Hmmm, interesting clothes for a Samurai/Edo like setting :P

Oh, and what did you think of my other vampires?
I don't hate him at all, he's very entertaining, and looks fun to play! Also, the shared love of music will help our two characters get along I think :P
No problem. I just worry about my partners. When they've been gone a while my over imaginative brain comes up with reasons, and not all of them pleasant, but all of them plausible, so I like to know they are not dead, hospitalized(That one has happened to me before), or otherwise incapacitated. The only thing I ask for, if gone for around a week, is a "Still alive!" in the OOC so I can stop worrying :P
Oh goodie, can I see it?
TShara? *Poke* *Poke* You dead? Dead is not a good way to be y'know :P
Moments after getting his socks and shoes off, Dorian is plagued by a lap full of newborn. He opens his mouth to object but pauses as his neck is once again assaulted by his sharp little fangs, this time on the other side. 'Oh, for crying out loud, he is like one of those lazy cats the stable masters use to hunt mice. Always just doing what they feel like, selfishly demanding attention' With a sigh Dorian pulls the boy's fangs from his neck with a tutting noise. “Now now, we must get to the bath first. I will not share my bed with one so filthy.” Slipping an arm under James's knees he wraps the other around his back before standing, lifting him bridal style. Maneuvering carefully he picks up his socks with his toes and tucks his coat beneath the lump in his arms.

Opening the door carefully he closes it gently behind him. The faint sound of a heartbeat catches his attention and he slowly turns to look down the hall towards the stairs. There at the top of the stairs is a young girl and what looks to be her mother. The faint thumping of another set of feet coming up the stairs snaps his gaze to the large woman from behind the desk carrying up a large bag and cursing loudly. The guests don't move and he voice calls to them, “What's the hold up m'lady, lass?” The questions startles the two and the younger girl moves closer to cling to the woman. Dorian can't suppress a grin as he holds James a little closer.

“Do not respond little one. I can handle this.” He murmurs soothingly as the large woman finally makes the landing.

She looks down the hall and at the sigh of Dorian holding James so comfortably her face contorts ever so slightly in disgust. Still, ever the proper innkeeper she calls out, “Everything alright for you down there, Mister Helvek?”

Dorian nods. “Very well miss, we were just heading to the bath now. My companion is very tired and trying to fall asleep on me. I'll be sure to wash him up good before we climb beneath those nice clean white sheets on that fine bed you have been so kind as to provide for us. Tah.” With that he smiles sweetly at the girl and her mother, their scents having given them away by now, and turns tot he door leading to the bath. Slipping inside he chuckles to himself. “Humans have an odd way of baulking change. What is new, or different, they fight so hard to advance, while something deep inside of them seems to fear the very idea of change.”

Looking around the room he smiles at the slightly old fashioned décor. Rather than the porcelain tubs he has at his own mansion, large wooden ones sit in the middle of the tiled room on either side of a large drain. Making sure the boy is awake enough to stand he sets James down on his feet beside one of the tubs. The water inside is hot, but not too hot, the steam causing the large stain glass windows to fog. As he strips down he calls over to the newborn. “Just shuck off the rest of your clothing and leave them by the tub. I will take them back to the room and burn them later with the rest. If you need help getting into the tub, not that you should, just let me know.” Tilting his head so he can see around the boy he adds, “There is a rack hanging off the tub with soap in it, be sure to use it. I will help you with your hair when I am finished.”

Walking over to one of the clothes hampers he peeks inside to make sure it's empty before pulling off his, partially dry now, clothing and placing it inside. The warmth from the steam clings to his skin and with a smile he makes his way over to the other bub and climbs in. The tub is chest high when standing next to it, and the little set of stairs provided make getting in rather easy. A long sigh finds it's way out of him as he takes a seat on the submerged stool built into the tub itself. Slouching down a bit so the water is up to his chin he lets out a soft hiss ass the hot water lashes at his neck wounds. “Lovely.” he murmurs to himself and with his arms dangling limply at his sides he lets his whole body relax.
LMAO, I soooo see a lot of teasing coming out of this, on Seishu's part. Now that he feels better. . . . *Evil grin*
If you're around and have time, I have time to ping pong responses a bit. We're at a time where the posts may not be very long, and it's kinda tense, and I wanna see what happens :P
'I was right. There is something off here' Keeping his eyes down he listens quietly, practically feeling the offense the man had taken about what he said about travel over water. 'He's lived by that lake, for a long time at least, and has traveled the river. However that river, while long, doesn't exactly have as much to offer as he seems to think' Biting his lip Viltez chides himself yet again. 'That's a very close minded way of thinking of things. If he really loves the river and lake as much as it seems, then it's rude to judge him for that. Even if I think he's wrong' His eyes dart back up when Aryx shifts the focus from travel, to Viltez himself. His heart beat quickens slightly even as he tells himself that everything is alright. This man can't have guessed in one day what he's successfully hidden from an entire village for years.

He swallows hard, his body tensing. 'It's obvious, he can tell something. Maybe the villagers just got use to me. Am I really that obviously different from them?' His tail twitches again and his heart jumps, He tries desperately to will it to stay still and stands up slowly. Moving back he steps to the side of the fireplace, his eyes downcast. The small niche is big enough, and dark enough, for him to feel a little safer. He takes a steadying breath and looks to his guest. 'I don't want to lie. . . Even if it is to a stranger. It's clear he knows something, but how? What should I do? Will he tell them, will I be driven out. Will I have to be alone?' Letting out a faint whine he stamps down on his panic and at last manages to pull out a reply for the man. “One has no chance to mind what one does not know.” His eyes shine out of the darkness, catching the firelight reflecting around the room.
Well, I don't see anything intimate happening as of yet, so I see his internal responses to the positive energies, maybe even have him excuse himself :P *Tease* *Tease* Or have something actually happen that needs his attention.

Also, I'm thinking, there should be a set of neutral emotions, if that makes any sense. Like, loyalty, attraction, pity, and stuff like that. I mean, Seishu's feelings of fondness for Rue are not strictly positive, they are more of a comfort thing. I think there should be emotions that both sides can feel that are natural to both, that way Seishu can "Love" his underlings in his own way, and Enasi can "Love" his underlings in his way, and both would be just as strong and natural. If that makes any sense :P
