fact. He has a long time to live, and Alessandro will be dead long before the fae will even be considered fully grown. He may be mature, and by his species' standard what one would call breeding age, however majority is still years off for the little fae. “There is far too much danger around you at this time. I saw at least three of my profession as we rode through town, all with eyes for you. It would seem my employer had a redundancy plan. Smart when you want someone dead.” He does not sound as if he is giving a compliment to the person who hired him, simply stating the fact.

The final question leads to a pause for the young fae. He stays silent as a pair of servants come to deliver the food, his mind wandering over the possible responses to the query. There is a very simple answer, a less simple answer, but for Rei, he feels as f the full answer may be more entertaining to tell the young man. 'After all, he listens to me. When I returned to the village after the last kill, none really wanted to hear from me, sensing my taint, but unwilling to just turn me away. I have never told anyone the full truth of it, and perhaps this one will actually enjoy the telling. . .' Unable to come to the decision on his own he looks to the prince, blinking one of his slow blinks before inquiring softly. “Do you really wish to hear of my 'father'? I am eager to speak on it, if you truly wish to listen, however it may prove to be a long story, and if you would rather not hear the story of a. . .Murderer as you call me, then I will understand.” He looks down, not really feeling what his face and body is showing, but all the same not being dishonest in it either. “None have wanted to hear of him, nor of my life, corrupt as it is.” He looks back up. “You liked the tales of my kind, or so it seemed. I am not so sure you would like to hear of my human upbringing. After all, it is what made me into this monster you see before you.” There is no hurt in his tone, and he does not know why he is carrying on, however as those last words leave his lips, he at last falls silent, waiting calmly for his answer.
Despite how upset he is with the guardian, Harper is careful with the man, setting him on the bed gently, helping Finn shift him around so he laying properly. 'I have no idea what just happened, but I don't think anyone's hurt. . . Well, maybe Night is, but at this point, if he's hurt, he most likely deserves it' Huffing he orders Finn and Starla to check on the medical wing before settling against a pillar near the bed, looking over at Crios expectantly. Crios however is ignoring Harper, making sure the dose he gave Seishu isn't having any adverse effects. Somewhere in the back of his mind is a well of regret over sending the guardian into that nothingness, however the more rational pat of his mind pushes that thought back, reasoning that Seishu came to him knowing how the foxy doctor would handle the situation.

'After all, he could have come to his room and I would have been here in two shakes, but he wanted something immediate and quick, and I would have just given him pain killer if I found him in here. What in the world happened! I know they left the palace a while back, their energies unmistakable, but. . .' He lets out a sigh, his hands running over the unconscious form, probing as carefully as he can manage in his hast. His hands hover over the wounds, feeling the pain radiating off of them, and with a sigh he pulls another syringe and doses him, cursing himself aloud. “I knew I should have dosed him this morning, I was so stupid! He was doing so well, and he was heading out to his own world tomorrow. I didn't want him to get addicted, but for pity's sake, I should know better! The safety of the realm comes first! I. . .”

The rational behind what he just said sinks in and he falls silent, continuing his work. 'What is good for Seishu, is by default, good for this realm. Yeah, I should not have skipped his dose today, but my heart was in the right place. . .' He begins humming softly to calm his nerves.

Across the room Harper stays silent, a part of him wanting to lay into the fox for being so stupid, but he remains silent, knowing his anger is better directed elsewhere. 'Not only that, I can tell a good portion of this anger is building from being close to Seishu. His negative energy in leaking, and here inside the shield I have no protection from it' He eyes Crios once more. 'I am sure much the same is happening to fire boy over there. I wonder what negativity is building in him. . .'

As the team of little ones charge through the castle the staff leap out of the way. Already on edge from the sudden surge earlier several cry out in fright. Inui pays them no mind, his only thoughts on Seishu, while Rue does his best to apologize for both of them without falling too far behind the worried nightmare minion. 'What would cause Mister Seishu to let it out like that? We could feel it so far away, and it suddenly dropped. Oh, I pray nothing happened to him!' Rue glances back at Rasha, ignoring the occasional scratch from those sharp claws but unable to completely ignore the small sounds of worry from the cat beast. Rasha's face is scrunched against the breeze the fairy's wings make, however his concern shines out clear from the violet eyes.

Rue tries to give him a comforting smile before looking back to Inui, but he is not sure he succeeded. As they reach the hall Rasha notices the door is closed and before the near frantic nightmare minion can charge right in the small beast launches off of Rue and lands full size in from of the portal. Inui's eyes flash and for a moment the trickster is sure he's about t get thrown out of the way, however Rue slams carefully into him from behind and hugs him tight. The act seems to calm him down and he looks up at Rasha with wide, pleading, questioning eyes. “We're not sure if it would be better or worse for My Lord Seishu if we were to go in. We should wait to hear from Crios before we enter.” Sniffing lightly he nods. “He's in there now, with Harper. They know we're here, and I'm sure they won't make us wait long.” Reaching out he pats the tousled, still damp black hair of the little minion, motioning to the clothes in Rue's arms.

~Well this is just brilliant.

A nice day, wasted, because I didn't stop to think for a second and knock some sense into Enasi!

Well, maybe I should have told him how the positive energy can dig right in through my wounds. . .

But wasn't that obvious?!

This sucks. . .

Seishu sits alone in the nothingness, trying desperately to keep talking to himself as a distraction until he wakes up.~
Kuro's eyes snap to his brother at the growl, but Dani checks himself and the little brother relaxes. Despite his avid attention for detail on his brother, Kuro watches out of the corner of his eye as Aoba seems to think of something that makes him tense. 'Now what is that about? Is he sensing some threat off of Dani that I am not?' He eyes Dani. 'No, I know him better than that. Then what could it. . .' As he settles in to eat his food Aoba seems to relax ever so slightly and the demon is able to let out a sigh, glad he seems at least a little distracted from whatever had put him on edge. Rolling his eyes at the way the smaller demon eats, not really disapproving since that's just normal for him, but still a little annoyed at the noises such scarfing produces.

His face melts into a warm smile as the food seems to do it's job, delighting the angel enough to produce a smile and a happy tone of voice. “My pleasure, Little Mouse.' he murmurs, setting into his own portion. He looks up when Aoba asks about the seeds, however his mouth is full so he can't reply right away. His eyes snap back to his brother as he seems to get all huffy over the angel's focus on being productive, and he can sense something building in the smaller demon. Finishing his mouthful he sets his bowl down, more than willing to share with his brother, however the sudden turn causes him to tense.

Fenrir watches, intrigued by the rather domestic look of it all. The two on the couch, one of the floor, enjoying a meal together and talking openly. It's almost enough o let him forget that it's two demons and an angel, and angel he cares about, and that the situation is not only strange, but dangerous. He is quickly reminded of that however when the smaller demon turns on Aoba, it clear even without sound that he's being threatening to the little angel. His eyes widen, sitting up straighter and clutching the mirror in both hands. However, before too much panic can build, the small demon falls from the couch clutching at his shoulder, the larger demon looking at him with glowing eyes, his hand held up before him in a loose fist. “What in the. . . .”

Dani whimpers and snarls from the floor, his over exaggerated reaction to the light squeeze to his wings not being bought by the one at the other end of the leash at all. When the pain recedes he scrambles on to all fours, ready to bolt, however his eyes narrow as he watches his little brother scrap some of his own portion into his bowl. Rolling his eyes and huffing Dani ignores completely what just happened, scooting over to much down more of the sweet treat. However he decides it's better for now to sit on the floor, the temptation of playing mean with the toy a little too strong right now, and he's rather not feel that pinch again.

On the other hand, Kuro settles back into a cross legged position with a soft sigh and gives Aoba a warm smile. “We should get things planted as soon as possible, so if we can, we should get started on at least tilling. We'll have to do it by hand, so not the largest harvest this year, but hopefully we'll be able to sell enough to start saving up for some farm equipment.” Dani huffs, earning a glare from his little brother.

He sticks out his tongue in response. “Why use money, you could do it all magically in like, ten seconds,or even make this farm equipment, whatever that is, in even less time. . .And why do this farming thing at all!? It's stupid, Kurotama can make anything he wants or needs out of this air. There's no reason to live in this little mud hole.”

The last part is directed at Aoba, however it's Kuro who answers. “Do you really think heaven would put up with him living off a demon? He got banished here, and from what I understand, he's suppose to be learning a lesson. If I just give him everything, I'm sure they'll take him away, maybe even cloak him, or even worse, send him to hell for disobeying. Yahweh has been known to be wrathful you know.” He huffs softly. “Besides, there's nothing wrong with wanting to work for something. No matter what I make, it's a hollow thing. Earning something actually feels good.” Dani had never had to work for anything in his life, and even what he's done for Kuro, Aoba, and the farm, have all been either to avoid punishment, or because he had nothing better to do. He looks very confused, hissing slightly at the sound of one of God's many names, but he does not reply, instead finishing his meal and wandering outside to think.
No problem, glad you had fun, hope you have fun at the next one, and of course RL comes first. Thanks for the update, and as always, I will be waiting patiently.
